The thesis on comparing products to ensure the colloidal stability of white wines before bottling in the theoretical part examined the definition of colloid division of disperse systems and their relation to wine. Further described is the main cataracts occurring in wines and methods to prevent them, focusing on the practice of the most commonly used products: Metatartaric acid, gum arabic and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). In the practical part of these products in different variations, combinations and concentrations added to white wine, which was a non-stabilized against the tartar and proteins. This wine was in the wake of bottling and variants of the same stored for one year in two different storage temperatures. In the course of storage was observed formation of cataracts in individual bottles. After a year all variants were opened and evaluated was total sensory analysis with qualification and quantification of turbidity, sediment filtration and weighing, measuring conductivity and pH. The results were statistically processed and evaluated with recommendations for practice.

This thesis deals with abrasion of Brno reservoir at the position Osada. As a part of the work I calculated the abrasion terminanty through which the prognosis of the shoreline retreat is defined. Due to need of stabilizating of the shoreline and preventing the further shoreline retreat I proposed various solutions of situation by implementing active antiabrasion stabilization. I propose and describe six types of soluting stabilization of particular features and their optional combination in the area of concern. These measures are designed to prevent, or at least significantly slow down, another shoreline abrasion of the Brno valley reservoir

The aim of this project is to contribute to more effective usage of anaerobic fermenters in sewage sediment management by upgrading sewage treatment plants and thereby reduce the operating costs of these facilities. I build up on the first phase of this project, which I have already processed in my bachelor work. Within the II. stage, processes are considered in the anaerobic decomposition of sludge from wastewater treatment plants, where came to the modernization of the biological system. Part of this work was also the realization of laboratory measurements of the amount of biogas production from anaerobic fermentation of sewage sludge. The measurements were made with an external substrate added to the anaerobic reactor. At the same time, we also monitored the influence of these substances on a biogas production.

Despite this there do not exist many studies that evaluate the effects of this exercise. It is a complex exercise, similar to the development line, during which one ascends from a lying down on the ground to a stan- ding position while holding a weight. This is why I chose tests for DSS. Postural muscle function develops vigorously during the first year of life. This is why the tests chosen are ones that evaluate the quality of the manner of connection and evaluate the function of the muscle during stabilization. The objective of this thesis is to confirm or overturn the statement that the TGU (Turkish Get-Up) positively affects the deep stabilizing system (DSS). The evaluation of data acquired will therefore provide the conclusion, whether the exercising of the TGU has a positive effect on the DSS. The success of each organisation is derived from its employees. The goal of this thesis is to contribute to eliminating of employees' fluctuation. The theoretical part is dedicated to explanation of the basic activities of the staff department. The practital part is based on research exercised by question forms that were filled by employees. The results of the questionnaire are then analyzed and the recommendations are given based on the needs of the concrete company.

In my thesis I dealt with the topic of stabilization Generation Y employees. The aim of this study was to determine which factors are the most important for the target group for stabilizing in the organization. In the target group there were people form Generation Y with university degree in economics. In the theoretical part I have described the staff stabilization process including all the variables that interfere in this process. After that I have introduced and characterized Generation Y people. At the end of the theoretical part I have introduced the studies, from which I drew information for my research. At the beginning of the research I've compiled a set of 20 stabilization factors. These factors came into qualitative research. After the qualitative research 7 factors were excluded and 13 advanced to the on-line questionnaire. The questionnaire has been completed by 737 respondents and the results showed four most important (TOP) stabilizing factors for the target group. These TOP 4 stabilizing factors were "job - interests alignment", "long career opportunities" "organizations respect to its employees" and "compensation".
