Reliabilita DNS testů v klinické praxi / Reliability of DNS tests in cunical practiseStýblová, Jaroslava January 2014 (has links)
Introduction: Functional testing which is used in rehabilitation is mainly based on aspection and palpation. It is a subjective examination of a patient and you cannot find out specific physical quantities with this method. If you want to use functional tests in clinical practise it is necessary to determine the reliability of the tests. Aim: To determine the inter-rater reliability for the DNS tests and to create a detailed descriptive statistics and a new evaluation sheet. Materials and methods: There were six experienced evaluators who are trained for the DNS method. We have worked with a mixed group of patients. There were patients with health problems as well as patients without any difficulties (n = 10 women, average age - 34, 5, n = 4 men, average age - 35, 2). We used percentage agreement, Fleiss's kappa coefficients (κ) and P-value. Results: The research of DNS tests reliability is innovative. Evaluators of DNS tests usually agree with each other. In some cases there is a problem with using Fleiss's kappa coefficients (κ) because of the position of relative frequencies. In most tests we found out that the inter-rater reliability is good (κ ≥ 0.80), substantial (0.60 ≤ κ < 0.80) and moderate (0.40 ≤ κ < 0.60). Conclusion: The evaluation of one character in a case of one patient by three...

Hypermobilita hlezenního kloubu ve vztahu k posturální stabilitě evaulované posturálni Somatooscilografii. / Ankle joint hypermobility in relation to the postural stability evaluated by the postural somatooscillography methodSahánková, Ivana January 2014 (has links)
Title: Ankle joint hypermobility in relation to the postural stability evaluated by the postural somatooscillography method Objectives: The aim of this dissertation is to assess the influence of the local joint hypermobility on the postural stabilization measured by postural somatooscilography. It also compares the postural stabilization ability in case of local ankle joint hypermobility to the constitutional hypermobility on the lower limb including acre. Methods: This thesis has been composed by means of descriptive-associative method using the quantitative research comparing two groups of twelve subjects. The research part was evaluated under standard conditions using the monopedal postural provocation test "3 steps - standing on one leg" which was measured on the instable platform "Posturomed". The test results were logged in application Microswing 6. The recorded data was exported and evaluated by "Posturomed Commander" software. Results: The research has not proved a significant statistical difference between the group with local ankle joint hypermobility and constitutional hypermobility. However, the group with local ankle joint hypermobility was found to have slightly worse results, primarily in the ability of long-term stabilization. Keywords: postural stability, Posturomed, ankle joint,...

Title: The Effect of Postural Therapy Using Posturomed on Jump in Basketball. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to assess what effect the state of postural stabilization has on the jump height in basketball, to capture the level of postural stabilization before and after the 6-week proprioceptive postural therapy on Posturomed and to find out whether the jump height in probands changes after this therapy. Methods: The thesis included 30 probands - basketball players. 15 probands were assigned to the experimental group and 15 other probands were assigned to the control group. All probands underwent both the initial and the final jump height measurement. Each proband had 3 attempts, out of which the highest performance was recorded. The probands of the experimental group participated in a 6-week postural therapy. The therapy was carried out according to the concept of postural therapy on Posturomed by dr. Rašev. The data was evaluated in program Microsoft Office Excel. For the calculation of the unpaired t-test, statistical program SPSS was used. Results: Measurements confirmed the positive effect of the therapy on Posturomed on the jump height. The experimental group achieved a statistically significant difference in the jump height against the control group. Keywords: Vertical jump, basketball,...

Technika PNF u artroskopické stabilizace ramenního kloubu / PNF technique after arthroscopic stabilization of the shoulderBenešová, Martina January 2011 (has links)
Title: PNF technique after arthroscopic stabilization of the shoulder joint Objectives: The objective of this work is to consider the possibility of use of the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technique (PNF) in early stages of rehabilitation after arthroscopic stabilization of the shoulder joint. The idea is to use the phenomen of irradiation with which this concept works. Methods: The pilot experimental group consisted of 7 healthy participants with simulated arthroscopic stabilization of the left shoulder joint. The electromyography was used to record the electric activity of musculus trapezius pars descendens, pars transversa et pars ascendens, musculus deltoideus pars acromialis, musculus infraspinatus and musculus pectoralis major pars sternocostalis on the immobilized left arm; while using the PNF technique on the peripheral parts of the immobilised arm; and on the contra lateral arm. A 5s sequence of stabilised isometric contraction was analysed and all data further normalised to Maximal Voluntary Contraction (MVC). Considering the literature the 20% increase above the MVC was defined as substantial to assure sufficient functional capacity of the muscle fibres and therefore sufficient to stop muscle atrophy during immobilisation of the arm. Results: Results of this study support...

Vliv posturální terapie na stabilizaci kolenního kloubu po plastice předního zkříženého vazu s využitím kineziotapingu. / The Effect of Taping on Postural Stability in Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction on Posturomed Platform after Rehabilitation using Postural TherapyIndrová, Zuzana January 2012 (has links)
Title: The Effect of Taping on Postural Stability in Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction on Posturomed Platform after Rehabilitation using Postural Therapy Aim: Objective evaluation of the effects of kinesiotaping and functional taping on postural stabilization during standing on one foot in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on the defined unstable Posturomed platform. Methods: The thesis is based on analytical-comparative study. The subjects of the study were patients after ACL reconstruction, who have done fifteen rehabilitation sessions which included postural therapy. The patients were subjected to a "3-step stand on one foot" test to standardize measurement. Three kinds of measurement were applied: without taping, kinesiotaping, and rigid-functional taping taped bilaterally above the m. vastus medialis. Results: The measurements on the Posturomed suggest that the ability of postural stabilization differs on each lower limb in patients after an ACL reconstruction. The application of taping had an effect in the majority of cases, although it was a negative effect on postural stabilization in most kinesiotaped measurements compared to un-taped measurements. The functional taping, on the other hand, had mostly positive reactions unlike with the...

Vliv ruptury a plastiky předního zkříženého vazu na posturální stabilizaci jedince / Influence of a rupture and reconstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament on the postural activity of an individualMináriková, Jitka January 2013 (has links)
Name: Influence of a rupture and reconstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament on the postural activity of an individual Aim: The aim of my thesis is to find out whether a rupture and the following rupture recinstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament has an influence on the postural activity of an individual namely after a longer period ( at least one year) from the undergone operation. Methods: The thesis has been worked out by a form of an analytical comparative study where it deals with measuring of two groups of probands - healthy and those after anterior cruciate ligament operation. The postural behaviour of individuals was tested after deflection by impact of a pendulum at a free standing position with and without visual control and also when standing on one leg. Results: The results of the measuring denote that when a person after anterior cruciate ligament rupture and following rupture recinstruction is deflected by an external impact while standing on both legs he/she will rather rely on the leg without surgery but the side difference will not be very distinctive. This fact will not change much even without visual control. While standing on one leg though the individual after surgery will have a more serious problem to stabilize his/her position (the period of time to stabilize will...

Evaluace vlivu ruptury ligamentum cruciatum anterius na posturální stabilizaci metodou posturální somatooscilografie před a po její operační rekonstrukci. / Impact evaluation of a anterior cruciate ligament rupture on postural stabilization by a method postural somatooscillography before and after reconstruction surgeryTraplová, Kristýna January 2013 (has links)
Title: Impact evaluation of a anterior cruciate ligament rupture on postural stabilization by a method postural somatooscillography before and after the reconstruction surgery Objective: Compare measured postural stability values by postural somatooscillography which will be carried out before planned ACL reconstruction surgery rupture, early after the surgery and in a longer time period after rehabilitation. Methods: This thesis has been created as a pilot study using a descriptive and associative form. Research part focuses on measurements done on the Posturomed surface during postural provocation test. Platform movement has been recorded by accelerometer and transferred into Microswing diagnostic system and evaluated using the Postural somatooscillography Posturomed Commander application. Results: After reconstruction surgery is the ability of postural stabilization better than before surgery. Postural stabilization has been improving within the group of probands during all measurements. However, the ability of long-term stabilization is at very low level in comparison to healthy subjects. Postural stabilization of uninjured limb is better than stabilization of injured limb in all research stages. Key words: anterior cruciate ligament, injury, postural stabilization, Posturomed

Srovnání posturální stabilizace u atletů a trailových běžců pomocí posturální somatooscilografie / Comparison of postural stabilization of athletes and trail runners with postural somatoosilographyČajka, Vladimír January 2015 (has links)
Title: Comparison of postural stabilization of athletes and trail runners with postural somatoosilography. Objectives: The main aim of this study is comparison of postural stability of athletes (track runners) and trail runners. We want to determine, if run in the field can affect positive postural stabilization. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and a method of comparison. Analysis is performed with postural somatooscilography (PSOG). This method contains postural provocation test on Posturomed. Oscilation of this platform is shooted in program Microswing 5.0. Then these dates are evaluated in program Posturomed Commander. We compared these dates with statistical methods and box plots in program Statistica 10 and Microsoft Excel 2007. Results: We found out when we compared 17 trail runners and 11 track runners that trail runners reached better postural stability. Trail runners had better postural stability in the first measurement and also had better results in comparison of three measurements. Track runners achieved the best results in the third measurement and trail runners had the best results of postural stabilization in the second measurement. Keywords: postural stabilization, biomechanics of running, Posturomed, postural somatooscilography
