Posturální stabilita u osob s krátkozrakostí / Postural stability of near-sighted peoplePalivcová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
Title: Postural stability of near-sighted people Objectives: To analyse relationships between selected parameters of postural stability and impaired visual acuity (myopia), which is revised by optimal visual correction, by diffusing glasses or by contact lenses. Methods: Investigations of stabilizing capabilities of erected posture in its various modifications. An objective measuring was performed by stabilometric platform type Footscan. The experiment involved twelve people with myopia of -3 to -6D visual acuity of an average age of 23 ± 4 years. Myopat group of bipedal standing position were tested with open eyes with vision correction, afterwards with eyes closed, then without any vision correction. The last measured positions were performed on one lower limb with visual correction and then without it. Total number of measured positions were ten upright positions, each of which was measured with 30 second interval. Results: A total travelled way of centre of pressure was determined as a parameter of postural stability evaluating. Positions on one lower limb clearly put the highest demands for stabilizing upright positions. The only aggravation of conditions stabilizing this position should be to eliminate vision correction, which was confirmed in 8 probands from a total of 12. Under a bipedal...

Model postupné změny / Gradual change modelMíchal, Petr January 2020 (has links)
The thesis aims at change-point estimation in gradual change models. Methods avail- able in literature are reviewed and modified for point-of-stabilisation (PoSt) context, present e.g. in drug continuous manufacturing. We describe in detail the estimation in the linear PoSt model and we extend the methods to quadratic and Emax model. We describe construction of confidence intervals for the change-point, discuss their interpre- tation and show how they can be used in practice. We also address the situation when the assumption of homoscedasticity is not fulfilled. Next, we run simulations to calculate the coverage of confidence intervals for the change-point in discussed models using asymp- totic results and bootstrap with different parameter combinations. We also inspect the simulated distribution of derived estimators with finite sample. In the last chapter, we discuss the situation when the model for the data is incorrectly specified and we calculate the coverage of confidence intervals using simulations. 1

Korelace hodnocení funkčních posturálních testů se schopností aktivace břišní stěny měřenou pomocí digitálních tlakových senzorů / Correlation between clinical evaluation by functional postural tests and ability to activate abdominal wall measured by digital pressure sensorsStříbrný, Martin January 2020 (has links)
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes the role of abdominal muscles in intra-abdominal pressure and the effect on postural stabilization. The issue of postural stabilization was analyzed in a physiological situation and frequent pathologies related with inadequate postural stabilization have been described. The current possibilities of evaluating the activity of abdominal muscles and intra-abdominal pressure were presented. Methodology: 25 healthy probands (mean age 22.4 years, SD ± 1.76) were evaluated in five posturally different situations - breathing stereotype test, intra-abdominal pressure regulation test, diaphragm test, hip flexion test and arm elevation test. Testing was performed with a prototype of the DNS Brace digital pressure sensor. The resulting pressure values of the abdominal wall expansion were correlated with the corresponding postural tests according to the DNS concept, which were performed by two DNS instructors with more than five years of experience. Results: A statistically significant correlation (p = 0.001 to 0.24) between abdominal wall pressure values and palpation-evaluated postural tests was demonstrated in four of the five tested positions. Correlation was strong in diaphragm test (r = 0.75 and 0.661) and mean in other tests (r = 0.567 to 0.415). Only...

Využití polyaspartátu draselného pro zajištění krystalické stability vínMeredová, Karin January 2019 (has links)
The thesis on „Utilization of potassium polyaspartate to ensure wines crystal stability“ is divided in two section, as theoretical so practical part. Theoretic part examined general colloid definition and division of disperse systems. This part further described various kind of turbidities in connection to the wine itself. It comprising detailed turbidity description together with methods and prevention option through the most commonly used stabilizers (e.g. carboxymethylcellulose, metatartaric acid, gum arabic etc.). Experimental, is theoretical parts dealt with the experiment execution itself. The experiment focused on already known and in practice used preparations and their comparison with new potassium polyaspartate-based preparation. Stabilisers were added in different concentration, variants and combinations in non-stable wine. The wines were immediately botteled in with proper preparations and stored in two variants (cellar and indoor temperature). The parameters such as wine color variation and crystal turbidity formation were examined throughout the entire storage period for each option separately. From each variant were eastablished three equal bottles in order to verify potential opening and time-dependent differeneces of already used preparations. The wines were subjected various methods of evaluation (visual check, gravimetry, evaluation at Alpha machine, pH, turbidity) and the results were statistically evaluated and processed. In the end was the follow-up reseach recommended with the same subject of focus.

Fluktuace zaměstnanců call centra / Turnover of call centre employeesSmolová, Iva January 2011 (has links)
Submitted thesis focuses on call center staff turnover. After short reference to work psychology and organization the theoretic part deals mainly with the characterization of this phenomenon. It aims to specify the main factors and it refers to possible stabilization measures. The second theme of the thesis is call centre and work of operators. Possible difficulties and risks of this job are described, the profesiogram of an employee of the particular selling point has been compiled. The last chapter deals with recruitment procedure. It specifies the single phases of the selection procedure, beginning with the preparation and compilation of necessary documents and ending with adaptation phase of a new employee at the end of the whole procedure. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the turnover in company "A". The analysis of the personnel data from 2009 to October 2010 was the first step. Subsequently we tried to answer the question, if it is possible to use Time Crirtical Desecion Making Test (used in current selective procedure), sociability, ability to assert oneself a comunicability as predictors of continuance in company. As a diagnostic method the Bochum Personality Questionnaire was used.

Hodnocení stabilizace dolních končetin u hráček amerického fotbalu pomocí inerciálních senzorů a funkčních testů / Lower extremity stabilization function assessment using inertial sensors and functional tests in women's american football playersHančová, Jana January 2016 (has links)
The master's thesis "Lower extremity stabilization function assessment using inertial sensors and functional tests in women's american football players" adresses postural control assessment in terms of functional joint stability using inertial sensors. The theoretical part is devoted to matters of functional joint stability, its control and it provides review of assessment options. Also inertial measurement unit function and application for human motion tracking are discussed. The last chapter covers American football considering the research group in the study. The experimental part is in form of study, which uses inertial sensor-based parameters to evaluate functional joint stability that are placed on four body segments and the results are compared with functional test results. We evaluated one-legged stance and single-leg hop test. One-legged stance, bear position and squat were chosen for the functional tests. Obtained data were also discussed in the context of history of injury in the last two years. Results confirm applicability of inertial measurement units for lower extremity stabilization objectification. We proved correlation of thight, shin and instep time to stabilization (TTS) with one-legged stance score and similarly thight and shin TTS with bear position score.
