Nestacionární pohyb tuhého tělesa v kapalině / The nonstationary motion of solid body in a liquid

Stejskal, Jiří January 2010 (has links)

Hardware Accelerated Digital Image Stabilization in a Video Stream / Hardware Accelerated Digital Image Stabilization in a Video Stream

Pacura, Dávid January 2016 (has links)

Hodnocení efektu cvičebního programu DNS FIT KID u sportujících dětí ve starším školním věku / Evaluating the effect of exercise program DNS FIT KID in sportive older school-age children

Mohylová, Lucie January 2020 (has links)
Evaluating the effect of exercise program DNS FIT KID in sportive older school-age children Abstract The diploma thesis evaluates of the effect of an exercise program called DNS FIT KID based on children older school-age who play sports. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains general knowledge about Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization. It describes the basic, such as developmental kinesiology, postural function and the stabilization system of the spine. Furthermore, the study also characterizes the DNS FIT KID exercise program, its key principles and exercise position. In the last section of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, it approaches the specifics of the period of a child older school-age in sports. Methods: The research involved 15 sports participants (athletes and kayakers) aged 13 to 15 years. All participants attended 12 lessons of the DNS FIT KID exercise program. Once a week, the lessons took place under the guidance of a trained physiotherapist by the DNS method. Before and after the exercise program, the participants were examined using DNS FIT KID tests, gross motor tests and balance tests from the MABC-2 battery. Results: In DNS FIT KID tests, the results improved by an average of 11.2 points (p < 0,001), in tests from MABC-2 battery, the percentile of gross motor...

Resuscitace a stabilizace extrémně nezralých novorozenců. / Stabilisation and resuscitation of extremely preterm newborns at birth.

Lamberská, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
Stabilisation and resuscitation in the delivery room is an integral part of the care of extremely premature newborns. The main task is to support essential life functions and to facilitate the adaptation of the immature organism to the extrauterine life. The current recommendations are well defined for the full term and late preterm newborns, but there is a lack of targeted recommendations for the stabilisation and resuscitation of extremely premature newborns. The research part of the submitted thesis summarises the most important results of clinical research performed in 2010-2015 at the Department of Neonatology of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, VFN and First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. The research evaluates the efficacy and side effects of the currently recommended methods of stabilisation and resuscitation of extremely premature neonates in the delivery room and presents some new and potentially useful techniques for delivery room care. A significant output of this work is the recommendation for practice, structured according to the gestational age of extremely premature newborns. The proposed guideline is based on our results of partial clinical trials and aims to improve the current level of stabilisation and resuscitation of extremely premature newborns...

Testování posturální stabilizace motoriky ve vztahu k bolesti zad a evaluace dysfunkce posturálního řízení motoriky metodou posturální somatooscilografie / Testing the postural stabilization of the movement system and evaluating the dysfunction of the postural cybernetic of the movement system by a new method postural somatooscilography

Rašev, Eugen January 2011 (has links)
Testing the postural stabilization of the movement system and evaluating the dysfunction of the postural cybernetic of the movement system by a new method postural somatooscillography Abstract: Introduction: For the objectification of the structural damages in the musculoskeletal system there are many research methods and imaging techniques. For the investigation of the stabilization of the locomotion system a simple, reliable method for the clinical and instrumental evaluation of the pain-body is missing so far. These methods probably would include the cause of the dysfunction of the stabilizing mechanisms in vertically integrated persons. Therefore I introduce a Postural Somatooscillography in this work, which is a new kind of posturography on a Posturomed surface that can be unstable in a metered way. Second, a new technique of "provocation test" (Step/Stand) is introduced here. In this test, standardized claims to the increased postural stability and so on the nature of the cooperation of the intersegmental muscles and the superficial polysegmental muscles are made evident. Either caused by a good segmental stabilizing a good economic posture, without pain, or non- economic activation of polysegmental muscles caused postural related pain in these congested superficial muscles. Objectives: My aim is the...

Vliv dynamické neuromuskulární stabilizace na motorický deficit u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě / The effect of dynamic neuromusculur stabilization on motor deficit in patients after stroke

Zelenková, Jana January 2014 (has links)
The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of specific rehabilitation concept on the motor deficit in patients after stroke. This concept is used at the Department of inpatient rehabilitation FN Motol, the main component is exercise on the principles of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) and is based on the principles of developmental kinesiology. The study included 12 patients after stroke. Probands participated in the 3 week therapy, exercise was carried out twice a day. Significant (p <0.05) improvement in motor function of the arm, hand, leg and foot was demonstrated by using Student`s paired t-test. There was a statistically significant improvement in postural control and reducing shoulder pain (all assessed using a specific scale: Chedoke McMaster Stroke Assessment). Changes in the degree of spasticity were evaluated by Modified Ashworth scale. A statistically significant improvement in the degree of spasticity was observed in these muscle groups: the elbow flexors , adductors of lower limb, knee extensors and hamstrings. It has been shown that the concept of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization can be advantageously used in selected patients after stroke. It is appropriate to supplement the DNS therapy with training of ADL.
