Úroveň posturální zralosti u dětí v atletických přípravkách / The Level of Postural Maturation of Children in Athletic-preparatory Schools

Janečková, Terezie January 2012 (has links)
Title: The Level of Postural Maturation of Children in Athletic-preparatory Schools Author: Terezie Janečková Objective: There are more and more athletic-preparatory schools in athletic units and clubs nowadays. Athletic-preparatory school means a group of five or six-year-old children with one or two training lessons per week. Czech athletic association wants to spread an interest in athletics among parents and their children, to find athletic talents as soon as possible and develop them by this way. The recruitment of children at this age already exists in many sports, but it is new in athletics in the Czech Republic. But that does not go for everyone that this sport training at preschool age is the appropriate and healthy way for a child motor development. I would like to evaluate the influence of athletic-preparatory schools on the child motor development. Due to the fact that there are no tests to apply for this purpose in literaure, we have to compose our own set of tests, which are used in physiotherapy. The theoretic part of the work is a bibliographic search of accessible information about postural maturation and motor development. The experimental part of the work is an evaluation of the level of postural maturation of children in athletic-preparatory schools before their start of regular...

Zajíčková, Jana January 2015 (has links)
The Master's thesis is focused on monitoring of the core muscles and m. biceps femoris activity in postural stability examination by Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization tests using surface electromyography in patients with LBP. Trunk extension test, trunk flexion test and squat test were chosen. The aim of this study was comparing muscle activity timing, symmetry of muscle activation and average activation between healthy subjects and patients with LBP. The changes of muscle activation pattern were observed and average activation was determined. In theoretical part the principles of DNS, surface electromyography and the relationship between postural stabilization and LBP are discussed. Two groups were measured - patients with LBP and a control group, 20 subjects together. The onset times were measured and rank of activation for each test and for each subject was determined. Then the average order for whole group was specified. Measured data were evaluated according to Wilcoxon signed-rank test. In average activation there was analysed change of activation in time. Results were compared between two measured groups. There is significant difference between the two groups in the rank of activation of m. ES l. dx. in trunk extension test and m. EO in squat test. Assymetry in timing of the right and left...

Šašková, Vlasta January 2019 (has links)
Title: Influence of pilates method on the stabilizing system of the spine Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis was to confirm or refute the claim that a six-week motion program using the pilates method positively affects the stabilizing system of the spine. The partial aims of the work were to determine whether the a six-week motion program using the pilates method had a positive effect on the posture, spinal mobility, shortened muscles and standing stabilization. Methods: As a method of research, a case study was selected involving two adult persons (males). The motion program was preceded by an initial examination. In particular, static examination of the standing position, dynamic examination of standing position (flexion, extension, lateroflexion), examination of stabilization (Véle test, stand on 1 LL, standing on 2 scales), examinations of spinal distances (Schober's, Otto's and Čepojev's distance, lateroflexion), goniometry of rotation of thoracic and lumbar spine, examination of shortened muscles according to Janda (hip flexors, knee flexors, pectoralis major and minor, m.trapezius and paravertebral muscles) examination of postural stabilization by Kolář (extension test, trunk flexion test, diaphragm test, hip flexion test). Participants then underwent a six-week motion program...

Posilování u pacientů s nespecifickými bolestmi dolní části zad / Strengthening in patients with nonspecific low back pain

Novák, Dalibor January 2012 (has links)
In the present work we compare the effectiveness of therapy in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP) using classical analytical strengthening and strengthening program based on principles of physiotherapy techniques that focus on the stabilization of the spine and are used in the treatment CNLBP. The experiment included a total of 14 patients diagnosed with CNLBP who were divided into two groups (n = 7), each of who underwent a 12-week training either classical or physiotherapy conceived strengthening. As for the evaluated parameters, we chose the size and quality of pain (visual analogue scale and Short Form McGill Pain Questionnaire), restrictions in daily life in relation to LBP (Oswestry Disability Index); we tried to capture a change in the stabilizing muscle function by using a collection of tests according to Kolar (2006). The evaluation took place at the beginning and after the program and then at intervals of six months. The results showed that there was a statistically significant improvement in both groups in the monitored parameters. The difference in results in pain intensity and functional limitations in life when comparing the two groups showed statistically insignificant. Both the groups of patients improved their score in the evaluation of the stabilizing functions of...

Dopady změn na příjemce dávek ze systému státní sociální podpory v souvislosti se stabilizací veřejnýc rozpočtů / Incidence of changes on a beneficiary deriving from the System of State Social Support within the context of stabilization of the public budgets

ZELENÁ, Dita January 2009 (has links)
The theoretical portion of the work dealt with the state social support, its individual allowances and the current problems related to the situation in public funds. The first main objective of the work and its partial objectives identified opinions of beneficiaries and of the broader public regarding changes in the system of the state social support introduced by Act no. 261/2007 Coll. To test the hypotheses and to collect primary data the author used qualitative research {--} the interviewing method and the questionnaire technique. Three hypotheses were determined in the degree work. The performed research confirmed hypotheses 1 and 2, whereas it did not confirm hypothesis 3. The mapping of the experience gained by administrators of the state social support system in relation to changes arising from Act no. 261/2007 Coll. was the second main objective of the work. This objective was fulfilled by complementary qualitative research which identified the experience of administrators of the state social support system with the researched changes. The interviewing method, the technique of a free dialogue was used for this purpose. One hypothesis came out of this qualitative research. The work looks back at more than a year of effect of the Act on stabilization of public budgets and at the impact of changes which this Act introduced in the system of the state social support.

Přehled technik imobilizace proteinových makromolekul na polymerní nosiče / Immobilization of protein macromolecules onto polymer carriers: An overview

Badalcová, Helena January 2018 (has links)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical Technology Consultant: PharmDr. Ondřej Holas, Ph.D. Student: Helena Badalcová Title of Thesis: Immobilization of protein macromolecules onto polymer carriers: An overview Since the 70s, the immobilised enzymes have been getting the attention of not only scientific and laboratory workers, but also industrial companies. Enzymes are unique biocatalysts, which are distinguished by their specificity, environment-friendliness and the ability to react under mild conditions can be easily subject of denaturation or inhibition. With regard to the usually high cost of purchase, the use of these enzymes could often be disadvantageous. Immobilization techniques offer an efficient solution to this problem and greatly simplify the use of enzymes in industry and research. Compared to the free forms, immobilized enzymes show greater activity, stability and allow repeated use as well as easier separation from products. This thesis contains an overview of the basic methods of immobilization - physical absorption and covalent bonds to the carrier, entrapment, encapsulation and carrier- free techniques using cross-linking. Finally, we outline possible biomedical applications as well as the use of immobilised enzymes in biosensors.

Posouzení vlivu konstituční hypermobility na posturální stabilitu / Assessing the influence of constitutional hypermobility on postural stability

Zadražilová, Tereza January 2008 (has links)
The thesis "Judging the influence of constitutional hypermobility on postural stability" focuses on the problem of constitutional hypermobility (CH) and the influence of joint instability on stability mechanisms. The aim of the research was to find out whether there is a difference in stability mechanisms with tested subjects with CH and without it. Furthermore, the research focuses on the influence of mobility techniques on postural stability by the means of chosen tests carried out on Balance Master® System platform. The tested sample includes 14 women aged from 20 to 28, 7 women with constitutional hypermobility and 7 women as a control group. 6 tests were chosen for the measurement on Balance Master® platform. 2 static tests: modified Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction on Balance (mCTSIB), Unilateral Stance (US), and 4 dynamic tests: Limits of Stability (LOS), Rhytmic weight shift (RWS), Step Up Over (SUO) a Forward Lunge (FL). We compared the medians of output values of individual tests. It was assumed that subjects with KH would have significantly worse test results than the control group. Furthermore, it was supposed that the mobilization processes cause stability disturbance on the basis of cancellation of compensational , thus protective block in comparison with KS.
