Vliv kondičních cvičení na míru tělesné zdatnosti seniorů / The effect of fitness exercises on physical fitness level of seniors

Ondrášková, Valerie January 2016 (has links)
Functional body condition of senior is important for preserving his independence, mobility and overall for his better quality of living. This paper tries to investigate influence of "classical" fitness exercise and exercise with DNS components on the functional body condition of examined senior. This paper is also comparing, whether is one of the exercises more efficient. For this fitness program have attended 32 probands older 60 years (control group 17, DNS group 15). After physical examination of their functional body condition by The Senior Fitness Test Battery, they have attended 6 weeks training program (2 times a week, 60 minutes), followed by the control test. In this paper we found out statistically significant improvement in body condition in both groups and from the result implies, that both types of exercises are effective to improve body condition of seniors. However, between these groups, we were not able to prove any significant difference. Then we examined on the smaller group of probands (7 in each group) influence of these exercises programmes on improvement of static postural stability, measured by Balance Error Scoring System. In this test we did not prove any statistically significant difference between the control group and the DNS group neither. The main finding of this paper...

Testování posturální stabilizace motoriky ve vztahu k bolesti zad a evaluace dysfunkce posturálního řízení motoriky metodou posturální somatooscilografie / Testing the postural stabilization of the movement system and evaluating the dysfunction of the postural cybernetic of the movement system by a new method postural somatooscilography

Rašev, Eugen January 2011 (has links)
Testing the postural stabilization of the movement system and evaluating the dysfunction of the postural cybernetic of the movement system by a new method postural somatooscillography Abstract: Introduction: For the objectification of the structural damages in the musculoskeletal system there are many research methods and imaging techniques. For the investigation of the stabilization of the locomotion system a simple, reliable method for the clinical and instrumental evaluation of the pain-body is missing so far. These methods probably would include the cause of the dysfunction of the stabilizing mechanisms in vertically integrated persons. Therefore I introduce a Postural Somatooscillography in this work, which is a new kind of posturography on a Posturomed surface that can be unstable in a metered way. Second, a new technique of "provocation test" (Step/Stand) is introduced here. In this test, standardized claims to the increased postural stability and so on the nature of the cooperation of the intersegmental muscles and the superficial polysegmental muscles are made evident. Either caused by a good segmental stabilizing a good economic posture, without pain, or non- economic activation of polysegmental muscles caused postural related pain in these congested superficial muscles. Objectives: My aim is the...

Kučerová, Klára January 2017 (has links)
Bibliographic identification KUČEROVÁ, Klára. Long-term monitoring of impact of competitive swimming in statics and dynamics of the spine. Prague: Charles University, 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, 2017, 59 p. Supervisor of the bachelor's thesis Mgr. Magdaléna Lepšíková. Abstract Swimming is a physical activity that is often recommended by physicians as compensatory activity. It is symmetrical sport which takes place in aquatic environment. This sport has many benefits and can be done at any age. Our goal was to find out if competitive swimming had an effect on statics and dynamics of the spine. To measure static sagittal parameters we used DIER Formetric III 4D. Dynamic tests were measured by spinal development tests. The trunk stabilization was detected using Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) concepts. We observed 11 children aged 11 - 12. These children were examined twice in the bachelor thesis, first one before the start of racing swimming and second one after 10 months. In our diploma thesis, these children were examined again after 3 years of racing swimming. We also watched a set of 11 adult swimmers. We compared their results with standards. After three years of racing swimming in children, there was no statistically significant change in size of...

Imobilizace proteinových makromolekul na polymerní nosiče / Protein macromolecules immobilization onto polymer carriers

Šitnerová, Michaela January 2017 (has links)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical Technology Consultant: PharmDr. Ondřej Holas, Ph.D. Student: Michaela Šitnerová Title of Thesis: Protein macromolecules immobilization onto polymer carriers Enzymes are unique biocatalysts because of their properties. They are highly specific, selective and functional even under mild reaction conditions. The method of immobilization is used to increase their operational stability, activity and possible reuse. This process allows the wide use of enzymes in industry, for example in the food industry, analytical chemistry, chemical synthesis and in the pharmaceutical industry. The aim of my thesis was immobilized enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE) on the surface pellets of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). Used method was simple sorption, immobilization using glutaraldehyde, and TEMPO oxidation using MCC. Well known Ellman's method served to measure the activity of AChE. The absorbance of the solution with the immobilized AChE was measured spectrophotometrically at 412 nm.
