The thesis includes postprocessing the design documentation of construction part new private elementary school in Beroun. It is a building project with the purpose of teaching in English. The building is two-storey, brick with a flat roof. Wall structural system. There is 1st elementary schools, kitchen with dining room and 2nd elementary School in the building. The documentation contains project of boiler room.

The beginning of the master thesis includes basic terms, which explain issues of properties, structures, building plot, ownership and co-ownership, prices and its creation, operation life and use, and probability of occurrence of risks. I estimate the price of property through general price – comparative method, in the practical part of thesis. In the next part, I bring how structural and technical condition of construction influences the price of property. The conclusion of the master thesis focuses on summary of structural and technical effects, which influence the price of building and when is the best time to sell the property, according to my opinion.

This master thesis refers to implementation exhaustive research of bridge construction. This diagnostics research serves as the first step of objective assessment of the condition of the bridge for further processing of investor intent. In the next two steps was the research focused on detailed research of the substructure for decide of the volume of the reconstruction and on the real condition of the superstructure for the check of the load capacity of the bridge.

This thesis is focused on the new building of the nursery school, its construction solutions, specific land placement, and dispositional solutions regarding the cardinal directions. The dispositional building possibilities are further described in connection with various functional units such as barrier-free access, daylight lighting, acoustic, hygiene, and other respective input information. The information is further applied and described with use of specific nursery school solutions.

1 Final inspection approval of construction programme de lege lata, de lege ferenda Abstract This master thesis aims on providing a comprehensive overview of an issue regarding the final inspection approval of construction programme and identification of errors associated with the current legal regulation of final inspection approval by Act No. 225/2017 Coll., and providing de lege ferenda proposals and answering question, whether the process is actually being simplified and accelerated, as declared the explanatory memorandum to the amendment to the Building Act No. 225/2017 Coll. compared to the state before. The master's thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one aims on legal sources governing the issue of construction law. The most important legislation concerning the issue is listed. Second chapter determines basic concepts contained in the Building Act associated with final inspection approval, which are necessary for understanding of this master thesis content. These concepts are structure, developer, part of the structure, temporary structure, change of the finished structure, or general conditions for construction. Subject matter of the master´s thesis is about Prag subway extension from Dejvice to the Motol, with a specific building construction technology of the construction pit and ramp .The study deals with the financial, technological and tempoval aspekt of the construction process. The work is bassed on the project for implementation.

Waterproofing membranes are one of the most commonly used waterproofing insulation materials. These can be found both in assemblies of roof constructions and substructures and are a key component for waterproofing systems. During design process it is necessary to select materials, elements and accessories so that mutual compatibility, waterproof effectiveness and reliability is ensured. In order to protect the main waterproofing layer a composition is therefore completed with construction protection elements, which are meant to prevent from a mechanical damage of waterproofing membrane. Mechanical stress and damage may become evident in variety of situations, which can be caused externally not only as an inappropriate ground bashing procedure but also as a consequence of improper waterproofing construction protection. In practice there are many cases of waterproofing system failures due to stress of elements with higher mechanical durability which affect elements with lower mechanical durability. The dissertation deals with an application of dimpled membranes protected by the layer of waterproofing membranes, which may due to stress and mutual compatibility result in waterproofing system failure and waterproofing reliability decrease. The dissertation is focused on mechanical durability of waterproofing membranes made of folio and modified bitumen membrane against damage from dimple membrane depending on stress category. First, possible waterproofing membrane damage from dimple extrusion is calculated and evaluated. The next part deals with verifying by experiment based on an effect of long-term static stress and short-term dynamic stress caused by ground bashing, where a measurement of ground bashing stress is performed. Experiment interpretation and an acquired knowledge provided the dissertation with an information what combination and order of particular layers results in higher risk of waterproofing system failure and waterproofing reliability decrease

The subject of this diploma thesis is new building of leisure center, with two storeys and partial basement, near town Proseč (cadastral area Paseky u Proseče). There is catering and sanitary facilities downstairs and accomodation facility upstairs. In basement, there is storeroom for camping equipment. Next to the building is a plot of land used as a campground. The construction is largely designed as a diffusely open timber - cross-laminated timber walls, ceilings and roof, with thermal insulation. Underground part is made of concrete-filled blocks, with ceilings from pre-tensioned panels. The building is covered with a sadle roof with a sheet metal roofing. AutoCAD software was used to draw the drawing documentation.

Aim of this study suggest the Roman Catholic church in the settlement Brno - Lískovec. capacity the church is 200 seats, a necessary part of the social center. Everything with regard to the present needs of ecclesial communion and contemporary liturgy.

The work deals with the development of the Old Brno District . Old Brno District is currently marked by waiting for the implementation of the land use plan, which should solve the problem of traffic. The implementation, however, will probably take a few decades. I propose to use the period of time before the change of traffic routes and begin a gradual development that will prefigure target form of the district. Well-designed architecture and urbanism is not the only condition for well-functioning city. Therefore, I propose a process which should lead to the target form, but to create social, economic, ecological and aesthetic values independently of it. For this purpose vacant spaces and temporary structures are used.
