In this master´s thesis I am focusing on the Construction technology project of Snowboard Zezula Company. Major part of my thesis informs on a technical report for a construction technology project, a time and a financial plan of a construction, a realization study of the main technological stage, a plan of the main construction mechanism, a project of a construction site device with drawings, a financial calculation of the construction site devices and some technological rules, checking and testing plan for designed operations. Lastly I compare the two different designs of a load-bearing construction level and I calculate time of sheat removing with the economical calculation of the work fissure number.

In my diploma thesis I solved construction and technological project of the manufacturing hall in Valašské Meziříčí. In my final thesis I focused on reinforced concrete structure for manufacturing press. For tis construction I processed technological prescription, control and test plan, budget, scheldule and assembly detail. Further I wrote up financial plan and scheldule for whole building, hazards in the workplace plan, proposal machinery, budget and scheldule for main building, site equipment project. In my final thesis, I have also dealt with solving transport roof girder on building site.

This thesis describes the building of a residential house called Rezidence Sochorova BD02 in Brno, Žabovřesky. The aim was the creation of the main parts of a constructional-technological project focused on the design of transport relations, the construction site facilities and its machinery, the creation of selected technological regulations and their control and testing plans. To secure safety and to protect health during the construction work itself, a risk plan and a suggestion of safety aids was created. In addition, an itemized budget of the construction, a time plan, environmental protection and a financial and time comparison of using a hopper in contrast to a concrete pump.

As the basis of this diploma thesis served a project of a flat house in Nezvalova Street. This flat house is designed as 7 floors high building with undergrounds garages and commercial space in the ground floor. Foundation of this building is done using reinforced concrete pilots, continued by monolithic reinforced concrete scelet. Both circumferential casing and internal walls are built using ceramic concrete blocks Porotherm, on top of which is a layer contact insulation system from EPS. Roofing of this building is done using asphalt bands into flat roof; one part of the roof is designed as “green roof” and is covered by soil substrate. This diploma thesis covers building technology preparation of construction. It includes time schedule of construction, accessibility to the building site, technical report and blueprints of building site equipment, risk plan, draft of main tools and processes for construction, instructions on how to use housing units. The main aim of this diploma thesis is around building a monolithicreinforced concrete scelet, for which a technological manual was created, control and probationary plan and blueprints of formwork for vertical and horizontal constructions. Additionally this thesis covers roofing using flat roof and asphalt belts.

The thesis focuses on the installation for the steel skeleton and industrial floors of wire reinforced concrete, time and financial plan, project, site equipment, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, timelines, capital construction object, then control plan for the steel skeleton and industrial floor. Moreover, it is processed itemized budget including bills of quantities, Risk Plan for the steel skeleton and industrial flooring and design details. The basis for this work was the design documentation for the realization of this project.

The subject of the thesis is the construction-technological project New flats of Study and Information Centre of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Brno. The building will offer a modern study environment for students. There will be a space for the central library as well as the study centre in the SIC. Also, the university archive and museum depository of the Institute of the History of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy will take place there. The building will be constituted of three five-floor blocks with overall groundplan size 72,40 x 30,50 m. The construction system is comprised by a ferroconcrete frame. The block C (the northern one) has one underground floor. At the level of the first uderground floor, the particular blocks are interconnected by an installation corridor. At the level of the second and third above-ground floor, the blocks are linked up with ferroconcrete connecting bridges. In the case of the fourth above-ground floor, the blocks are bridged by a dimensional steel construction which at the same time forms a roof and lifts the glassed frontage along the perimeter of the building. The fifth above-ground floor disposes of recessive steel extenstions of the engine rooms of air conditioning system.
