Koncepční návrh autocrossového vozidla pro děti s objemem motoru 150 ccm / Children Autocross Buggy with 150 ccm Engine Conceptual Design

Rada, Lubomír January 2012 (has links)
This master´s thesis descripe the conceptual design of children´s kartcross vehicle. According to the specification, I focused on design of frame, the calculation of the torsional stiffness and axle kinematic. I was inspired by modern trends kartcross vehicles. 3D model is designed in Pro/engineer. Torsional stiffness was counted using FEM software ANSYS 12.1. Finally the design and calculation of front suspension was done in MBS software Adams.

Návrh vozidla skupiny E2 pro závody do vrchu / Design of the Group E2 Vehicle for the Hill Climb

Malchárek, Martin January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis describes the design of the E2 hill climb car and it is design by following the FIA rules. Next parts are focused on detailed design of the front and rear suspension and design of the frame. Diploma thesis is processed using CAD system Autodesk Inventor 2011, in which was created all sketches and models. The suspension geometry during bound and rebound movement of the wheel was made in MBS system MSC Adams 2010. FEM analysis of the frame was made in ANSYS Workbench 12.1.

Optimalizace vyhodnocování testů sloupku řízení / Optimizing Test Evaluation of the steering column

Janda, Radek January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the study of the procedure of evaluation of the crash tests made on car steering columns and the subseuent optimalisation of this procedure by creating an evaluation sequence. The theoretical part contains the description of the testing environment and the description of the procedure of the crash test in use. Further in this section there is a description of several computer programmes which are used in the testing and evaluation procedure. The practical part starts with a description of the developement and the creation of the evalution programme that is able to evaluate the tests without the need for the operator to evaluate them himself. The results gained from the programme are veried in the following chapter. The conclusion is focused on comparing the old evaluation method with the new one that uses the evaluation sequences.

Design and Implementation of an Integrated Solar Panel Antenna for Small Satellites

Davids, Vernon Pete January 2019 (has links)
Thesis (PhD (Electrical Engineering))--Cape Peninsula University of Technology, 2019 / This dissertation presents a concept for a compact, low-profile, integrated solar panel antenna for use on small satellites in low Earth orbit. To date, the integrated solar panel antenna design approach has primarily been, patch (transparent or non-transparent) and slot radiators. The design approach presented here is proposed as an alternative to existing designs. A prototype, comprising of an optically transparent rectangular dielectric resonator was constructed and can be mounted on top of a solar panel of a Cube Satellite. The ceramic glass, LASF35 is characterised by its excellent transmittance and was used to realise an antenna which does not compete with solar panels for surface area. Currently, no closed-form solution for the resonant frequency and Q-factor of a rectangular dielectric resonator antenna exists and as a first-order solution the dielectric waveguide model was used to derive the geometrical dimensions of the dielectric resonator antenna. The result obtained with the dielectric waveguide model is compared with several numerical methods such as the method of moments, finite integration technique, radar cross-section technique, characteristic mode analysis and finally with measurements. This verification approach was taken to give insight into the resonant modes and modal behaviour of the antenna. The interaction between antenna and a triple-junction gallium arsenide solar cell is presented demonstrating a loss in solar efficiency of 15.3%. A single rectangular dielectric resonator antenna mounted on a ground plane demonstrated a gain of 4.2 dBi and 5.7 dBi with and without the solar cell respectively. A dielectric resonator antenna array with a back-to-back Yagi-Uda topology is proposed, designed and evaluated. The main beam of this array can be steered can steer its beam ensuring a constant flux density at a satellite ground station. This isoflux gain profile is formed by the envelope of the steered beams which are controlled using a single digital phase shifter. The array achieved a beam-steering limit of ±66° with a measured maximum gain of 11.4 dBi. The outcome of this research is to realise a single component with dual functionality satisfying the cost, size and weight requirements of small satellites by optimally utilising the surface area of the solar panels.

Test Bench for Experimental Research and Identification of Electrohydraulic Steering Units

Angelov, Ilcho, Mitov, Alexander January 2016 (has links)
The paper presents design solution and physical implementation of a system for examination of electro hydraulic steering based on OSPE 200 components. The implementation is based on synthesis of required hydraulic and structure parameters, presented in a previous paper. Now we present the interconnection of the digital control system and the closed-loop flow diagram. A formal description of embedded software is presented too, which supports operation of PI control algorithm in real-time. Identification is performed based on experimentally reported the transitional process by developing mathematical models. Presents the structure and capabilities of the models for identification, as well as procedures for their validation.

Hur implementerar man näringspolitik? : Norrköpings kommun och etablering av företagsverksamhet i två fallstudier / How to implement Industrial Policy in Public Administration? : The Municipality of Norrköping and setting upp companies in two case studies

Rönnberg, Nico January 2017 (has links)
This Bachelor Thesis reviews how to implement Industrial Policy in the municipality of Norrköping and how the public administration encourages the establishment of companies i Norrköping. Further more, the thesis investigates which arrangements Norrköping does when the competition be-tween different municipalities is strong. The subject is reviewed by case studies which show how the companies have started their business i Norrköping. The implementation has been presented from different viewpoints and interviews with the officials and the agents of the companies have been accomplished. In addition, the National Industrial Policy and the Local Industrial Policy of Norrköping have been studied to understand the political dimension of the subject. The thesis is focusing on the Industrial Policy of Norrköping and the area of establishment of companies and also two case studies. Implementing the Industrial Policy is characterized by negotiations, different interests and players. The implementation process can be difficult to understand when you are standing outside the network but at the same time the pessimism of the implementation theories is not as common as you suppose. On the other hand you cannot solve the lack of resources or change undefined policies to clear ones via the network.
