Precis This graduation theses discusses about application of the concept of Basal stimulation in the work of nurses in intensive care. A theoretical part explains the concept of basal stimulation, briefly outlining the history of this concept and describes the different elements. Elements' name are include somatic, vestibular, visual, olfactory, auditory, oral and tactile - haptic stimulation. The work also highlights the importace of biographical history of the client. Research part determines the level of knowledges about basal stimulation between nurses in the ICU (intensit care units) and its use in the ICU at University Hospital in Hradec Králové. Research method is a survey. The questionnaire established author. Keywords: basal stimulation, nest location, location mummy, biographical history, communication.

Následně v rovině praktické při analýze jednotlivých faktorů pracovní spokojenosti ve vybrané firmě. Analýza byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V práci jsou též navržena řešení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení pracovní spokojenosti, motivace a stimulace ve firmě.

Tvorba výnosu čiroku pěstovaného pro produkci bioplynu / Production yield of sorghum grown for biogas production

Low temperature during germination is a major limiting factor affecting growth of sugar sorghum in the Czech Republic. The aim of the study was to determine the ability of stimulated seeds germinate in slightly adverse conditions (less optimal temperatures) and evaluate the impact of biologically active compounds to faster germination of sorghum seeds and next plant growth. Two sorghum seed lots were treated by auxinous preparations Lexin and M Sunagreen. Germination was tested in germination chamber at temperatures 12, 15, 18 and 21 °C in the dark for 14 days. The results confirm stimulation of sugar sorghum seeds and increase of the germination speed at lower temperatures. Top acting biologically active agent (for faster germination) was Lexin. This product has a significant impact on increasing of the seed vigour. In less favorable conditions (12 ° C) application of Lexin increase germination speed of sorghum seeds by a full five days. Shortening of mean germination time was detected after M-Sunagreen application too. 25 cm row spacing on sorghum sugar and 50 cm on the grain sorghum were the best in our experiments. We have found that fertilizer Urea Stabil before sowing at a dose of 80 kg N.ha1 and then the same dose fertilization in stage BBCH 35 is preferred.

One of the important functions provided by the placenta is the transport of substances between the mother and the fetus. This transfer of substances enabled mainly by membrane transporters, which are located on the apical and basal membranes of the syncytiotrophoblast. During various physiological or pathological changes in the human body, their expression and amount can vary significantly. Inflammatory reactions that may occur during pregnancy are also related to these changes, and therefore we have addressed this issue and believed that this condition may alter the expression of placental transporters. The aim of this work was to investigate the changes in the expression of membrane transporters using placental cells on BeWo cell lines and placental villous explants that were stimulated by pro-inflammatory mediators. Použití přípravku Rhizopon při množení dřevin

The aim of the thesis is the influence of the stimulator Rhizopon on rooting of cuttings of selected coniferous and evergreen trees. For this trial was used conifers e.g. Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Filifera Aurea Nana', Juniperus squamata 'Blue Star', Picea abies 'Nidiformis', Picea glauca 'Conica', Taxus baccata 'Repandens', Taxus x media 'Hicksii', Thuja occidentalis 'Teddy'. As samples of evergreen trees was chosen a Buxus sempervirens 'Globosa' and Buxus sempervirens 'Winter Beauty'. Twenty variants of Rhizopon of various concentration and the active ingredient were used for the stimulation of cuttings. As a result of this experiment, it was found that the best rating of coniferous species were Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Filifera Aurea Nana' and Taxus x media 'Hicksii', rooting of these kinds of trees reached 90%. The best rooting of evergreen trees was a Buxus sempervirens 'Globosa', with 100% success of rooting. However, these results cannot be considered as a final result and it has to be repeated for a few seasons.
