Význam bazální stimulace u pacientů ve vigilním kómatu na intenzivní péči / The importance of basal stimulation in patients in vigilant coma on intensive care.

KUČEROVÁ, Soňa January 2018 (has links)
The main aim of this work is, to explore how basal stimulation affects the process of coma vigil in patients, when carried out only by trained practitioners. And also, to explore how basal stimulation affects the process of coma vigil in patients, when carried out by family members with the assistance of practitioners. To achieve the aim, a qualitative research will be used in the form of case studies and interviews. The research team involves patients in coma vigil, family members and practitioners performing basal stimulation to affected patients. The purpose of this assignment is to prove that the involvement of family members in the process of basal stimulation significantly improves the effectiveness of the treatment. In our profession, we can often see patients with impairments of perception, movement or other disorders. While a human body is in a coma, it can still perceive emotions and other surrounding influences that affect the body. To improve the quality of care that these patients receive, the concept of basal stimulation serves as one of the alternatives of treatment. The implementation of this concept shows positive effects on the overall health of the client when in cooperation with family members. The results of this assignment may be used as a foundation when producing seminars and procedures that serve to educate the healthcare staff and families, in order to achieve the best results in a given issue.

Senzomotorická stimulace - součást komplexní léčby nemocných chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí / Sensorimotor training - part of comprehensive treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Bezděková, Tereza January 2012 (has links)
The thesis deals with the possibility to influence the values of the lung function in patiens with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) after exercise carried out according to the Methodology of sensorimotor training. The thesis contains a summary of theoretical knowledge about the pathophysiologic expresion of COPD, including their consequences not only for the respiratory system, but musculoskeletal system as well. Furthermore the thesis includes the information about the Methodology of sensorimotor training, that was used to influence the posture correction in our research. Methods: The spirometric examination of flow-volume curves monitor the changes prior to and after the exercise according to sensorimotor training in patiens with COPD (mean age 60, 733 ± 11,817). Results: The using of sensorimotor training can provide correction of the position of the whole body, of the chest, and change a chest mobility and in total to set up conditions for more economical muscle activation. This enable the changes in the values of the lung functions in the patiens with COPD, that we measured. Not all changes showed statistically significant change. Conclusion: Using sensorimotor training have an objective effect on the values of the lung function in patiens with COPD.

Vliv exteroceptivní stimulace na svalové napětí po fyzické zátěži / Effect of exteroceptive stimulation on muscle tone after physical activity

Hafič, Peter January 2012 (has links)
Title: Effect of exteroceptive stimulation on muscle tone after physical activity Aims: The aim of this diploma thesis is to summarize theoretical findings regarding the muscle tonus, biomechanical characteristics of soft tissues and the influence of exteroceptive stimulation on muscle tonus. In practical part, the influence of exteroceptive stimulation on muscle tonus after anaerobic exercise was evaluated using the measuring instrument - myotometer. Methods: Diploma thesis was approached as pilot and was processed at FTVS-UK in the form of analytical-comparative study on the group of six probands who experienced endurance Wingate test and then they underwent the exteroceptive stimulation technique. The main objective of this experiment was the evaluation of effect of stroking - the exteroceptive stimulation on muscle tonus. The muscle tonus was measured before the exertion, after anaerobic exertion, after passive rest and after exteroceptive stimulation. Measuring of muscle tonus of m. soleus was performed in FTVS-UK laboratory using myotonometer. The data were displayed through analog-digital convertor and were subsequently processed in program Matlab. Outcomes: Experiment partly proved mutual relationship between skin and muscle and possibility of influencing the muscle using the exteroceptive...

Využití bazální stimulace v předškolním vzdělávání / Use of basal stimulation in pre-school education

Bechová, Veronika January 2013 (has links)
A dissertation "Use of basal stimulation in preschool education" has the aim to confirm a positive influence of the basal stimulation concept on upbringing and education of children with multiple disabilities in a special kindergarten. A theoretical part gives you a brief characteristic on the topic of multiple disabilities and cerebral palsy (CP). It brings you a view of the development of children with disabilities in the preschool period. A crucial part is dedicated to the basal stimulation concept as well as its basic and superstructural elements and biographical anamnesis. A research project presents the case studies and shows the use of the concept at particular work. It evaluates and confirms the positive influence of stimulation on children and presents a recommendation for pedagogical practice. Keywords: multiple disabilities, a child in the preschool education, basal stimulation

Účinnost stimulace vestibulárního systému u pacientů s poruchou stability / Effectivness of vestibular stimulation in patients with postural stability disorder

Ševčíková, Lucie January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis summarizes physiology of vestibular system and disorders of vestibular system. In experimental part we observe the influence of vestibular stimulation on static postural stability. We achieve vestibular stimulation by active and repeated head and body movements. We measure the lenght of COP trajectory using stabilometry. We tested two groups of persons, 20 healthy persons aged 21 - 49 years and 6 patients with postural stability disorder from vestibular origin aged 40 - 76 years. The changes in lenght of trajectory COP after vestibular stimulation were not statistically significant in any group, but for each patient, there was a change in lenght of trajectory of COP. In patients, who have peripheral vestibular disorder, there was a reduction in lenght of trajectory of COP. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Analýza pracovní spokojenosti ve stavební společnosti / Employee satisfaction in a construction company

Švecová, Petra January 2011 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was an analysis of job satisfaction of employees in a construction company. As a theoretical foundation of a work the issue of satisfaction, staff motivation and stimulation was preceded. The analysis was performed by written survey of the company. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the organization and work content, working environment, interpersonal relations, boss, conditions of education and personal development and satisfaction with the evaluating and rewarding. The relationship to the company and the level of motivation were also studied. Based on the results of the analysis were presented proposals and recommendations whose implementation should contribute to greater employee satisfaction.

Kotrbatá, Eliška January 2018 (has links)
Diploma Thesis - Stimulation of person with physical and multiple disabilities through Vojta's therapeutic concept - is about aplication of Vojta's reflex locomotion method at newborns and infants. The theoretical assessment is describing the development, basic principles and the use of this method. Vojta's special diagnosing will be also addressed. The next major chapter will be the description of muscular dystrophy and consisting of basic division, description of diagnosing principals and treatment. One chapter is dedicated to Girdle Muscular Dystrophy and its manifestation and difficulties with the diagnosis. Empirical data is being collected through a questionnaire which was given to parents with newborns and infants and will provide a complex vision analysis on Vojta's method and its application to newborn and infants born with physical and multiple disabilities.
