The theoretical part of the Master's thesis deals with aspects, which influence job performance of employees. The thesis describes one of the most important parts of job performance, which is the motivation. It is also dealing with some of more or less known motivational theories, which help us to understand the motivation of each person. The thesis does not omit term of stimulation and work satisfaction as well. The background of specific company in tourisms, the U Pinkasů restaurant, is sketched in practical part of the thesis. The motivation of its employees as well as some improvement suggestions are studied close.

The diploma thesis focuses on the motivation and satisfaction of employees. Its aim is to analyze the factors of performance and satisfaction of workers of a small company and based on this analysis to propose measures that could help to solve the consequences of the analyzed situation. The theoretical part is devoted to motivation and its importance in the processes, its types and different concepts in the context of work motivation. Further, the thesis pays attention to stimulating factor that may affect the work performance and employee satisfaction and to the motivation program of the company. The practical part presents the studied company and analyzes the incentive structure through questionnaire investigation. Based on the research I suggest recommendations that could improve the current situation in the company. In conclusion of the thesis, I will summarize all the obtained knowledge and findings from research regarding to the further operation of the company in terms of motivation of employees.

Due to characteristics of provided services is obvious that the company's success on the market is based on how its employees take their work. The proposed measures are designed for a particular company so it should be usable in real operating process. In this work were presented another possibile ways to influence and impact on work performance and have a clear picture of the desired working behavior of employees and the management, which should be examined by company as close as possible.

The questionnaire survey based on Stoewer test is used in the master's thesis. The questionnaire identifies the fields that motivate employees to work and the fields that the company use inappropriately and that lead to employee dissatisfaction with their work. Optimization solutions are proposed in the conclusion.

Thesis title: Evaluation of postural stability and postural strategy in obese people Objectives: The main objective was to evaluate postural stability using computer posturography in obese people and assess whether three-month exercise training with a focus on sensorimotor stimulation has an effect on postural stability. Methods: This is a cross-sectional experimental study. The research group consisted of 20 probands aged 30 to 62 years with BMI values of 31.1-53.5 kg / m2, from which the general posturography was evaluated. The effect of sensorimotor training was subsequently assessed of 13 probands, who were divided into two groups - interventional (n = 6) and control (n = 7). The measurement was performed using static computer posturography and computer goniometry processed by the freeStep software system. To compare the effect of sensorimotor training, measurements were performed twice in the intervention and control groups, over a period of approximately three months. Postural stability was evaluated based on the Sway test. Statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software.
