The aim of the thesis is to propose appropriate changes based on the theoretical knowledge and the survey results. These changes shall lead to increasing employee motivation and shall help improve non-financial employee appraisal system. The thesis was processed for the local HR department and will be used as a groundwork for possible changes at the branch in the Czech Republic.

The theoretical section marks out the basic terms in the field of human resources, motivation and stimulation of the work force. Ceska Zbrojovka a.s. is characterized in the analytical section and an analyses is carried out through a survey in the form of a questionnaire. Diploma thesis “Proposal of the Remuneration in the Company Zevos Ltd.” focuses on developing of new company wage control system targeting on higher motivation of employees leading to further company development. The aim of theoretical part of the thesis was to collect and study the theoretical knowledge in the area of wage systems and systems of remuneration based on existing technical literature. This theoretical knowledge was applied on present wage system in the company. The second part introduces the company itself and last part, the practical one, is divided into two parts - the analytical one and the proposal one. By using of the method of comparison of the theory with the analytics of current status some reserves in motivation function of the wage system was found and the proposals for improvement was done. This proposal is based on implementation of tariff system supplemented by personal remuneration and bonus system. The result of the thesis is a proposal of new wage system for Zevos Ltd.

Effectiveness of Proprioception Training for Improving Balance Analyzed by Computerized Dynamic Posturography The Master thesis, based on conduction of an experimental study. The aim of this experimental study was to find out how one-time proprioceptive training can help in improving the balance. The method used for analyzing the balance was done on Neurocom as it is considered a validated technique for testing balance. Then proprioceptive training was performed for the static and dynamic stability effect. For instance, both side legs were trained and focused on the "short foot"/ "three point standing" by Janda, followed by static single leg standing with eyes open and then closed; secondly Dynamic standing by adding arm or leg movement while maintain the posural stability progressively. All based on the knowledge acquired during the Master Degree Physiotherapy program at FTVS UK. The participant's characteristic in the research are between the ages of 20 to 30 years, with no specific diagnose. All the 40 participants were divide into 2 groups, 20 of each. The Control group and the Experimental group (Proprioception intervention), each group has had their balance tested twice on the Neurocom (CDP). The diploma thesis deals with the topic of neurocognitive changes in schizophrenia and the possibility of non-pharmacological interventions. It first summarizes current knowledge about schizophrenia, in connection with interdisciplinary overlaps enabling orientation in the topic. The thesis describes the individual cognitive disorders that are part of the disease. The main focus of the work is to inform about the possibilities of cognitive remediation. We focus on cognitive training and transcranial direct current stimulation in more detail. In particular, the use of stimulation methods has not yet been described in Czech literature. The work should thus contribute to the mapping of this issue. The theoretical part is followed by an empirical presentation of the results of our pilot study. In the study, we use a quantitative-qualitative methodology to map objective and subjective changes in cognitive functions before and after the application of stimulation and cognitive training in patients with schizophrenia. We included 9 patients who met the entry criteria. The results of the quantitative part did not reveal significant changes after the application of active tDCS stimulation in combination with cognitive training.
