Vliv hormonálního ošetření během umělé reprodukce na produkci plůdku piskoře pruhovaného (Misgurnus fossilis) v umělých podmínkách / Effects of hormonal treatment during artificial reproduction to produce to fingerlings of weatherfish (Misgurnus fossilis)

HOUDA, Ondřej January 2015 (has links)
In this M. Sc. thesis, the influence of selected commercially available hormonal preparations based on hCG (Pregnyl, Chorulon) and GnRH-a with dopamin inhibitor (Ovopel, Dagin, Ovaprim) and their benefits were studied, compared with homogenate of carp pituitary (CPE), during controlled reproduction of weatherfish (Misgurnus fossilis, Linnaeus, 1758) in artificial conditions on the quality of the produced fry. The goal of this thesis was assess the suitability of individual commercially produced hormonal preparations for controlled reproduction of weatherfish and the possibility to replace with them unstandardized use of homogenate of carp pituitary. It was found that use of various hormonal preparations and dosage may to in some extent affect hatchability and survival rate of larvae (fry), the size of the yolk sac of larvae, and the amount of energy deposited in body tissues of larvae. However, demonstrable difference in studied parameters for the application of different preparations on the different hormonal basis (hCG versus GnRH) was not reported. The highest rate of hatching larvae (93.3 ? 3.8%) was observed in the groups treated with preparation Pregnyl 3000 IU - kg-1. In terms of overall survival of the larvae (from deployment of hatched eggs until the end of the experiment) have proven to be the most effective medication Pregnyl 3000 IU - kg-1 (69.9 ? 12.1 %) and Dagin (60.56 ? 11.71 %). Within the thesis has been demonstrated no relationship between hormonal treatment used and the growth of larvae (in terms of achieved total length of body and dry weight). The amount of energy deposited into the body tissues of larvae (gross calorific value) was comparable in all groups, except Dagin preparation, which was recorded impairment losses. For the best, most effective and commendable for control of reproductive hormone preparation carp pituitary homogenate replacing the terms of the assessed indicators can be seen the preparation based on hCG and that is Pregnyl at a dose of 3000 IU - kg-1.

Hodnocení tvorby výnosu a zdravotního stavu u ozimé pšenice: liniová versus hybridní odrůda / Evaluation of grain yield formation and state of health in winter wheat: line versus hybrid cultivar

MAGOČI, Jan January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of grain yield formation and state of health of the line and hybrid wheat. For this target it was founded a one-year small-land experiment on the land of the Faculty of Agriculture of The University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice in September 2014. The experiment had 16 different variants in four repetitions, where the main factor was the different cultivar - Hybrid Hymack and line Tobak were sown at two different dates (early date 20th September, late date 29th October). In both of sowing dates, cultivars also differed in amount of seed quantity, where for Hymack it was 1,1 and 2,2 MKS/ha and for Tobak it was 3,5 and 4,2 MKS/ha. The last option was the stimulation by using the products from the company EGT and checking. During the vegetation, the number of plants per square meter, number of tillers and number of spikes were monitored and the state of health was evalueted. After the harvest were evalueted the grain yield, volume weight, HTZ and the number of grains per spike. The indicative measurement was made by the N - tester and a Sun Scan. The results achieved during the one-year small-land experiment show, that due to the influence of favorable year and high intensity of cultivation, a line cultivar Tobak achieved a higher yield (10,4 t/ha) compared to hybrid cultivar Hymack (10,4 t/ha) about 7 %. In the evaluated parameters the biggest difference was in HTZ, when Tobak had 47 grams and Hymack had 43,5 grams. This difference was the reason for higher yield of the line cultivar. Both of cultivars have achieved a better yield in the early sowing date and responded positively to the application of the growth stimulators. On the contrary, in the late date of sowing, cultivars reached a higher volume weight of the grain. During the growing season, the hybrid cultivar had better state of health and considerably higher tillering capability and the leaf area. The hybrid wheat's yield potential can be applied especially in unfavorable conditions such as drought or poor quality soil. At high intensity of cultivation supported by suitable climatic conditions, hybrid wheat hasn´t got an economic application in comparison with profitable line cultivars. The reason for this, is the high price of the seed and need for higher doses of nitrogen. The hybrid wheats are suitable for unfavorable growing regions with early sowing.

Faktory pracovní spokojenosti / Factors of working satisfaction

Haníková, Barbora January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with factors of job satisfaction of employees of the state company XY. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which summarizes the theoretical background and the basic approaches to the described topic. The second part is empirical and it is aimed at motivating employees in the aforementioned organization, particularly at the remote workplace Blansko. The media in recent years created a bad image of the company, which is mostly related to the treatment of employees. It was therefore examined whether this external situation has a negative impact on job satisfaction and motivation of employees. The default method was a questionnaire survey, whose results were plotted and selected questions were then analyzed by analysis of qualitative character. If there were established a correlation between the studied characteristics there were also determined its power by coefficient of association. At the end of each analysis there were included interpretations of findings that were used to design optimization measures.

Systém motivace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci / Motivation and stimulation system of workers in a selected organisation

PIŠTĚLÁKOVÁ, Veronika January 2017 (has links)
The aim of my thesis was evaluating the motivation of workers in a selected organisation and proposing changes leading to improving the management of this area. For being able to analyse these issues, I chose the organisation Hervis Sports and Fashions, Ltd. In the theoretical part information on the chosen topic is gained. In the practical part I have first specialised in the organisation itself, its profile followed by the evaluation of the present state of the organisation Hervis. Furthermore, I analysed in detail all benefits offered by the organisation. In order to gain information I chose an interview with a manager and a questionnaire enquiry. The main aim of this enquiry was to gain information on employees. I focused on the contentment of employees in terms of stimulation and motivation. Subsequently on searching for causes of dissatisfaction, on the perception of the motivation programme of the organisation or the general personal policy of the organisation. In the conclusion of the practical part there is the summary of the gained information and possible measures ( proposals), which could contribute to making the processes of motivation and stimulation within the organisation more effective.
