The aim of my thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of emloyees of the company XY. The first chapter describes the aim of whole work and the subject of the thesis. The following chapter deals with the theory explaining motivation, incentives and job satisfaction. The third chapter analyzes the results of the survey and answers provided by employees. Based on found dissatisfaction, possible solutions to improve current situation at the company are introduced as well.

The present thesis deals with analysis of job satisfaction and work motivation. At the beginning, the basic underlying theoretical concepts concerning given subject are considered. Following chapters present the analysis of satisfaction and motivation of labour force at a selected company based on data collecting using questionnaire method. Finally the thesis suggests measures to improve job satisfaction, motivation and attitude of employees towards the company as a whole.

This Master’s thesis deals with the determination of present conditions of motivation and stimulation environment in company Reda a. s. The theoretical part describes the motivation and stimulation bases from the general and practical point of view. The analytical part is focused on research and presents current conditions in chosen company. The survey was used as the information source. The findings from that survey and suggestions for present conditions improvement are summed up in the conclusion.

This work is pointed on development of motivation program of Unistav a.s. The analysis of extablished motivation program is based on questionnaire surveys, interviews and research on corporate materials. On the basis of found deficiencies are suggested improvements, this brings desirable development of motivation program and improves labour efficiency and satisfaction of employees.

This thesis analyzes present situation in a firm with an aim to detect weak points in management and motivation of employees. Also the thesis offers possibilities of improvement for purpose of an increase in effectiveness of the firm.

This thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with individuals with physical disabilities and limitations resulting therefrom, characteristics of selected types of physical disability and dance as a therapeutic method. The practical part consists of the possibility of applying dance techniques for clients with physical disabilities and the possibility of conducting a dance lesson. Background: Eating disorders are psychiatric illnesses whose treatment is difficult and usually the classic procedures fail. Recently, the number of researches in neuromodulatory methods has increased. I present an overview of basic stimulation methods, their use in the treatment of anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa and binge-eating and the results of our study focused on the treatment of AN by transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). Methods: It was a randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled trial. Forty-three inpatients with AN were divided to receive either active (n=22) or sham (n=21) tDCS over the left DLPFC (anode F3/cathode Fp2, 2mA for 30 minutes). All patients filled the Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire (EDE-Q) and Zung depression scale (ZUNG), we measured them the thermal pain threshold, the objective dissatisfaction with their own body by Anamorfic program and evaluated BMI before the first and after the last tDCS. Follow-up was after 2 and 4 weeks. It was evaluated using ANOVA and OPLS model. Results: Compared to sham tDCS, active tDCS improved self-evaluation based on one's body shape (p < 0,05) and significantly decreased the need of excessive control over calorie intake (p < 0,05) in 4-week follow-up (questions 4 and 23 in EDE-Q). The goal of the diploma thesis "Use of the concept of Basal stimulation in the Czech republic" is mapping using of the concept of Basal stimulation in sedlčanský region in the areas of the health, social services and education. Due to the demonstrability benefit of this method of working, diploma thesis finds reasons for her non-use and suggestions, how it would be possible encourage the use of this method. Sub-goal is to find of the reasons non- using of the concept of Basal stimulation in the surveyed facilities or untrained employees, who are working with the clients, patients or pupils in the direct care. The theoretical part explains concepts of motivation and stimulation, introduces basic theories of motivation and outlines the usage of stimulation in practice. The practical part deals with introduction of examined company, her current motivation program, analysis of satisfaction of employees with this program and with development of discovered preferences in time horizon of two years.
