The topic of this master thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of the new construction of a multifunctional building of the registered office of the company. New building is situated on the land in Ružomberok in the area intended for production and warehouse function. The proposed facility represents the background for a company that is a leading supplier of spare car parts. The building consists of a three floors with a partial basement. 1.PP and the part of 1.NP are storage areas. The rest of the first overhead floor is the shop. The second floor represents the administrative part of the business. The last, third floor, has 3 corporate apartments of various inclinations. The object is based on the concrete strip foundations. The structural system uses the ceramic blocks of type Therm. The walls of the basement are made of a concrete structural system. The ceilings of the building are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. Screed to fall of the flat roof is thermal insulation and the finish is made of pea gravel.

Idag är ett av de mer komplicerade byggprojekten i Sverige i full gång, nämligen ombyggnationen av Slussen i Stockholm. Orsakerna till detta är bland annat att den tidigare Slussen var i så pass dåligt skick och att Mälarens reglering behöver förändras för att möjliggöra en ökad avtappning av vatten. Beläget mitt i stan och med cirka 450 000 människor som passerar denna mötesplats dagligen så får de parter som är med och bidrar till ombyggnationen begränsade förutsättningar.Skanska är ett av de många företag som är med och möjliggör ombyggnationen av den Nya Slussen och syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka hur man kan effektivisera logistikflödet på en av Skanskas entreprenader, SN 81 Konstbyggnad Land. Målet med studien har varit att lokalisera de olika parametrar som påverkar logistikflödet negativt. Det primära målet har sedan varit att presentera åtgärdsförslag som skall öka den värdeskapande tiden på arbetsplatsen och minska/eliminera slöseriposter kopplade till bygget.Metoden som valts för detta arbete har varit en kombination av litteraturstudier, enkätundersökning och intervjuer. Enkätundersökningen delades enbart ut till yrkesarbetarna på projektet och intervjuerna har endast utförts för tjänstemän på projektet som valts ut efter erfarenhet och befattning för att få en nyanserad bild av ämnet.Efter arbetets gång har de kritiska parametrar som påverkar logistikflödet negativt lokaliserats, Ytor, kommunikation och struktur. Rekommendationer har sedan arbetas fram som skall öka den värdeskapande tiden samt eliminera slöseriposterna. Åtgärdsförslagen som jobbades fram blev en uppdaterad APD-plan med upplagsytor tilldelade, extern upplagsyta, bättre kommunikation, förenklad protokollföring och avslutningsvis en strukturerad arbetsplats. / Today, one of the more complicated construction projects in Sweden is in full swing, namely the rebuilding of Slussen in Stockholm. The reasons for this are, among other things, that the former Slussen is in such a bad condition, and that the Mälaren regulation needs to be changed to allow for increased drawing of water. Located in the middle of the city and with about 450,000 people passing this meeting place daily, the parties involved to the reconstruction have limited conditions.Skanska is one of the many companies involved in enabling the rebuilding of Nya Slussen and the purpose of this work is to investigate how to streamline the logistics flow on one of Skanska's construction projects, SN 81 Art Construction Land. The aim of the study has been to locate the different parameters that adversely affect the logistics flow. The primary objective has since been to present action proposals that will increase value creation at the workplace and reduce / eliminate the waste items associated with the building.The method chosen for this study has been a combination of literature studies, survey and interviews. The survey was only shared with the construction workers on the project and the interviews have only been carried out for officials on the project selected according to experience and position to get a nuanced image of the subject.After this study, the critical parameters that affect the logistics flow negatively have been located. Space, communication and structure. Recommendations have then been worked out to increase value creation time and eliminate / reduce wasting items. The action proposals that were developed became an updated APD plan with storage areas given, external storage space, improved communication, simplified protocol management and, finally a structured worksite.
