In the theoretical part are given fundamental characteristics of strategic management and methods of strategic analysis. In the practical part, I was applied the external and internal analysis of the enterprise. I also put together a SWOT analysis, from which I have formulated a strategy that the company should in the future implement.

The thesis analyses anti-crisis measures of Kimberly-Clark company. Theoretical part introduces terms like strategy, competitiveness, portfolio management and human resources management. Key element of the thesis is general strategy Europe 2012 which was published by the top management. Two case studies then address implementation of this general strategy and based on fundamental analysis form recommendations for region of Europe with focus on czech market. The most important conclusion is necessity to diversify approach to product categories within company's portfolio. Assignment of clear roles to specific categories enables better focus on their potential and maximization of contribution to company's results as a whole. In terms of operating expenses, it is important to limit their inflation depending on the evolution of sales. On the other hand we need to keep in mind that employees are the key resource for the company and it is therefore important to enasure motivating environment for them. Savings in operating expenses need to be seeked in areas bringing small added value.

The goal of this Master's Thesis is to create business plan including draft of company strategy and financial plan and to assess viability of the business plan. The Thesis is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part maps legislation framework of company establishment in the Czech Republic with regard to limited liability companies, practical activities related to company establishment as creation of business plan, establishment budget and assessment of business activities. Last part is focused on company strategy. The practical part is focused on business plan of fictive company BEZLEPO CHLÉB s.r.o., which is involved in producing mainly gluten-free bakery products. The last part shows financial plan for the next five years including three options. Lately there is assessed the feasibility of the project.

The macro and micro environment, the internal resources and capabilities of the company are analyzed. Final summary is done by the SWOT analysis, through which the strategic recommendations were designed.

The practical part contains the strategic analysis of a specific entrepreneur created using the PEST analysis, the Porter five forces analysis, and the Value Chain Analysis. The practical part also includes suggested business strategies determined using the Ansoff Matrix, Porter's approach to strategy and the Johnson -- Scholes' Strategy Clock. The last chapter is dedicated to a more detailed elaboration of the selected strategy variant.

In the theoretically-methodological part, theoretical approaches and related terms concerning the strategic analysis are described and explained. In the analytical part, the strategic analysis is conducted. It includes the identification of threats and opportunities that can be found in the surroundings of the company, it also focuses on finding out strenghts and weaknesses among the company's resources. This thesis that deals with the issue of "Application of the Balanced Scorecard method" focuses on establishing a strategy of the K company that makes its business in the field of transport and logistics. For the purposes of this study a method of Balanced Scorecard is used to express the strategic goals. Linking of these is shown in a strategy map. Theoretical part evaluates importance and reasons for chosing the Balanced Scorecard technique. Analysis of current situation finished with the SWOT analysis follows in the next section. Strategic goals are to be stated in four perspectives in the very last section of this thesis. These goals are connected into a strategy map. Finally, the importance of the feedback is being evaluated.
