On the basis of investigated information there will be submitted a proposal of a new strategic document of the Czech Republic for the reconstruction Loghar province. This Thesis examines the communication strategy of the Ford Motor Company in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is on ATL communication and media planning. The theory of the functioning and the workings of commercial communications on consumers' decision-making and the characteristics of available resources (communication and media mix) is the core of this Thesis. The subject of this Thesis is the introduction of the Ford Motor Company ltd. including a portfolio on the offered products and the typology of the target group. This of course includes a brief overview of the history of the Ford Motor Company itself. In addition, this Thesis focuses on the practical usage of the elements of the communication mix and it describes some specific sub-categories in detail. The analytical part is concluded by the evaluation of the effectiveness of the strategy, its time flow and a comparison with competitors. This Thesis is then concluded by summarizing the results and recommendations for possible future improvements.

One of the goals was also to analyze a usage of informatics in top division football clubs and a usage of tools ITIL and Cobit. The main goal of practical part is to do a process analysis of the football club and a draft of an information strategy. There are used methods like SWOT analysis and Balanced scorecard.

The aim of this thesis is the identification, analysis and subsequent evaluation of the strategic plan of the Czech Philharmonic in order to contribute to the improvement and expansion of evaluation methodologies in the cultural sphere. This will be achieved via interviews with the management of the organization as well as with analysis of current strategy using selected strategic tools and evaluation methods. This master thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The main theme of the theoretical part comprises the definition of strategic management and its tools and further description of methods and approaches of strategic plan's evaluation. The practical part is devoted to the description and evaluation of the current strategy of the Czech Philharmonic, the output of which is to formulate improvement measures and new strategic possibilities.

The aim of this work is to evaluate TSR and to propose options for improvement of company social strategy.
