The research has investigated the traditional bakery¡¦s marketing strategy. In recent years, traditional bakery store has impacted by the introduce of western diet culture and people being used to having western bakery food. Using the case of Wu Chi Bakery, as a well-known bakery store in local, it has faced the difficulty.
The framework of the research is according to the developing procedure of marketing strategy. To understand the marketing environment of the bakery industry and the marketing strategy of the Wu Chi Bakery.
The conclusions as below:
1. Product strategy: Characteristics of the product is the most important factor when consumer have to decide whether to purchase.
2. Promotion strategy: Service and introduction is the most efficiency way to promote the product.
3. Channel strategy: Using selective distribution strategy to expand channels.
4. Price strategy: To unify the price, using single-price strategy ,except for bulk purchase.
According to the conclusions, suggestions are as below:
1. Taking advantage of being specialty.
2. Enlarging channels.
3. Varying the product line.
4. Combined with related industries.

The Relationship Between Business Strategy and Project Strategy in Innovation ProjectsYousefi Zadeh, Hedieh, Wan, Mei Ching January 2008 (has links)
<p>This report is a case study with the aim of examining the link between business strategy and the strategy of projects. The field of project management in strategy of projects and their link to the strategy of parent company has yet to be explored. The existing body of literature presents the alignment of project to strategy in two main views which are that projects should have a similar strategy with the parent or that projects should be independent in strategy and follow its own approach. Researchers acknowledge that the limited theoretical frameworks in this stream suffer from the lack of empirical research. Thus this research is based on the question “What is the relation between company’s business strategy and project’s strategy in innovation projects following the position driven alignment approach?” The researchers utilize the position-driven alignment framework as propositioned by Artto, Kujala, Dietrich and Martinsuo (2007). The factors of stakeholder complexity and project autonomy are examined to explore the relationship between the parent strategy and the project strategy. The study conducted is a single case study design on an IT Platform in a large insurance company. Analysis from the data reveal interesting results; that i) The obedience of the project creates risk on the parent strategy, ii) parent strategy changes as the project progresses and that iii) the perception of importance of the project by the parent influences the project autonomy. Further evidence through empirical research is suggested on the other project positions in this framework.</p>

¡@¡@This research uses Strategy Architectural Description Language (SADL) to construct an Business Strategy Architecture-Oriented Integrated Model (BSAOIM) which utilizes the ¡§Union of Structure View and Process View¡¨ to enhance the insufficient description capability of the strategy map.
¡@¡@The result of the study shows that BSAOIM is from the huge view to the microcosmic, from whole to some merger strategy thinking. By SADL to consolidate business exclusive Strategy Architectural Diagram (SAD), The SAD integrates organizational structure and business process closely and provides various points of views to transform implicit into explicit knowledge, which is a paramount description tool that can transform the abstract concept into real system and enable the organization and people, under the instruction of strategy, implement strategies successfully.
