and keywords Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the development of social work with clients in low-threshold facilities for children and youth in Prague. The diploma thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is describing low-thershold facilities for children and youth (further LFCY), streetwork social work with children and youth, the LFCY's target group from the perspective of developmental psychology and also describes work with the clients of LFCY. The practical part is dedicated to the preparation, planning, and implementation of research, analysis, interviews interpretation, the outcomes of research and discussion. The research survey is qualitatively oriented and focuses on identifying changes in social work in LFCY, the target group of LFCY, and seeks to reveal the further development of LFCY. Semistruktured interviews with LFCY social workers in Prague, were used for data collection. The aim of the research is to find out the changes and development of social work with LFCY's clients in Prague during the last five years. (in English): The diploma thesis is about burnout syndrome and the influence of supervision on workers of Low-threshold facilities for children and the youth. It is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is about burnout syndrome, supervision, low-threshold facilities for children and the youth and workers of these facilities. The empirical part contains the aim of the paper and the research design, interpretation of the results of the research and discussion and limits of the research. The aim of the research of the diploma thesis is to focus on low- threshold facilities for children and the youth workers, their activity in these facilities, the level of exposition to the burnout syndrome and their perception of supervision. The quantitative research was carried out in the form of an online questionnaire, which was sent by email to low- threshold facilities for children and youth's workers in Prague.

This thesis deals with the Low threshold facilities (shortly LTF) for children and youth and a method of work with high risk youth The aim is to desribe and analyse the methods of work in this facilities. In the theoretical part, this analysis is based on the study of professional literature. The theoretical part explains the situation that affects children and adolescents in a risk ways. The practial part is based on qualitative research, which were provided in concrete LTF through the interview with clients and employee of LTF. Method of interview was supplied by involved observation. The data analysis resulted in several facts. Free time activities became the important motive for attendace at club. Through free time activities, social work is provided with the help of other method such as consultancy, informative service, situation and crisis intervention. Streetwork is a specific method, where all services are provided to the target group at the street.

Orte des Drogenhandels und -konsums werden von den meisten Menschen als Belastung wahrgenommen. Sie fühlen sich in ihrer Lebenssituation und Sicherheit verunsichert. Begleitet durch die Berichterstattung der Medien verbindet sich mit diesen Orten ein zunehmend negatives Sicherheitsgefühl der Bevölkerung. In der Kommunalen Bürgerumfrage 2016 gaben 48 Prozent der Befragten an, dass es in Dresden Orte und Stadtteile gibt, wo sie sich „unsicher“ fühlen. Insbesondere Prohlis, Gorbitz, Neustadt sowie Bahnhöfe und Wiener Platz werden als unsicher erlebt. Gerade der Wiener Platz ist das Eingangstor der Stadt, auch für Touristen in Dresden. The work focuses on the different approaches, theories, trends, and specifics of women's motivation and reasons to join social field work. In the empirical part of the work, we focused on finding out the paths of women to field work, their initial motivation and explore the topics of sexual and bullying behaviour, safety, and the importance of supervision. The research was carried out to prepare this diploma thesis. In this context, the aim of the research was to describe the execution of social field work from the perspective of women and analyse their path to this work, their motivation, the issue of sexual and bullying behaviour and safety in the period January-June 2020. This thesis deals with low-threshold institutions for juveniles. First part describes the usual clients and their problems, i.e. what are clients' needs and what the institution is supposed to offer them. Influence of the society on an individual mental development are covered as it is one of the important agents of problems in the youth. Briefly is presented the Czech streetwork association, an organization supporting low-threshold institutions. The theoretical part includes origin and historical development of low-threshold institutions, their standards, their focus group and methods of work with clients. Second part contains results of a survey carried out among low-threshold institutions workers. The questionnaire was focused on motivation for this particular job, methods of work, burnout syndrome etc. The practical part of the thesis also includes a description of a chosen institution. Personal experiences is described to complete an overview of requirements and effects of the low-threshold institutions.

This thesis deals with the prevention of youth delinquency in the Czech Republic. The theoretical basis is characteristic of individual in adolescence and system description prevention of youth delinquency. The section devoted to adolescence describes individuals aged 15-18years, describes the psychological and developmental characteristics. An Attention is paid to the causes of youth delinquency. The prevention part explains the theoretical foundations on which is a system of prevention in the Czech Republic. This thesis describes the system and highlights the continuity and consistency between the elements of the system. Special attention is given to prevention at the school and local community. The empirical part is devoted to identifying the opinions and attitudes of the respondents in the area of prevention. The survey used two methods of qualitative research - questionnaires and brainstorming. The central concern of this thesis is to examine social excluded localities and most frequent social pathological phenomena, which occur in these localities. These problematic phenomena, such as agression, addiction, prostitution, social pathology related to family, children and adults behavior disorders, unemployment and debts, are reflexed in psychological sense. Special focus is given to Romany people and to psychological aspects of their social exclusion. This paper also focuses on social field work and its issues in psychological sense. Results of work of Social integration agency in largest social excluded locality in the region of Český Krumlov, Větřní, are presented at the end of this thesis.
