Apple company, an amazing enterprise, he launch smart phone-iPhone and combine touch technology and software for the first time. From now on, the market of smart phone will vigorous and penetration rate will reach about 50% in 2014. Recently, Apple create another new product of tablet PC-iPad and creating new topic and leading trend again.
FPCB is one of the most important parts on smart phones and tablet PCs. The more light and thin and multi-functional integration ,the more FPCB must be used.
That¡¦s why we want to study the FPCB industry. If we want to analyze it further,we need research global and Taiwan recent market status. At the same time,we need study a company of FPCB to analyze five forces and SWOT.
First of all, collect relative FPCB industry information of second-hand and research the case ¡VTaiflex company at same time to Visit GM of Taiflex.
After cross-matching the data,we can conclude it and propose strategic advice.
In this case,can be realized the upstream is almost like oligopoly market and downstream just like completely competition .If Taiflex want to keep competition advantages¡Ait must be have bargain power with suppliers. Vertical integration maybe is a good idea.To customers, establish brand name and customer relative management are necessary. Internal industry competiion issue,Taiflex need upgrade R&D technology,in addition to reduce production cost otherwise can develop different products to avoid potential entrants.

The diploma thesis deals with the structural design of a solid manure spreader and the subsequent strength control of self-supporting construction. The introduction of the work consists of a research analysis of current design solutions of spreaders on the market with similar parameters as in the assignment. Subsequent chapters deal with the conceptual design of the spreader, preparation of the calculation model, suitable replacement of the components and evaluation of the strength analysis itself. The diploma thesis is accompanied by partial drawing documentation. The work was created in cooperation with ZDT Nové Veselí.

Yes / It has been shown that seeded granules of calcium carbonate can be produced in commercial batch high shear granulators such as the Cyclomix high-shear impact mixer. Seeded granules are attractive to the pharmaceutical industry due to their high uniformity and good mechanical properties which can assist efficient tablet manufacture. In the current study, attempts to produce seeded granules of Durcal 65 and PEG 4000 binder using hot melt granulation are reported, in response to the recent shift towards continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing. Various screw configurations and rotation speeds were investigated in a series of experiments to determine the relationship between process conditions and granule properties. Particle size analysis, strength measurement and structural characterisation were used to quantify granule properties. It was found that using a series of kneading elements arranged at a 60° staggering angle located near to the feed section of the extruder screw generated strong, spherical granules. From structural characterisation approximately 5–15% of extruded granules were found to be seeded. Twin screw melt granulation is therefore considered to be a promising technique for continuous production of seeded granules, although a more detailed investigation is required to optimise yield and quality.

Stiffness and Strength of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composite Bridge Deck SystemsZhou, Aixi 07 November 2002 (has links)
This research investigates two principal characteristics that are of primary importance in Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bridge deck applications: STIFFNESS and STRENGTH. The research was undertaken by investigating the stiffness and strength characteristics of the multi-cellular FRP bridge deck systems consisting of pultruded FRP shapes.
A systematic analysis procedure was developed for the stiffness analysis of multi-cellular FRP deck systems. This procedure uses the Method of Elastic Equivalence to model the cellular deck as an equivalent orthotropic plate. The procedure provides a practical method to predict the equivalent orthotropic plate properties of cellular FRP decks. Analytical solutions for the bending analysis of single span decks were developed using classical laminated plate theory. The analysis procedures can be extended to analyze continuous FRP decks. It can also be further developed using higher order plate theories.
Several failure modes of the cellular FRP deck systems were recorded and analyzed through laboratory and field tests and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Two schemes of loading patches were used in the laboratory test: a steel patch made according to the ASSHTO's bridge testing specifications; and a tire patch made from a real truck tire reinforced with silicon rubber. The tire patch was specially designed to simulate service loading conditions by modifying real contact loading from a tire. Our research shows that the effects of the stiffness and contact conditions of loading patches are significant in the stiffness and strength testing of FRP decks. Due to the localization of load, a simulated tire patch yields larger deflection than the steel patch under the same loading level. The tire patch produces significantly different failure compared to the steel patch: a local bending mode with less damage for the tire patch; and a local punching-shear mode for the steel patch. A deck failure function method is proposed for predicting the failure of FRP decks. Using developed laminated composite theories and FEA techniques, a strength analysis procedure containing ply-level information was proposed and detailed for FRP deck systems. The behavior of the deck's unsupported (free) edges was also investigated using ply-level FEA. / Ph. D.

The aim of this thesis is a design of an additional excavator with side shift for agricultural tractor with power from 50 to 70 kW. The excavator is controlled by a hydraulic circuit. The main element here is an independent pump with a 40l / min supply, which is driven by a gearbox using a cardan shaft. The hydraulic circuit has been designed so that the temperature of the hydraulic fluid does not exceed the allowable limit. An important role is played by the connection to the tractor where was used a modified three-point hitch. This coupling of the tractor with the frame of excavator ensures sufficient rigidity when performing excavation work. When calculating the excavation resistance, was considered the soil of the 4th class, this is hard-to-disconnect soil or clay. The calculation implies that the machine can be used with backhoe buckets up to 500 mm wide. Strength analysis of boom was performed in Ansys Workbench 2019. Safety coefficients were determined for individual components. The overall safety coefficient is equal to 1.7.
