The diploma thesis deals with replacement of frame for elevator machine. Original frame was made from metallurgic profile and was replaced by bending sheet metal. The thesis contains strength analysis and calculation of original construction solution as well as the new one. Strength calculation was done in program I-DEAS for two load sets: full load in regular operation and immediate cessation of elevator machine in full speed.

This diploma thesis deals with construction design of a pendulum for the jaw crusher DCJ 700x300. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to treatment of mineral materials with focus on minimizing minerals. The second part deals with devices used for crushing minerals, jaw crushers and their variants in particular. The third part is devoted to specific design of the jaw crusher based on assigned input. The next part deals with construction design of the pendulum and technology of its production exploring weldments and casts. The aim of this thesis is to perform a strength analysis of the chosen version of pendulum production using the FEM method. The diploma thesis includes drawing documentation of the jaw crusher and the pendulum.

The main theme of this diploma thesis is a description and a strength analysis of several steel structures of valve frames used by Bosch Rexroth, s. r. o. The first part sums up possibilities of fastening of hydraulic control elements. Furthermore, current types of valve frames were described. The strength analysis of three steel structures was output of using the finite elements method. The result of these analysis was the determination of the loads and critical points of individual structures. In the end of this study, new structures for one block frame were designed to modify the critical locations of the original solution.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the structural design of a trailer designed for the transport of building machinery on roads. The structural design takes into account the legislative requirements for given category of the trailer. The thesis involves strength analysis of a trailer frame using finite element method. Based on the results of the strength analysis, structural modifications of the frame are designed and the tenseness state is calculated again. An essential part of the work is the creation of selected drawing documentation.

For more this part describes, experimental measurement and calculation of dynamic loads, which are further used as input for strength analysis. Fifth part describes preparation of numeric model, strengths analysis of original frame and following sixth part brings frame editing and results of strength analysis with additional minor changes.
