The diploma thesis addresses the Possibilities of stress minimazition for pupils at the lower secondary school with regard to pupils with special educational needs during distance education. It designs the tools and strategies that a regular city school can provide students with coping with stress and stressful situations in the ongoing distance education. The theoretical part defines the main concept associated with stress, stressors and strategies used in coping with stress and the concept of distance education. The practical part finds out what possibilities a regular city school has in reducing stress for pupils in the lower secondary school, including pupils with special educational needs in distance education based on the finding of the main stressors and strategies the pupils use to cope with stress and support. The method of the research survey is conducted in the form of structural interview. Based on the obtained research data it was found out which, in the opinion of pupils, are the main stressors in distance education and what strategies pupils use for processing workload and stress, including pupils with special educational needs. From this information it is possible to design certain methods and procedures that define possibilities of minimizing stress for a given school. Key words...

Vztah mezi sebepojetím a mírou prožívaného stresu u studentů vysokých škol / The Relationship between Self-concept and Level of Perceived Stress in University Students

The thesis deals with the issue of self-concept and stress. Determination of theoretical links focuses on defining of basic concepts connected with this issue. University studies are considered a demanding and stressful situation that can cause a wide range of problems in some students. There are considerable interindividual differences in stress perception - the personality can either create various defense mechanisms against critical situations or can cope with them by means of constructive perception and actions. The objective of the empirical part was to find out what is the relationship between self-concept of students of Faculty of Health and Social Studies in České Budějovice and perception and living stressful situations connected with their university study. Information necessary for quantitative research was obtained by the method of questioning. The technique applied was a questionnaire, filled in by students of both daily and combined studies. The research showed that there exists a moderate dependence between these two variables, which means that low values of self-concept and self-esteem correspond with high values of stress perception. It was also revealed that stress perception is associated mostly with an examination or a public speech of a student. This fact indicates that a situation that is directly. Thus it would be appropriate for students to know different techniques of preventing and coping with stress and they could try to reduce the tension or to eliminate stress through these techniques. Adequate self-image or self-concept is an important condition for psychical balance and satisfaction with own life and thus I believe that professional psychological care within psychological counseling at universities can contribute to solving the problem.

The topic of my diploma thesis is - a social worker, life experience. In the text of the thesis I focused mainly on a social worker, on the social worker who does this work for the Child Social and Legal Protection Authority. In my diploma thesis, I elaborated five chapters on the basis of academic literature. The sixth chapter of my work deals with methodological research. In the first chapter I dealt with the history of social work. This chapter is included in my work due to the experience acquired from my practice. What social work looks like today is thanks to the history and the lessons taken from it. It is the basis for the further development of new experience for new social workers. In the second chapter, I focused on the aspects that are needed in order to become a social worker. What should be the prerequisites to be able to do this work, and what ethical rules should the worker follow. In the third chapter, I focus on a particular OSPOD worker, and on his most common job content. There I describe the job, which is the most demanding for the worker. The diploma thesis Education of children in a children's home with a school in Dobřichovice is focused on the issue of education and resocialization of a child in a facility for institutional education and on the preparation of children for future life. The theoretical part defines the chapters Education, Behavioral Disorders, Deprivation and Stress. They are here as an insight into the given issue, what problems and disorders clients come to the children's home with the school and what the workers encounter on a daily basis. A separate chapter consists of the characteristics of a specific children's home with a school, education and development of the child's personality in this facility. In this diploma thesis I deal with the topic Possibilities of employment of a social pedagogue within the prevention of burnout syndrome in teachers at a selected primary school. In the theoretical part I deal with the concepts of social pedagogy and social pedagogue, stress factors and burnout syndrome in pedagogical practice. It also defines the competencies of a social pedagogue not only in the school environment. In the practical part I present quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research used a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were addressed to the teachers of the selected primary school. The obtained data are processed into graphs. Qualitative research, which expanded quantitative knowledge, took the form of interviews. From the information I gained, I developed a grounded theory. The main goal of this diploma thesis was to find out the possibilities of support for teachers that a social pedagogue has in the prevention of burnout. The research concluded that educators expect a greater opportunity to share stressful situations with a social educator. Background: Women with substance abuse problems have distinctive features and face many difficulties arising from their gender specificities. Among them, motherhood is significantly represented, which, combined with the abuse of addictive substances, fundamentally changes its profile, from experience, to the way these women relate to their children. These ways are burdened with many experiences, processes and emotions, which subsequently block the establishment of appropriate education. Aim: The aim of the thesis was to find out whether women with addiction problems feel guilty and shy in relation to their children, or map out where these feelings come from and what forms them. Another key objective was to reveal whether these feelings could create barriers in relation to the child, and especially in education. The last goal of the thesis was to evaluate whether, in addition to these determinants, other variables occur, or which ones are entering into the process of remediation. Объектом исследования явилась взаимосвязь психологических предикторов и психологического благополучия студентов первого и второго курсов высших учебных заведений, возраст 18- 23 года. Предметом исследования стало психологическое благополучие и связь таких факторов как: суверенность психологического пространства, способность к эмпатии, копинг поведение в стрессовых ситуациях. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (116 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 102 страница, на которых размещены 5 рисунков и 11 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме психологического благополучия, анализ психологического благополучия студентов и рассмотрение психологических предикторов. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: тесту (опроснику) «Шкала психологического благополучия К.Рифф»., «Диагностика эмпатических способностей Бойко», тесту –«Копинг поведение в стрессовых ситуациях», опроснику, тесту «Суверенность психологического пространства. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of the study was the relationship of psychological predictors and psychological well-being of first- and second-year students of higher educational institutions, age 18- 23 years. The subject of the study was psychological well-being and the relationship of such factors as: the sovereignty of psychological space, the ability to empathy, coping behavior in stressful situations. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (116 sources) and an appendix, which includes forms of the methods used. The volume of the master's thesis is 102 pages, which contain 5 figures and 11 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the elaboration of the problem, sets the purpose and objectives of the study, defines the object and subject of the study, formulates the main and additional hypotheses, specifies the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of research, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topic of psychological well-being, analysis of psychological well-being of students and consideration of psychological predictors. The conclusions of the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It describes the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained by all the methods used: the test (questionnaire) "K.Riff Scale of psychological well–being", "Diagnosis of Boyko's empathic abilities", the test -"Coping behavior in stressful situations", the questionnaire, the test "Sovereignty of psychological space. The chapter also presents a correlation analysis of the results of the study. The conclusions of Chapter 2 include the main results of an empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are summarized, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, the practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of this problem are described.
