Metoda pro simulaci energetické náročnosti výrobních strojů v etapě vývoje / Method for Energy Efficience Simulation of Machine Tools in Design Stage

Tůma, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
Ph.D. thesis is focused on the design of the method for simulation of energy demands of machine tool in operation at the stage of its development. Proposed method is developer on the basis of literature search in science and in industry. The method itself is composed of five related steps, that must be realised in the proper order in order to create a relevant energy profile of a machine tool. The output from the method are simulated data providing a course of comsumed energy and required power which are time dependent. Output data are obtained on the basis of the drive system simulation of machine tool through G-code, that is interpreted for simulation by the compiler into the matrix. It contains data necessary for controlling of machine tool, such as the required end points of the tool and required feed rates, to which is assigned a time value. G-code is partially time parametrized. It is then followed by full time parametrization through a of mathematical model of drive mechanisms and due the synergy of software for drive mechanisms control (Matlab Simulink) and software for physical simulation (MSC Adams) is processed into output data. As an input parameter figures also coefficient used as multiplier of the normal force of driving mechanisms, which is a function of feed rate. This loss function is obtained experimantally. In the context of Ph.D. thesis were conducted two experiments, used to verify the developed method. For each experiment is proceeded according to estabilished method and it is included a comparsion of simulation and measured data for various operating modes. The proposed method, described in the Ph.D. thesis, allows designers to summarize the energy demand of the proposed machine before its production. When correctly interpreted, the results of the method can serve as a basis for improving the energy profile and thereby increasing the energy efficiency of the machine tool.

Návrh synchronního stroje s permanentními magnety / Design of permanent magnet synchronous motors

Bureš, Petr January 2018 (has links)
Given today’s trend with environment being very important, there has been an ongoing attempt in the rotating machine industry to create machines with highest efficiency possible. And so, permanent magnet synchronous machines represent types of machine with very high efficiency and are gradually replacing other machines in many applications. This work deals with familiarization of the properties of permanent magnet synchronous motor as well as typical design choices. The main focus of this work is the design of permanent magnet EC motor and following comparison of results obtained from analytical design and analysis in the RMxprt program. Finally, the results of design methods are compared.

Návrh úpravy nosné konstrukce lisové části papírenského stroje / Design of modification of the supporting structure of the press part of the paper machine

Zborník, Radek January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with a description and a strength analysis of selected parts of a modified supporting structure of a press part of a paper machine. The construction is designed to simplify a replacement of felt belts during a service shutdown of the machine. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a brief description of the paper machine with a more detailed focus on the press part. The next part of the thesis includes a project of adjustment to the original design of the supporting structure. The last part deals with a strength control of construction nodes of the adjusted project. A strength calculation is further divided into a calculation using the finite element method and an analytical calculation. Results of both previous calculation methods are compared at the end of the thesis.

Využití souřadnicového měřicího stroje pro hodnocení kvality povrchu / Use of a coordiante measuring machine for surface quality evaluation

Vančurová, Martina January 2018 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with the use of a coordinate measuring machine probe for surface texture evaluation. The thesis’ goals were to describe the Renishaw’s SFP2 probe, to analyze the measurement system of the probe and a common stylus instrument, to carry out a demonstrative measurement, to analyze measurement results and to give practical recommendations. The measurement system analysis of the SFP2 consists in the evaluation of minimal specification limits of selected roughness parameters, for which gauge capability can be proven. The analysis results are compared with the results of the measurement system analysis of the Surtronic 25 profilometer. The differences in the measuring processes of mentioned devices are demonstrated by surface texture inspection of torque converter body. For the measurement result analysis, uncertainties in the selected surface texture parameters are calculated in two ways. Finally, recommendations for the producer of the probe and for its users are worked out. The results of this thesis may contribute to a wider use of a coordinate measuring machines for surface quality evaluation.

Výroba uzávěrů lahví / Production of bottle caps

Bělaška, Karel January 2018 (has links)
The master’s thesis deals with the design of an injection mould for manufacturing of a plastic bottle cap with a child safety lock. Firstly, the analysis of the part is done including a detailed specification of its function and criteria, which have to be fulfilled. After the technology is chosen (injection moulding), the analysis of the injection moulding technology and the problematics of design process is provided. In the following practical part of the thesis, the particular mould for the given part is fully designed using simulation and technological calculation. On the basis of the acquired parameters of the mould, the injection machine was chosen. At the concussion of the thesis, the technical and economical evaluation of the proposed manufacturing process for the cap with child safety lock is realised.

Analýza hybridního synchronního generátoru metodou konečných prvků / FEM Analysis of a Hybrid Synchronous Generator

Suchomel, Vít January 2019 (has links)
This work deals with calculation and design of synchronous salient pole generator and then the transformation from this machine into so-called hybrid synchronous machine is described. This diploma thesis is done for company Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o. in Drásov. This company provided their design of synchronous salient pole generator. The model of this generator was created in programs RMxprt and Maxwell 2D. Suggestions and models were compared, and their calculated parameters were evaluated. The created model was upgraded to so-called hybrid synchronous generator. Permanent magnets were added in the created model and influence of these additional magnets is going to be analyzed. Tasks of the work are described in more details. in the introduction. The topic of synchronous generator and hybrid synchronous generator in general is described in the theoretical part. The next part of work deals with the design of salient pole generator. In the other part of the work calculation and design of the generator model are described in Ansys program. Furthermore there are some results from program compared with the results from company. Some model parts and other graphic outputs from Ansys program are shown. After that the creation of hybrid synchronous generator is described and created models of hybrid synchronous generators are compared and evaluated.
