Present machine is non-operational and not enough powerful for present requests of workshop. Intended modifications are to describe present condition of machine, find present requirements and design simple modifications. All modifications are checked by calculations and sketched in shop drawings. There were also made alternative options of modification to show machine more versatile and automatic.

The work also includes the design of steel structure of bucket-wheel boom, bucket-wheel, buckets, bucket-wheel drive, shaft, bearings and other parts of bucket-wheel boom. These parts are verified by analytical or finite element analysis.

Practical part of thesis includes functional calculations of vibratory tumbling machines, draft of power, compression springs bearing tumbling container and control calculation of these springs. Complete tumbling machine is created in a 3D modeling program. Drawing documentation which includes individual drawings of assemblies, secondary assemblies and their particular parts according to task is enclosed.

This master’s project describes a proposal for manufacturing technology of a horizontal boring machine case. This case is manufactured by HESTEGO a.s. from a DC01 steel sheet, which is 2 mm thick and its production series is 200 pieces a year. Punching and bending were chosen as the most suitable methods from the considered manufacturing technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a study of the chosen manufacturing technologies. Based on the analysis of the technological calculations and the available tools in the manufacturing company, a technological procedure was designed and these machines were chosen: punching machine TruPunch 5000 a servo-electronic press brake SAFAN E – BRAKE 100–3100. Technical and economical evaluation is also included in the proposal.

This thesis deals with a more work-efficient and time-efficient method of calibration of standard glass scales, with practical use in the Czech Metrology Institute Regional Inspectorate in Brno. The desired streamlining of calibration were achieved in the use of a 3D coordinate measuring machine Micro-Vu Excel 4520. In the service software InSpec, six measuring programs were designed in the use of a standard glass scale brand SIP. The measurement uncertainties of this calibration were presented and calculated. This thesis draws up a draft proposal of the calibration procedure and drafts a formalized document of the calibration.

This dissertation thesis deals with the computational modelling of the dynamic response of the rotating electrical machine structure on the application of the magnetic forces. Apart from the dynamic response of the ideal symmetrical machine, the influence of the air gap eccentricity on the dynamics response is studied in this work. A basic type of the air gap eccentricity, which is caused by eccentric mounting of the rotor pack on the shaft of the rotor, is considered. The calculations the dependence of the magnetic forces on the time and a misalignment of the rotor pack are performed as first. The computational model of the magnetic field of the rotating electrical machine, which is based on solution of the electromagnetic coupled field analysis by finite element method, is used for this purpose. An analysis of the influence of the unbalanced magnetic pull and the stiffness of some parts of the machine on the modal properties of the machine is performed in the second part of this thesis. A third part of this thesis is focused on the calculation of the dynamic response of the machine during the steady state operation of the machine and the influence of the rotor pack misalignment on the dynamic response is studied. The obtained results showed that the tangential components of the magnetic forces, which act on the stator pack, excite significant torsional vibration of the stator. Besides the vibration of the stator of the machine, the influence of the rotor pack misalignment on the sound power of the machine, vibration of the rotor, loads of rotor bearings and air gap eccentricity is studied in this thesis.

In theoretical part of the thesis I first mentioned a project management structures and the way it compiles the price of the works. I also noted a general procedure for calculating the price of work construction machinery. Conclusion theoretical part I dedicated the composition, development and consumption of fuel prices. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the effect of changes in fuel prices on the cost of the building and generalize this affect the whole construction output. This target has been demonstrated in practical part of this work. I was doing calculations on a particular project.
