The main target of this diploma thesis was to determine the number of spiders in the cavities and on the bark of fruit trees in the wider area of the village Želetice. The re-search was conducted on Prunus avium, where I chose 37 trees in two localities. Spiders have gathered in cardboard and newspaper traps within a year, I have been choosing traps every month. In total 888 traps were placed and 254 spiders were captured. Juve-nile individuals were 310 and adult 44, most represented by the family Philodromidae with 45.3% of all individuals. Spiders were divided into 11 families and 20 species, the most abundant species was the Nuctenea umbratica. Most spiders were in November, 52 individuals. Proportion between the placement of the trap was 56 % of spiders on the bark and 44 % of spiders in the cavity.

This work deals with collecting updated information about fruit trees and their occurance. Details from this work are collected via database of Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic. Update of 15 specific fruit trees is contained in this work, focusing on the Age of the trees, circumference of their stem, and for how long they had status of Memorable tree. The chapter "Results" contains recent measurements and photo documentation to this date, spring 2017.

This thesis, dealing with protected trees, is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is focused on the protection of memorable trees in the Czech Republic, both in terms of economical, technical or legal. The paper describes the possibilities of care for these trees, options of nomination, subsidy opportunities and other services. The practical part is aimed at gathering information on the newly nominated memorable trees in the Mělník district for the past 10 years, photo documentation, mapping and description of the current status of selected memorable trees. There are also explored grant drawn to care for these particular trees - whether they were used or not, or a recommendation to owners of the trees. The result of thesis is a comprehensive and updated set of data dealing with selected memorable trees. In the future, it may serve as a base for exploring the use of subsidies in this area, or expand awareness of private owners of memorable trees on the possibilities of using subsidies.

The numerical simulation of the tree pulling test was carried out in the thesis. ANSYS Parametric Design Language was used for the simulation. The parametric design enables use of simulation for variations of tree dimensions, material properties and device positions. Results from numerical solution were compared with a field experiment and analytical solution in cases of three oaks. To found significant influence of input parameters probabilistic analysis was carried out. The analysis found that there is a significant correlation among stem diameter, root volume and tree inclination and nodes displacement on the tree stem. The influence of stem defect and root-plate damage on ability of devices was found as well. Numerical model can be used for the simulation of tree pulling test in wide variety of different configurations, for example change of geometry, material properties and defects extension and position of stem and root-plate system. The practical impact of results and further development of numerical simulation are discussed at the end.

HRNČIAROVÁ, Slavomíra: Evaluation of the Impact of the Construction and Operation of the Moravian Karst Singletrail (Singletrail Moravský kras) on the Vitality of Crowns of Trees Growing Nearby. In a number of instances, the role of forests is no longer tantamount to that of a mere source of wood. Rather, they are widely perceived as places of recreation. In conjunction with the ever-increasing trend of recreational use of forest stands, the question arises as to the extent to which such activities have been reflected in the overall vitality and stability of forest stands as well as of entire ecosystems. The thesis focuses on evaluation of the impact of the operation of the Moravian Karst Singletrail (Singletrail Moravský kras) on the vitality of trees in its immediate proximity. Using the ICP – Forests methodology, basic habitual properties with respect to selected routes of the Moravian Karst Singletrail (Singletrail Moravský kras) have been evaluated.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to estimate the market value of the company Palírna u Zeleného stromu - Starorežná Prostějov, a.s. as of January 1, 2010 and to recommend shareholders, whether it is more profitable to go on or finish their business immediately. The thesis consists of five parts - financial analysis, strategic analysis, generators of value and financial plan. The value of the company is determined by the amortization value method. There are three scenarios of future development (pessimistic, realistic, optimistic).

Breach of evidence rules and its consequences for the effectiveness of evidence Abstract The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a complex overview of the issue of the legality of evidence in the Czech criminal proceedings. The consideration of the legality of the evidence is viewed as a criterion for evaluation of the evidence. As a result of such criteria, there is a legal consequence - the effectiveness of the evidence, that can be absolute and relative. The diploma thesis consists of 8 chapters, including the introduction and conclusion. The first three chapters are general in nature, and they aim to provide an overview of the rules of evidence and point out mistakes of the lawmakers and inadequacy of the case law in these procedural aspects. I first introduce the terminology. The following chapter is devoted to basic principles that are applied in the rules of evidence. I consider them to be very important as these must be followed in order for the evidence process to be considered lawful. Chapter 4 deals with the introduction of individual phases of the criminal proceedings. Next 2 chapters (chapter 5 and 6) are the core of the thesis as they analyze the legality of the evidence and the criteria used to determine such legality.
