Návrh a realizace technologického demonstrátoru senzorické sítě pro diagnostické účely / Design and implementation of the sensor network technological sample for diagnostic purposes

Venglář, Vojtěch January 2018 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis was to design and implement a prototype of binary topology sensor network (as proposed in patent CZ 306855 B6). Important part was evaluation of this type of network. A survey of commonly used sensors and technologies used in intelligent buildings and sensor networks was created. The gathered information was used for the evaluation. A network for analog signal transmission was designed and implemented (including all the elements) based on the patent proposal. A number of configurations was proposed to test the network features. Measurements were performed using all the proposed configurations. Two devices were used for the measurement: STM32 Nucleo F303K8, MyRIO (by National Instruments). Looking at the measured data, we can tell that the consistency is good enough to declare this network functional as a concept. However, we cannot recommend this type of network for high precision applications at the time, due to some accuracy and consistency issues. We have also detected relatively significant noise in the data. That could be caused by many external influences, partly by faulty design of the components.

Meze procesní použitelnosti důkazů v trestním řízení / The admissibility of evidence in the Czech criminal proceedings

Zaoralová, Petra January 2018 (has links)
This PhD thesis focuses on the admissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings. Appropriate setting of limits of admissibility of illegally obtained evidence in the criminal proceedings is not only regarded as one of the main guaranties of fair justice system, but also represents topical and vital issue which raises number of legal dilemmas. The importance of the topic has been increasing recently as gathering of evidence in criminal proceedings often conflicts with the fundamental rights of individuals that are subject to severe limitation on constitutional and especially international level and that are broadly endangered during the process of collecting evidence. The core of the thesis lies in the in-depth analysis of current legislation, jurisprudence and case law dealing with the issue. Within the framework of that analysis, all of the important and disputed questions relating to the general aspects of admissibility of evidence are examined from the perspective of jurisprudence and case law; the knowledge is enriched with real practical impacts on domestic judicial practice. Special attention is paid to the issues related to the exclusion of illegally obtained evidence from the process of evaluating evidence and forming final decision on the case. The thesis does not overlook the problems...

Fuzzy Markovovy řetězce a jejich využití v řízení rizik / Fuzzy Markov chains and their use in risk management

Šindelková, Petra January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the application of Markov chains for the production of concrete products. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the concepts of risk management and describes the procedures for dealing with classical Markov chains. There are presented basics of fuzzy logic and finally there is explained the procedure using fuzzy logic in calculating of classical Markov chains in the subsection entitled Fuzzy Markov chains. The practical part describes production process, namely concrete pavements. On this production process is applied knowledge from the theoretical part and there is a comparison and evaluation of two methods of Marcov chains calculation (classic and fuzzy approach).

Reprezentace textu a její vliv na kategorizaci / Representation of Text and Its Influence on Categorization

Šabatka, Ondřej January 2010 (has links)
The thesis deals with machine processing of textual data. In the theoretical part, issues related to natural language processing are described and different ways of pre-processing and representation of text are also introduced. The thesis also focuses on the usage of N-grams as features for document representation and describes some algorithms used for their extraction. The next part includes an outline of classification methods used. In the practical part, an application for pre-processing and creation of different textual data representations is suggested and implemented. Within the experiments made, the influence of these representations on accuracy of classification algorithms is analysed.

Ocenění výše škody způsobené pádem stromu na rekreační chatu v Roudné u Nových Hradů / Valuation of the damage by fallen tree to a recreation cottage in Roudná u Nových Hradů

Šoula, Michal January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to determine the amount of indemnity for total damage caused by a falling tree during the gale on a cottage in Roudné near Nové Hrady. The theoretical part deals with basic insurance terminology and basic terminology and methods used in property evaluation. The practical part describes the original condition of the property and its evaluation before the insured event using a cost method and complying with the evaluation regulation. Furthermore, this thesis deals with determination of the costs through the itemized budget for bringing the property to its original state. The conclusion deals with the impact of reconstruction on the extent of indemnity.

Vliv reliéfu Hrubého Jeseníku na vzdušné proudění / Influence of terrain of the Hrubý Jeseník Mts. on wind directions

Razím, Matyáš January 2019 (has links)
The thesis is concerned with a prominent phenomenon of the mountain areas - the anemo- orographic systems which occur as a consequence of the collaboration of prevailing winds and of the large windward valleys, the summit flattened surfaces and the leeward slopes. Their presence has a vast influence of numerous physical-geographical realms, mainly due to the highly uneven spatial snow cover distribution within these systems. The focus of the thesis lies on the highest elevations of the Hrubý Jeseník Mts. which reach or exceed the alpine treeline. In this area, the anemo-orographic systems were already defined earlier but a thorough description and of their presence and activity has not been carried out so far, which is the main aim of the thesis. A detailed and spatially compact mapping and measurement of the flag or banner trees has been performed, as these, thanks to their deformed asymmetric shape, attest to the prevailing or mean wind direction as well as its velocity with a high accuracy. As a secondary and comparative data source the meteorological measurements from the summits of Praděd and Šerák Mounts and a modern and detailed wind model has been used. A verification measurement of snow cover depth at selected locations under presumed strong wind action was executed as well. The acquired...

Sledování paprsku pomocí k-D tree / Ray Tracing Using k-D Tree

Šilhavý, Miroslav January 2010 (has links)
This thesis deals with ray tracing methods and their acceleration. It gives partial study and review of algorithms from classical ray shooting algorithm to recursive approach up to distributed ray tracing algorithm. Significant part of this thesis is devoted to BSP tree structure and its subclass of k-D tree, it shows simple algorithm for its construction and traversal. The rest of thesis is dealing with k-D tree construction techniques, which are based on the right choice of the splitting plane inside the every cell of k-D tree. The techniques upon the thesis is based on are space median, object median and relatively new cost model technique named SAH, otherwise as surface area heuristic. All three techniques are put into testing and performance comparison. In the conclusion the results of tests are reviewed, from where SAH is coming out as a winner.
