Neodkladné a neopakovatelné úkony / Urgent and unrepeatable acts

Kučera, Petr January 2020 (has links)
and keywords Urgent and unrepeatable acts Urgent and unrepeatable acts are procedural acts of criminal proceedings in which there is a conflict between the rights of the defense with the purpose of criminal proceedings consisting in the lawful determination of the circumstances of the commission of a crime and in the fair punishment of its perpetrator. This conflict is tolerated because urgent and unrepeatable acts are used to secure and take evidence that risks being thwarted, destroyed or lost, or evidence that cannot be taken in court proceedings. The aim of this work is to describe and analyze the conditions under which these, by their nature exceptional, acts of criminal proceedings can be performed and to analyze the consequences of non-compliance with these conditions. To this end, the first chapter described the structure of criminal proceedings with a focus on the structure of preparatory proceedings and analyzed the definition of urgent and unrepeatable acts, provided some typical examples and an analysis of the problematic definition of urgency. In the second chapter, in addition to the general conditions of evidence, the formal and material conditions for performing urgent and unrepeatable acts were analyzed, including the question of whether some additional conditions imposed on...

Zpracování předpisů CSS v jazyce Java / CSS Object Model in Java

Švercl, Jan January 2008 (has links)
This thesis concerns itself with the problems of manipulation with Cascading Style Sheets. The first aim is to create a library for manipulation with Cascading Style Sheets - an object interface of Cascading Style Sheet is proposed, a parser is generated by means of an appliance of JavaCC, the implementation of interface is completed and as a whole connected to a functional unit. The library enables reading Cascading Style Sheet and its transfer into an object representation, editing and subsequently exporting back to the text file. The second part of the thesis deals with the implementation of library for assign property values - every (X)HTML document is formed by the tree of elements to which the rules are consequently searched for in CSS and their declarations are asigned in the correct order. In conclusion of the thesis the DEMO application, which illustrates the possibilities of both libraries and facilitates performing of experiments or testing, is described. Hereafter the technique of profiling, which enables to find out the efficiently demanding passages, which can be optimised further, in the source code, is shown.

Evaluation of water use efficiency of short rotation poplar coppice at Bohemian-moravian highlands

Hlaváčová, Marcela January 2014 (has links)
The diploma thesis provides basic characteristics of short rotation coppice plantations, then the most significant short rotation coppice species cultivated in the Czech Republic are described. The detailed description of particular Populus L. clone J-105 grown at the plantation of the Test Station Domanínek Ltd. follows. Afterwards, key determinants of short rotation coppice yield are presented in the text. The last theoretical part of the thesis deals with water use efficiency (WUE) with emphasis on the method used at the experimental plantation in Domanínek. The methods of sap flow measurements and biomass determinations are described for this purpose. The main aim of the practical part of the thesis is to determine WUE of 16 measured trees where sap flow measuring systems were installed. These trees are divided into 3 cohorts according to diameters at breast height (DBH) at the beginning of the growing season 2013. The additional measurements were carried out: phenological imaging, soil moisture measurements, LAI measurements and sapwood area determination. The statistical analysis of WUE did not show any statistically significant differences between values of WUE for individual cohorts. Only in May, the statistically significant difference between cohort 1 (trees with the thickest stems) and cohort 3 (trees with the lowest values of DBH) appeared.
