Syntéza mikrovlnných rezonátorů / Synthesis of microwave resonators

Šeděnka, Vladimír January 2009 (has links)
The thesis deals with microwave resonators synthesis in Matlab environment. Due to the multi-objective optimization, the shape of the resonátor is subsequently changed to fit requested frequency properties. Particle swarm optimization and frequency domain finite element method are used. Accuracy of the different number of elements was tested. Values of several optimization parameters were balanced to reach the maximal efficiency of the optimization.

Přímý frekvenční číslicový syntezátor s externí synchronizací / Direct digital frequency synthesizer with external synchronizing

Buš, Ondřej January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with problematics of direct frequency digital synthesis. Principle and basic characteristics of this method of signal generating are explained in the introduction. It considers impact on purity of spectrum of output signal. Next chapter considers conception of the generator, namely choice of DDFS circuit and other basic blocks. Design of frequency multiplier, reconstruction filter and power amplifier are included. It also deals with choice of control circuit. The device is controlled by computer through USB. There was created user programme for this purpose. Measured characteristics are stated at the end of the work. This work includes schemes of connetions of designed parts including simulations and measured parameters.

Syntéza core/shell kvantových teček pro diagnostiku / Synthesis of core/shell quantum dots for diagnostics

Mihajlović, Ana January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with biosensors based on modified semiconductor core/shell quantum dots (QDs) for diagnosis. The work is divided into four main parts. The first one discusses the theory required for the use of QDs in bioaplications, there are described methods of synthesis, modification, application and bioconjugation of QDs. In the experimental part, CdTe/ZnS QDs with core/shell structure were prepared, in which the core was modified by MPA, GSH and TGA. In the next step, these QDs were further modified using CDI, EDC and NHS as mediators in order to increase affinity to BSA (bovine serum albumine) and IgG (imunoglobuline G). Prepared conjugates were characterized by fluorescence spectroscopy (Infinite M200Pro, Tecan) and capillary electrophoresis (Agilent 7100).

Syntéza SiO2/Au core/shell nanočástic pro zesílení OCT signálu / Synthesis of SiO2/Au core/shell nanoparticles for enhancement of OCT signal

Kantorová, Martina January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this master thesis is synthesis of SiO2/Au core/shell nanoparticles. These nanoparticles should improve the signal of optical coherence tomography (OCT). The procedure of nanoparticle synthesis is described in the work. Synthetized nanoparticles were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Dynamic light scattering (DLS). Then, the synthetized nanoparticles were tested for enhancement of OCT signal. For this testing were also used commercial nanoparticles with the same structure and similar size.

Syntéza kvantových teček pro detekci proteinů / Synthesis of quantum dots for proteins detection

Šibíková, Anna January 2015 (has links)
This thesis is focused on synthesis of quantum dots (QDs) for protein detection. It comprises three parts. The first part summaries the theory of QDs, their synthesis, functionalization, interactions and applications in medicine. In the second part synthesis of CdTe/ZnS core/shell QDs modified by glutathione (GSH) is described, followed by the conjugation with biomolecules BSA and IgG. Several coupling agents such as EDC with NHS and CDI were used. In the last part, the final products were characterized by fluorescence spectroscopy and capillary electrophoresis. The results show the dependence of the fluorescence intensity of the QDs on pH range, concentration of BSA and IgG concentrations using different crosslinkers.

Metody snižování emisí oxidu uhličitého / Methods of carbon dioxide emission reduction

Mališ, Jan January 2009 (has links)
Master's Thesis is focused on production of CO2 from fossil fuels combustion and the methods of CO2 emission from fossil fuels combustion reduction, resp. pre-combustion and post-combustion separation of CO2. Recapitulation of world consumption of primary energetic resources and carbon dioxide production as a result of theirs combustion in years 1971 - 2006 was made using a number of information sources. Whilst combustion o fossil fuel is related with production of CO2, calculation of emission rate of CO2 from fossil fuels (natural gas, crude oil and coal) was demonstrated. The Case Study of energy and material balances of gas turbine cycle with synthesis of methane from CO2 and from hydrogen which is produced in water splitting was made, using CHEMCAD software.

Syntéza posloupnosti digitálních obrazů s pohyblivým objektem / Synthesis of digital images sequence with moving object

Čermák, Jan January 2014 (has links)
This master´s thesis deals with methods for synthesis of digital image sequence with moving object. At first, we describe basic concepts from Fourier analysis and statistics that are essential for understanding the issue and afterwards we describe methods for the synthesis that were tested on a series of images of a comet moving on a background of a night sky. Finally, we compare the methods and analyse the outcomes.

Anténní řady se syntetizovanou kmitočtovou závislostí zisku / Antenna Arrays with Synthesized Frequency Response of Gain

Všetula, Petr January 2014 (has links)
V disertační práci popisuji metodu syntézy dipólové anténní řady s definovanou schopností prostorové a spektrální filtrace. Abychom syntetizovali anténní řadu s předepsanými filtračními vlastnostmi, optimalizujeme amplitudy, fáze a rozměry prvků dipólové anténní řady.

Speech Analysis for Processing of Musical Signals / Speech Analysis for Processing of Musical Signals

Mészáros, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
Plugin emuluje reálné zařízení typu talk-box a poskytuje podobnou kvalitu výstupu s unikátním zvukem.
