Inovace technického systému s patentovou rešerší / System engineering innovation with patent search

Mrkvan, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with engineering system innovation using TRIZ methodology. This methodology uses algorithmic approach to problem solving and divides innovation into two parts, the analysis and synthesis part. The analytical part consists of steps to help find the problem and its essence, by contrast, offers a part of synthetic procedures to deal with them. The general aim is the utilization of steps and procedures contained in the analysis and synthesis part of the TRIZ methodology to a specific engineering system innovation.

Robustní řízení elektromechanických systémů / Robust control of electromechanical systems

Pohl, Lukáš January 2010 (has links)
This thesis deals with the modern control approaches applicable to speed control of an induction motor. Historical perspective to the control theory and its evolution to the modern control will be presented in a short introduction. Basics of uncertainty modeling are presented along with linear fractional transformation (LFT) representation of an uncertain system. Two different approaches for robust controller synthesis are introduced - H-infinity loopshaping and mixed sensitivity H-infinity synthesis. Theoretical background is presented for both of these methods. Finally the robust controller for induction motor satisfying the control goals is designed using both methods. Design objectives are presented as transfer function weights shaping the sensitivity or complementary sensitivity function to desired shape. Several step responses were simulated to compare H-infinity loopshaping and mixed sensitivity H-infinity controllers with the conventional vector control approach.

Monitorovací přijímač pro VKV letecké pásmo / VHF Air-Band Monitoring Receiver

Sobotka, Martin January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this work is to propose the involvement of a monitoring receiver for air band and its practical realization. The receiver is controlled from a PC via USB, after which it is transmitted simultaneously digitized audio signal. The receiver can be controlled from a PC, or some basic function by buttons.

Syntéza sférických zlatých nanočástic pro biomedicínské aplikace / Synthesis of spherical gold nanoparticles for biomedical applications

Gablech, Evelína January 2014 (has links)
Částice byly dale charakterizovány metodami SEM, DLS a UV-VIS.

Funkcionalizace zlatých nanočástic pro zobrazování / Functionalization of gold nanoparticles for imaging

Jakubechová, Jana January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with synthesis of gold nanoparticles and their surface functionalization suitable for in vitro imaging. In this view there are requirements for optical properties such as stability, monodispersity and no presence of cytotocxicity. In order to fulfill these demands the synthesis by Turkevich method with surface modification by glutathione and polytethylenglycol was performed. Analytical methods such as DLS, SEM and Zeta potential measurement were utilized to characterize the physical and chemical properties of synthesized gold nanoparticles. Finally, MTT assay was performed to evaluate toxicity of gold nanoparticles using HEK 293 cell line.

Gramatická evoluce – Java / Grammatical Evolution - Java

Bezděk, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
The object of my thesis is the realization of grammatical evolution in the Java programming language for solving problems of approximation of functions and synthesis of logical circuits. The application is practical used for testing and gathering data in context of using different purpose function and parallel grammatical evolution. The data are analyzed and evaluated.

Vylepšování markerů pro rozšířenou realitu / Improving Markers for Augmented Reality

Páldy, Alexander January 2013 (has links)

Syntéza a verifikace síťové konfigurace / Network Configuration Synthesis and Verification

Černeková, Alžbeta January 2016 (has links)
The subject of this master's thesis is to address the topic of network devices configuring. It resolves the problems related to simplifying certain parts of configuration while eliminating frequent errors or issues. It introduces a solution to setting of IP addresses on router's interfaces. Furthermore it presents the generation of configuration for particular dynamic routing scenarios and its application and methods for its verification on network devices. It also demonstrates the preparation of configuration of VPN tunnel between two devices. The conclusion of this thesis contains possibilities for further extensions or improvements.

Deponované palladiové katalyzátory / Deposited palladium catalysts

Semler, Miloslav January 2015 (has links)
Palladium catalysts are frequently used in C-C coupling reactions. The aim of this work is to prepare several heterogeneous palladium catalysts from comercially available silica gel, each with different bifunctional ligand deposited on the surface of silica gel by N-propylamide linking group, and their testing on several C-C coupling reactions (Heck reaction, reaction of acyl chlorides with boronic acids and reaction of acyl chlorides with terminal acetylenes). Some other aspects of heterogeneous catalysis (such as palladium leaching into the reaction mixture and possibility of catalyst reuse) are discussed, too. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
