The diploma thesis is focused on monitoring the influence of methods and techniques of drama education with the use of specific thematic books by the writer and painter Daisy Mrázková on the formation of a positive climate of the first class of primary school. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents professional terminology in the field of school climate, approaches, methods and tools for its measurement. It also acquaints readers with a professional view of the characteristics of younger school age pupils, who are the main subjects of the implementation of the practical part of the work, and with professional concepts related to drama education. At the same time, it briefly introduces the person of Daisy Mrázková and the key topics of her children's books, which are closely connected with the observed elements of the school classroom climate. In my own introduction to the practical part, I set a goal and related research questions. Master´s thesis deals with the issue of internal microclimate of clean rooms. The experimental part focuses on aerosol and microbial microclimate. Different operating and intervention rooms were measured and then evaluated whether the cleanroom would comply with the standard cleanliness class even in normal operation after previous validations. The microbial examination of different clean spaces investigated the extent to which the exact passive fall method and its evaluation were time-dependent. From the data the correct desing of the air-conditioning system and its subsequent realization and regultion were verified. The theoretical part describes requirements for clean rooms according to SÚKL-LEK 17 and ČSN EN ISO 14644-1. In addition, a detailed methodology of the procedure of air-conditioning implementation is elaborated to the final validation and testing of clean rooms.

This work deals with the determination of the operational efficiency of solid fules boilers for their inclusion in the relevant emission class according to ČSN EN 303-5. Two steel boilers of the same manufacturer, type and performance but of different ages, were measured. The experimental measurments in the real operation of the boilers were carrien out during the combustion of two types of fuels, namely brown coal and spruce wood.The operational efficiency of the monitored sources was calculated from the measured data using both direct and undirect methods. The found efficiency of the boilers corresponds to the expected values, due to their construction, age and the way of using individual components and regulations. In the project part of this work there is a proposal of heating of the family house for the condition of the building before and after the insulation. The calculation was made for the solid fuel boiler and heat pump. The building is heated by radiators and floor heating. The design of the whole system, technical report and project documentation were prepared for each variant.

Thesis deals with the compatibility of vehicles in a frontal collision. The first section discusses about compatibility from different views. There are the physical processes used in the mechanics of impact. The second part is focused on solving the compatibility of vehicles in a frontal collision by crash analysis using the finite element method. Firstly there are described collisions of vehicles from different vehicle classes (small cars, lower middle class, Pick up / SUV) into the fixed barrier by the US NCAP. Furthermore there are simulated head-on collisions of vehicles from different vehicle classes. In the end there is shown the possibility of using data from crash tests to determine the EES.

Oblasti jako automatické otáčení stránek nebo automatický hudební doprovod jsou studovány již několik desetiletí. Tato práce shrnuje současné metody pro počítačové sledování not v reálném čase. Zabývá se také hudebními příznaky jako jsou chroma třídy a syntetizované spektrální šablony. Dále popisuje klíčové části systému jako krátkodobou Fourierovu transformaci a Dynamické borcení času. V rámci projektu byl navrhnut a vyvinut vlastní systém pro sledování pozice hráče v notách, který byl následně implementován jako mobilní aplikace. Výsledný systém dokáže sledovat i skladby s výrazně odlišným tempem, pauzami během hry nebo drobnými odchylkami od předepsaných not.

The topic of this diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of a children enrolment to the first form of a basic school as an important milestone in their life. The theoretical part deals with the topic of the enrolment in its full scale. The author presents an overview concerning the issue of school maturity, school preparedness and their diagnostics. Further she deals with the topic of a postponement of school attendance and legislation. The main chapter of the theoretical part is the topic of competencies which a teacher of primary education should have at disposal during enrolments. In the practical part of this diploma thesis the author gives space to teachers, who, by means of a questionnaire and an unstructured interview, reflect their opinions and feelings concerning their role during enrolments. The author deals with their pedagogical competency. The teachers have an opportunity to present their opinions about the current form of the enrolment procedure. The outcome of this thesis is a discussion about usefulness of the current enrolment procedure and concrete suggestions for a change.

The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation 1st class primary school pupils, to the school environment in social area. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the process of adaptation pupil to the school environment, it explains the concept of socialization, analyzing school maturity, the readiness and the terms of school education. The practical part is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The method of questionnaire, interview and observation provides the identified data to deal with the issue of adaptation pupil at the 1st class primary school in the social field and analyzes the attitude of parents and first class teachers to the adaptation pupils to the school environment in the social sphere. The aim of the diploma thesis is analyzing the opinion to that issue by parents and first class primary school teachers.

The thesis follows the development of the methodology of left-handers's writing, teacher's usage of the knowledge of methodology in a practice, researching the materials aimed in left- handness dedicated to teachers and parents, describing statements and opinions of the concrete primary teachers on left-hander's methodology. The thesis consists of the theoretical part and the empiric part. In the therotical part there are defined terms laterality and dominance, the development of the methodology of left-hander's writing since the year 1967 when this type of writing was legalised in the Czech Republic. The possibilities of getting information about the problematic of left-handness are summed, including books and trainings for primary school teachers. Finally, available equipment for left-handers is introduced. The research combines two methods - questionnaire and interview. The quantitative research is supposed to come up with the concrete percentage of left-handed pupils and with the general knowledge of teachers connected with methodology of left-hander's writing. The dissertation deals with semantic relations between adjectives and deadjectival verbs in Czech. It focuses on the question how the property scale conveyed by adjectives is encoded in the semantics of deadjectival verbs. After the first chapter which presents the topic of the dissertation, in the second chapter, I describe the theoretical and methodological context of contemporary linguistics from a broader perspective in order to relate the theoretical and methodological procedures present in this paper to the current linguistic development. The third chapter pursues the semantics of adjectives in Czech and various approaches to their classification. It presents a scalar classification of adjectives according to which adjectives denote a scale of some property, i.e. an ordered set of degrees along a dimension. With support of empirical research (based on a questionnaire survey and corpus data) I show that it is possible to implement the scalar model into the description of Czech adjectives. This approach states that adjectives are one of many means in language that serve to express measurement (and attribute it to objects and individuals). Consumer culture of social classes in terms of food purchasing and consumption habits Monika Novotná Abstract This work deals with historical and sociological view on the issue of grocery obtaining and consumption between the end of World War II to the present. Grocery obtaining and consumption is understood as a symbolic expression of social status in society. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical-historical part examines how food consumption is linked to changes of social stratification. Research part of thesis builds on the theme of food consumption by examining the shopping habits in relation to social class. The main question of theoretical-historical part is whether and how food consumption, relates to social differentiation. Trend of convergence of differences in consumption and rate of consumption stratification of social classes are monitored in time series in two eras - the communist period and the period after 1989. For both periods, a secondary analysis of historical data on the consumption of specific types of food that aims to detect differences or similar trends between social classes.
