Analýza pohybového skóre dojnic českého strakatého skotu ve vztahu k technologii ustájení

Fadrný, Petr January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze movement score of the Czech Fleckvieh Breed dairy cows in relation to housing technology. Practical part was performed in selected companies ZePo, a.s. Libchavy and ZD Mostek with different housing technologies. The observation took place from January to December 2017. The cow's movement score was determined when returning from the milking parlor. Motion score 1 - healthy cows, motion score 2 to 5 - cows with varying degrees of locomotor disorders. Milk productivity parameters included: Milk (kg milk), lactation phase (s), lactation order (n), fat (%) and protein content (%). Based on the results, we can see that the housing technology affects the movement score (P < 0.01). In addition, we can observe that the movement score affects the decrease of the amount of milk, especially at the 4 and 5 movement scores (P <0.01), and also leads to the increase in protein and fat content (P <0.05). Thus, we can say that housing technology has an impact on the dairy cow movement score and, therefore, on dairy cows yield. Poor technology reduces milk yield by 2 kg per cow per day. Keywords: technology, milk performance, milk yield, dairy cow, movement score

Vondrušková, Lenka January 2011 (has links)
The present diploma thesis strives to promote the importance of information technologies and their implementation in the health care sector. In the introductory chapter the thesis gives an account of the development of the information technologies and information systems (IT/IS) in the CR and in the world. Further the thesis gives an introduction to some of the strategic documents supporting the development of IT/IS in the health care sector, and institutions and organisations active in the research and development of IT/IS in the CR are listed. Further to this, the thesis informs on particular IT/IS products dealing with the health care topics. The thesis also gives insight into the issue of hospital information systems (HIS) and analyses some of the health care information systems operating in the CZ and elsewhere. The criteria of selection an appropriate information system (IS) for a particular health care centre are further analysed. The following part of the thesis deals with implementing a new IS to the health care centre and its possible pitfalls, and gives recommendations as to making the transition as smooth as possible. The concluding chapter contains a case study focusing on implementing changes to the e-requisition form used by the Teaching Hospital in Pilsen. Based on this case study,...

Wandel, Evolution, Fortschritt – Beschreibung, Bewertung und Steuerung von Prozessen in Natur, Technik, Kultur und Gesellschaft: Editorial

Frey, Felix, Fröhlich, Christian, Garling, Stephanie, Naether, Franziska, Thomas, Enrico 19 February 2018 (has links)

Strategies of Agricultural Development in Angola. Case study: Catabola municipality

Rušarová, Kristina January 2015 (has links)
Catabola municipality is one of the most damaged areas of civil war in Angola. Although the climatic as well as soil conditions are favorable for intensive agriculture, small farmers in the municipality are subsistence with the main income source of dried beans, dried cassava and vegetables. Hand-tool technology prevails in the Catabola municipality as it is employed in 95.38 % of the cultivated land of small farmers. The majority of small farmers uses only power of their family members (with a mean of 1.80 kW and standard deviation of 2.37 kW), hired labour is used by 38.0 % of small farmers. In addition, high engagement of child work was found out as 63.88 % of the children age 5-14 are involved in field operations. Primary data collection was conducted in the Catabola municipality in the period July - August 2011, semi-structured questionnaires and focus group discussions were the most frequent methods used. In total, 151 small scale farmers out of 9 villages participated in the survey. 10 factors that influence the dependent variable -- type of farmer regarding technology used on field in combination with hiring of extra labour -- were defined. The factors were statistically analyzed with use of ANOVA. Out of the factors expected to influence adoption of more sophisticated technologies than the hand-tool, increasing in size of the cultivated land and enhancement of education of both parents and children are found to be the limiting factor in the adoption process for use of animal traction or mechanical power from small farmers in the Catabola municipality. Strategy was formulated with use of simplified quantified SWOT analysis separately for animal-draught and mechanical-power technologies. The result can be interpreted as 8.0% assumption of success in animal traction adoption, contrary to 10.1% assumption of failures in mechanization adoption by small farmers in the Catabola municipality. Thus, tractors are not considered as an appropriate technology for small farmers in the Catabola municipality. The most critical criteria in animal traction adoption that should be considered are support of farmers' cooperatives and associations, FFSs, education in the form of general schooling as well as trainings for farmers, blacksmiths, extension workers and animal breeders.

Nástroj pro práci s NDL / Tools for NDL Elaboration

Myazina, Elena January 2014 (has links)
Title: Tools for NDL Elaboration Author: Bc. Elena Myazina Department: Department of Software Engineering Supervisor of the master thesis: doc. Ing. Karel Richta, CSc., Dept. of Software Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague Abstract: Current state of research of networks enables end users to create custom connections (lightpaths) for a given application and optical private networks (OPNs). Such adjustments require clear communication between the requesting application and the desired network. Language NDL (Network Description Language) is used to describe such optical networks. NDL is based on the Resource Description Framework (RDF). This thesis analyzes the network description language NDL and its treatment. Current status of the network can be loaded in the form of the description in the NDL and displayed as the graphical representation. The representation enables to find out paths in the network, or edit the network. The result can then be transformed back into NDL format. Keywords: NDL, RDF, optical technology.

Développement de résonateurs électromécaniques en technologie Silicon On Nothing, à détection capacitive et amplifiée par transistor MOS, en vue d’une co-intégration permettant d’adresser une application de référence de temps / Development of electromechanical resonators using a Silicon On Nothing technology, with capacitive and enhanced MOSFET detection, in a perspective of a co-integration to address time reference applications

Durand, Cédric 14 January 2009 (has links)
Due to good performances, small size, or either integration possibilities very close to transistors, electromechanical resonators offer a strong potential for quartz replacement in time reference applications. In this context, we propose to develop electromechanical resonators in a perspective of a front-end integration, for the realization of integrated oscillators. The fabricated demonstrators are based on the Silicon On Nothing CMOS technology, under R&D at STMicroelectronics. Due to the small size of the studied components, a resonant gate transistor was used to amplify the resonance detection. Specific technological developments enabled the fabrication of both resonator and detection transistor. Device conception was made by the use of an electromechanical resonator model, developed during the study. Thurthermore, the model is compatible with design tools, making it usefull for MEMS oscillator conception. Then, we demonstrated resonator and MOSFET detection amplification well-functionning on the fabricated devices. This is the first demonstration of MOSFET detection functionality for a small size and in-plane vibrating component. Finally, the electromechanical model was validated with other models and measurements. In terms of perspectives, the use of various design or technology improvements could able the access to devices compatible with the realization of a high perfromances and co-integrated oscillator.
