The diploma thesis considers possibilities of using therapies for preschool children with multiple disabilities in special nursery schools and in common nurseries with special classes. Provides an overview of therapies which mostly occur in schools. Based on the theoretical knowledge about single therapies identifies, how are integrated into the educational process in kindergartens. The analysis of the questionnaire survey highlights the shortcomings, that were the basis for a proposal to streamline therapies in these facilities.

Title: Quality of life of women with urinary stress incontinence Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to assess quality of life of women after conservative therapy and chirurgic therapy of urinary stress incontinence in Brno-město and Brno- venkov district. Methods: We did a questionnaire survey on quality of life by using a standardized questionnaire I-QoL (Urinary Incontinence Quality-of-life questionnaire). The questionnaire survey was conducted in patients after conservative or surgical therapy by TVT or TOT tape. Subjectively perceived quality of life of these patients after completion of the therapy was observed. The results were compared between the groups undergoing conservative and surgical therapy by TVT or TOT tape. Results: After the output assessment of quality of life of patients after the treatment, we found that there is a difference in the quality of life of patients treated conservatively and surgically by TVT or TOT tape. Patients treated surgically had higher quality of life than patients treated conservatively by 9%. We also found that there is a difference in the physical, mental and social scores of the groups. The thesis deals with the creation of Snoezelen room, its characteristics and properties. He is more closely involved with the creation of snoezelen for pupils with mental and combined disabilities who are trained in special primary schools. The work describes the target group, defines the snoezelen method and describes its origin and development in our country and abroad. The main goal of the thesis is to explain to the reader how the rooms are created and what it is necessary to know before deciding to launch the snoezelen room. This information was used mainly by special teachers who operate snoezelena in facilities where they work in schools. The thesis also touches on the topic of education at special schools, methods of working with these pupils and describes types of expressive therapies, therapies, basal stimulation and sensory stimulation. The thesis also reflects the Snoezelen-MSE qualification course in theory and practice, which was the main source. The output of the thesis is a proposed room model, description of equipment and activities that are suitable for working with disadvantaged pupils.

The thesis highlights the importance of the cross-cutting theme of ``Personal and social education.{\crqq} Various cross-cutting issues such as those included in the general curriculum of basic education are defined in the theoretical part of the work. However, closer attention is dedicated to the cross-cutting theme of "Personal and social education". Presented in the practical part of the thesis is the information from the survey conducted on the sample of schools. These schools have had a yearly experience in application of their School education programs, including Personal and social education, into their own education systems.

Title Comparison between the effectiveness of extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) and the surgical approach in the treatment of the rotator cuff tendinopathy. Objective The main goal of this research work is comparing the effectiveness of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and the surgical intervention (arthroscopic approach) in the treatment of calcific rotator cuff tendinopathy depending on the outcome measures of the Constant-Murley Score (CMS), and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) from the recent scientific publications. Methodology This thesis is systemic (literature) review. The studies which recruited in this research were randomized controlled trials, prospective studies, and retrospective case series studies which written in English language form, and published between the year 2000 to the year 2018. The studies were retrieved from following databases: EMBASE, PubMed, CINAHL, Medline, SpringerLink, ProQuest using different integrations of the key words. The thesis deals with the chaplaincy role, taking into consideration man´s religious dimension in a specific Czech Republic Armed Forces environment. It conducts a survey of military chaplaincy history at first, from a biblical ages to the present days and outlines possibilities for it´s further orientation. It deals with a cornerstone of the chaplaincy services afterwords, which is chaplain´s personality and his particular roles. The thesis subsequently analyses the subject of ethics of a soldier as well as marginally deals with the theme of war defense and pacifism. The end of the thesis describes stress and it´s impact to a soldier, including consequences of such an impact and it is dealing with the question of the military chaplaincy role, during following care about soldiers, affected by post traumatic stress disorder, in a context of holistic philosophy. Comparing and assessing the obtained information, this thesis finds out, if the military chaplaincy has an irreplaceable position in the Czech Republic Armed Forces.

This dissertation covers with exploring the meaning of dance in human life in the history and today. It specialises on dance in the leisure time field and its therapeutic use and describes the evolution of dance since it´s ever been mentioned and its importance to human life at that time. The first part of the dissertation is concentrating on the history of dance in Bohemia and abroad. The chapters chart the time horizon of dance since antics till nowadays. In the highlighted periods of time it tries to elevate the meaning of dance form, which was characteristic for the actual period. The second part of the dissertation focuses on the meaning of dance as a free time activity and concentrates on recent trend {--} belly dance. The last part of the dissertation covers the meaning of dance as a therapeutic instrument in dance movement therapy.

My thesis deals with the problems of sexual abuse of children. It is divided into nine chapters, each of which has a subhead. In the first part, I focused on the term of child sexual abuse. In the second part, I focused on the problem of sexual abuse of children by family members. In the third part, I explained the term of commercial sexual violence committed against children. In the fourth part, I focused on the victims of sexual abuse and in the following part, I focused on the perpetrators. In the sixth part, I described the consequences of the abuse and in the seventh part, I described the therapy. I put a stress on the eighth part which deals with the sexual abuse prevention. The thesis ends with the ninth chapter where I described the moral crimes.

This Thesis deals with the problem of excess weight and obesity in the child age. The problem of child obesity is described in detail and subsequently divided. The work deals with the causes of origins of excess weight and obesity in children; subsequently it describes the diagnostics of excess weight or obesity in children. Further, it describes various types of obesity, treatment and obesity prevention. The methodical part was elaborated with the help of the quantitative research. The data collection technique was utilized in the questionnaires for the primary school children from 4th till 9th classes. The aim set for the Thesis purposes was to map the problem of excess weight and obesity of primary school pupils both in the town and the country in 4th till 9th classes; mainly their eating habits and movement activities. This aim was fulfilled. In accordance with the aim hypotheses were set. The hypothesis 1 was: Excess weight will increasingly grow in children with bad eating habits. On the basis of the research this hypothesis was disconfirmed. The children with the considered problem have almost the same eating habits as the children with normal weight. The hypothesis 2 was: Excess weight will increasingly grow in children with low movement activities. On the basis of the research this hypothesis was partially confirmed. The children with the considered problem take part in sport bees 20% less frequently. In the remaining questions regarding movement activities, the evaluated results are almost the same for both categories of children. The obesity problem is not avoiding even the present time, either. Obesity has become a serious problem in all developed countries where the Czech Republic belongs as well. This problem does not involve the adult population only. Recently, we can meet with excess weight or obesity in children more often. Number of children with excess weight in this country keeps growing. This thesis of experts is confirmed even by the survey performed for this Thesis purposes. It is quite clear from the results that no fewer than 140 children, which equals 20 % from the sample surveyed, have the problem with excess weight or obesity. The allocation of excess weight and obesity problem was as follows. The highest obesity occurrence was within the age category of the 12-year-old, where 14 % recorded the excess weight. Within the age category of the 15-year-old 12 % recorded obesity. Of the total number with excess weight the total 38 % boys live with excessive weight and 25 % suffer obesity. As for girls, 18 % suffered excess weight and 19 % of them were obese. When comparing children with excessive weight in the country and the town it is obvious that in villages there are considerably more children having the problem of increased weight. 68.5 % village children with obesity or excessive weight against 31.5 % children from towns. Obesity of children is a problem of societies in a lot of countries. However it is just unsuitable eating, life style, in particular lack of movement which in the absolute majority bear their shares in the redundant kilograms. Therefore prevention is very important. Such prevention should be aimed at children and their parents from the babyhood.

In this thesis I describe the reeducational processes in educational institutions, especially from the point of view of special pedagogy. In the theoretical part of thesis I define the behavioral disorders and then I deal with methods, techniques, approaches and forms of work with individuals with behavioral disorders. In the practical part, I used quantitative research method of questionnaires given to the educational institutions in Czech Republic. The aim was to check, if methods, techniques, approaches and forms are different in each of educational institutions and to check, if the selected theories are practically used
