This master thesis deals with the spiritual progress pointing to a national self-awareness in the Enlightenment era from the beginning until 1848. The Enlightenment is an European phenomenon, which is characterized by a change of thinking, and self-awareness. This idea of tolerance and human emancipation contributed to the reforms of fundamental social, political and ecclesiastical changes. These changes result not only from a philosophical influences, but also from royal reforms during the reign of Maria Theresa and Joseph II in particular. The main focus of this disertation are relationships of Jan Neruda. They are explained from two different points of view: historical and didactic. The historical part is about the facts, for which the evidence can be found. Those that don't have any evidence in the historical sources are separated. In this part there were also discussed some novels, which portray Jan Neruda. The didactic part contains of the analysis of the textbooks, there was studied, how the information about Neruda's relationships were explained to the students. The last chapter is about websites, where the information about this topic can be found. This topic was there also assessed from the historical and didactic point of view.

The women of the bohemian politicians in the 19th century Annotation I have chosen ten women of the bohemian politics living in the 19th century. The first chapter has been about the reasons for choice of the life female partner. I have described the social, lingual and religious background of these women. I have tried to analyse their antenuptial correspondence. The second part of my work has attended to the use of women in the social life and it has focused on their involvement into the {\clqq}morning-room`` life. I have outlined the women incidence in the public asociation in the third chapter.I have been interested in any women activites mainly the philanthrophy. I have tried to find out if the husbands had encouraged thein wives in these acitivities. I have focused on the role of women in the family. I have observed how the husbands had been participated in the running the household and education of their children. I have studied the family correspondence. I have focused on the political aspect of the letters. I have tried to catch how much the women had been interested in the policy.

This thesis concerns a peer Francis Thun (1809-1871) who was one of the most important personalities in the public and cultural life in Bohemia from the 30s till the end of the 60s of the 19th century. Thun {--} a gifted visual artist himself - was particularly interested in the institutions connected with the visual art. The author shows where his long-life interest in the visual arts was formed. She follows his childhood, upbringing, his own artistic beginning and his studies. She particularly considers his ways around Europe and his stay in Dresden, that used to be one of the most important centres of the European Romanticism, and more than a year-long traveling around England, western Europe and Italy. The last part of this thesis deliberates František Thun{\crq}s public activities {--} mainly his work in the artistic politics and in the care of monuments. This work also follows Thun{\crq}s personal life, particularly his marriage with a burgher girl thanks to it he couldn{\crq}t inherite the fideicommissum. This biography is mainly based on personal materials {--} letters and diaries. In terms of them it attempts to show Thun{\crq}s personality and his important life moments.

The significant, cultural heritage, Kladruby's monastery lies n Tachovon in the Western part of the Czech republic. It lies between Pilsen and Tachov, specifically, Thirty kilometres west from Pilsen and five kilometres south from Stříbro. The history of the township and monastery is closely bound. The middle ages brought prosperity and rise to both of them.To this rise of Kladruby contributed it's great place by the Norimberská stezka and the discovery of silver ore nearby. Thanks to this, in 1230, it was raised by Václav I. to township. With this Kladruby gained the rights of a town ( e.g. The right to organize markets,the right to perform Criminal Law and the right to brew) as one of the first seven town in the Czech republic. Because of the wealth from silver mining, a mining settlement Stříbro was establishes, in the late twelfth century. The Benedictine monastery was established, by Vladislav I. of Přemyslid dynasty, in 1115. He himself is buried there as one of few Czech princes, who are not buried in Prague. Between the 12. And 13. Century, the monastery became one of the most important church centres of the whole kingdom. During the tragedy of Jan Nepomucký, the monastery has a major role.
