Analýza tržní ceny nemovitostí v příhraničních regionech / Analysis of the real estate market price in border regions

Chromčáková, Marcela January 2020 (has links)
The goal of my research and study is to analyze market prices of the real estate properties on the borders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. Based on the collection of the needed data, there are databases made in which the real estates are categorized by the type, disposition and location. According to the database, we can then calculate the average market prices of the real estate properties which we can later compare to the border regions' standards. Likewise, we also consider the specific structure of the database in the outputs, which helps us to outline the different factors influencing the property price. Special attention is paid to those factors which play a big part in the real estate prices. Likewise, we considered the other factors increasing the property market price in the study.

Koreň, Marián January 2016 (has links)
Senior thesis "The development of electoral support of far-right parties in Slovakia during 2010-2016 and factors influencing this support" examines the development of electoral support of Slovak National Party and People's Party Our Slovakia using some of the tools of electoral support geography. The theoretical part is dedicated to existing definitions of extreme right-wing parties through which the choice of parties for further examination is made. The analytical part is split into two parts: the first classifies electoral support through the method of region and core of electoral support. At the same time, the first part defines regions which have had a stable electoral support throughout the entire observed period. All findings are presented in a cartographic form. Using an array of statistical tools, the latter part takes on the task of correlating the results of elections, in regards to far-right parties, with selected demographic characteristics of municiplaties, which are assumed to have positive impact upon the income of far-right parties.

Dvoustranický politický systém v Českých zemích 1938 - 1939: Strana Národní jednoty a Národní strana práce / Bi-party political system in Czech lands 1938 - 1939: National Union Party and the National Labour Party

Kulíšek, Vítězslav January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with Czech political system in the second Czechoslovak Republic (1938 - 1939). In this historically short period, liberal democracy has changed into an authoritative democracy. The power of the right-wing parties prevailed in the political system. In the case of Czech countries a bi-party political system, which is unique in Czech history, has been created. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the political party system in the Czech lands in the Second Republic period, and to look at the political parties that formed it. It also deals with the Second Republic in general, with the historical, economic, cultural and social context of that time. In the final part, there are summarized all the conclusions I came to. The sources were mainly archive sources, specialized literature dealing with the subject and political party periodicals but even non-political periodicals from that time. Český důchodový systém a jeho další vývoj ve srovnání s důchodovými systémy vybraných států Evropské unie / Czech pension system and its further development compared with pension schemes of selected states of the European Union

KUBIŠOVÁ, Barbora January 2012 (has links)
The theme of my diploma thesis is a comparison of the Czech pension system with pension systems of chosen European Union countries. I focus also on planned changes and a further development in the Czech pension system and in chosen states. For the comparison I chose four states ? the Slovak Republic, Poland, Germany and the Great Britain. I chose the Slovak Republic, Poland and Germany because these are states with the pension systems similar to the Czech Republic. On the contrary I selected the Great Britain because its system is very different. The aim of this thesis was to compare pension systems in chosen European Union countries: the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Poland, Germany and the Great Britain and to map their further development. The thesis was processed theoretically and it is focused only on the pension that secures a man in the retirement age. The introduction outlines a demographic development, which is one of the factors why there are changes in individual systems. Furthermore, in this thesis there are characterized pension systems of the chosen states. There are mentioned conditions for a participation in the pension schemes, types of retirement pensions and conditions for an entitlement to a pension payment. To outline the development of individual systems, I tried, in the second part of the thesis, to briefly describe pension reforms and current changes that occurred. In all countries a necessary condition for an entitlement to pension payments is to pay a social security insurance that is why I compared amounts of the insurances in individual states, which I further took into account in a discussion. I always compared the Czech Republic with the other states in the discussion. I focused on the comparison of the retirement age, years of the insurance required for the entitlement for the retirement pension, current changes and especially an opt-out system in the Czech Republic which is planned for the next year. I tried to compare the conditions that were during the implementation of this system established in other states and which are planned in this country. I believe that the thesis can be used by a professional and lay public for a better orientation in the legislation of pension systems of the chosen states.

Analýza rodinné politiky v České republice a na Slovensku / Analysis of the family policy in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic

Vorlíková, Ivana January 2011 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is an analysis of the family policy in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Families with children are supported, either indirectly through tax measures or directly through the state social benefits. The main form of support for families with children in both countries is direct support. There is more emphasis on supporting low-income families in both the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic therefore I devoted a crucial part of my work to this issue. The tax measures and various welfare benefits are defined in the theoretical part. The practical section first deals with the redistribution aspects of the family policy, where the main objective is to determine whether both countries are complying with the redistribution function, followed by the comparison, where differences of supporting families with children in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic are described.
