This thesis is focused on determining the hydromechanical characteristics of clay suspensions, permeability and compressibility, where is the effective stress, the concentration of suspension and is the permeability. Because the compressibility or permeability can't be measured directly, I use Darcian mechanics of two-phase systems to compute the characteristics I wanted from a well- measurable quantities, measured in appropriate experiments. Work has been solved with the support of the project : Hydromechanical characteristics of clay suspensions. The first part deals with a mineralogical characteristics fylosilicates, characterization of kaolin deposits in the Bohemian Massif, physical chemistry of colloidal systems, electric double layers and electro kinetic potential. Experimental section follows later, which proceed from the assumption that the same concentration of kaolin suspension and an identical colloidal state, exposed to the same pressure-temperature conditions, exhibit the same values of hydro mechanical characteristics such as their evolution in time can be described as a continuous function. The thesis presents an analysis of the ten administrative procedural document flows, by which was developed and implemented a workflow system in the company Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. Analysis processes are: Purchase requirement, Income invoice, Supply contract, Tender, Investment plan, Customer contract, Decommissioning of property, Travel order, New employee, Output sheet. Analysis of each process contains a description of the process with diagram circulation of documents and table with data that arise in individual steps. Analysis and reengineering of choosing processes took place on the basis of the decision of the company management. During of implementation appear number of problems resulting from the large scale of the project, from the shortcomings in the analysis, the lack of users and small support leadership, which led to the extension of the period projects to double the planned time. Currently, the system is in routine operation and brought all of the anticipated effects. My diploma thesis deals with the issue revitalization of a small stream. Assessment and design of revitalization is done on Kuřimka stream which flows through the cadastral territory of the Moravian Knínice - Chudčice - Kníničky. In the diploma thesis were designed several of revitalization measures: stabilization of longitudinal tilt with the use of stone steps in the bottom and wooden thresholds, sedimentation reservoir for capturing sediment and slope stabilization using willow fences and gabions. Proposal of revitalization measures does not deteriorate runoff conditions.

<p>U okviru disertacije se ispituje uticaj akumulacije troškova u vremenu na izbor odgovarajućih mera za unapređenje i povećanje efikasnosti proizvodnih procesa. Ovaj uticaj je stavljen u kontekst lin proizvodnje i procesa mapiranja toka vrednosti, ali je ispitivan i uticaj izbora pravila raspoređivanja radnih naloga, odnosno terminskog planiranja na vremensko-troškovno ulaganje. Kao rezultat istraživanja i originalan naučni doprinos ove disertacije predloženi su koeficijenti ulaganja i efikasnosti mera unapređenja koji se koriste, na prvom mestu za izbor odgovarajuće mere unapređenja, a zatim i za definisanje prioriteta sprovođenja mera.</p> / <p>This dissertation examines the impact of the cost accumulation over the time on the selection of appropriate measures to improve and increase the efficiency of production processes. This effect has been put into the context of lean production and value stream mapping, but there is also examines the impact of job shop schenduling on cost-time investment. As a result of research and original scientific contribution of this thesis two coefficients are proposed: coefficient of investment and coefficient of measure efficiency that can be used in the first place for the selection of appropriate measure for the improvement, and then to define the priorities for implementing the improvement measures.</p>

The topic of my dissertation is "Organization and management of production in selected enterprise". The main goal of this dissertation is mapping of selected enterprise in one year period and obtain sufficient amount of information for future analysis and suggest possible improvements. The identification data, characteristic, products and services and production planning of selected enterprise are provided in introduction of practical part of this dissertation. Analysis of present state with mapping of present state for individually semi-finished products is introduced in the next part of dissertation. For analysis of present state was calculated VA index and for each semi-finished product was created diagram of material movement in next chapter. The goal of analyses and diagram is the finding of narrow spaces in the material flow. The target map of future state was created in the next part. This map is based on present map. The future map presents critical factors that need to be improved. Finally it defines a new VA index, which should be approach to the current state. The penultimate section includes recommendations methods and elements of lean production to the new production hall which the company wants to build. Among the recommended methods are mainly the 5S method, visualization, standardization, SMED and Bottleneck. The last chapter contains a number of measures. For example employee motivation, continuous improvement, personal responsibility, introduction of EDI and ergonomics which would lead to the improvement of the business this enterprise.

This thesis is focused on the compression algorithm's analysis of MJPEG format and its implementation in FPGA chip. Three additional video bitstream reduction methods have been evaluated for real-time low latency applications of MJPEG format. These methods are noise filtering, inter-frame encoding and lowering video's quality. Based on this analysis, a MJPEG codec has been designed for implementation into FPGA chip XC6SLX45, from Spartan-6 family.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to focus on the resistance of concrete exposed to high temperatures especially with focus of resistance against explosive spalling as well as clarifying the mode of action of various types of polypropylene fibres. The theoretical part is an introduction to the issues of explosive spalling, its mechanisms and majority influencing factors. Further description of the processes taking place in the structure of concrete under extreme thermal load, distribution and size of pores in concrete, thermal load, temperature-time curves and their applications, methods of elimination of negative behaviour of concrete exposed to thermal loading (passive and active methods), mode of action of polypropylene fibres and more is also included in the theoretical part. The main aim of experimental part is to verify the function of polypropylene fibers of various Melt Flow Indexes (MFI) and dosage. Primarily, the test samples with content of the PP-fibers are compared to the reference sample without fibers. Secondarily, the samples with standard PP-fibers (with MFI 25) with dosage 2.0 kg/m3 are compared to samples with modified PP-fiber (with MFI 2500) of dosage 0.9 kg/m3. Photogrammetric images were used for evaluation and comparison of spalled surfaces and its depth. Determination of the softening temperature and melting point of the modified and standard PP-fibers was made by using a high temperature microscope video. The second part of the experimental work was to define concrete permeability at different temperatures and pressures. Permeability was measured at temperatures of 20°C, 90°C, 150°C, 175°C, 200°C, 225°C and 250°C and at pressure of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 MPa.

Diploma thesis deal with the issue revitalization of water stream. Assessment and design of revitalization is done for watercourse Osoblaha, situated in the cadastral territory Osoblaha nad Studnice by Osoblaha. In diploma thesis were designed several of revitalization measures such as stone backfill, willow fence, groyne, casting willow cuttings to supplement the vegetation on river‘s banks, fish shelter and wirestone baskets (gabions). In the given section was designed pool and also was there designed boulder slip, which will replace present downflow step. After designing was made hydrotechnical calculations to demostrate preservation runoff conditions of present stream condition.
