Title: Trends in swimming training for individual medley events Objectives: The aim of our study was to analyze performance and training for 200 and 400 m individual medley events and describe new trends in training for these swimming events Methods: Our research design was a case study. We were interested in training of three swimmers of elite performance in the 200 and 400 m individual medley events. To identify cases, we used the analysis of documents and literature, to a limited extent, the method of interview. Results: Training of elite swimmers is characterized by a high training volume. Coaches uses mainly interval training methods. Training is highly specific. During the later stages of the annual training cycle training is focused on race pace in the high training volume. O cenário de competição empresarial exige das empresas diversas posturas diferenciadoras, dentre estas, posturas que sejam capazes de desenvolver vantagens competitivas sustentáveis. Como resultado de sua busca pela competitividade, as empresas procuram desenvolver suas competências essenciais por meio das pessoas que a compõe. Dentre as formas de desenvolvimento organizacional, solidificou-se a realização de treinamentos no ambiente das corporações. O pensamento científico relacionado ao tema, observa a necessidade de que o treinamento esteja alinhado às estratégias da empresa e que seja capaz de produzir resultados. Surge a necessidade de se avaliar sistematicamente o treinamento e em especial seus resultados. Com o objetivo de delinear as características particulares do fenômeno, este estudo analisou as dimensões qualitativas de um programa de treinamento o MBA (Master in Business Administration) Gestão Pública realizado no Banco do Brasil. A metodologia utilizada foi o estudo de caso, valendo-se da realização de grupos focais, de entrevistas semiestruturadas e de análise de dados secundários para a obtenção de evidências que ofereceram elementos de análise do treinamento realizado. Conclui-se que o programa produziu resultados no contexto da Diretoria de Governo do Banco do Brasil, tendo atingido os objetivos de proposição do treinamento. Foram estudados quatro modelos de avalaição de treinamento, tendo sido defindo o Modelo MAIS como adequado para explorar o curso estudado. A avaliação de treinamento delineou o quanto o programa atendeu ao modelo, tendo sido observada a presença maioria dos parâmetros e ausência de alguns outros. Observou-se resultados objetivos do curso, como o planejamento de produtos e o dimensionamento de estratégias organizacionais. Muitos dos resultados observados encontram-se no contexto de outras ações organizacionais da Diretoria estudada e não podem ser apontados como resultado do treinamento, por outro lado o treinamento é apontado como um dos elementos de contexto que contribuíram com este resultado. Foram identificados ainda resultados que podem ser classificados como fonte de Vantagem Competitiva Sustentável da Diretoria de Governo do Banco do Brasil e que estão associados ao programa MBA Gestão Pública. / The competitive business environment demands differentiation postures from every company, especially, postures that are capable to develop sustainable competitive advantages. In consequence of their search for competitiveness, companies look for developing their essential abilities through the people who compose it. Amongst different forms of organizational development, training becomes a frequent practice in companies environment. The scientific thought related to the subject emphasizes a necessity of alignment between training and companies strategies, and the capability of producing results. Systematic evaluation of the training and especially its results becomes necessary. In order to delineate the particular characteristics of the phenomenon, this study analyzed qualitative dimensions of a training program called MBA Public Management implemented at Banco do Brasil. The methodology was a case study, based on focus groups, half-structuralized interviews, and secondary data analysis to attain evidences that offered analysis elements of the studied training. It is concluded that the program produced results in the context of the Government Board of the Banco do Brasil, and reached the proposal objectives of the training. Four models of evaluation of training had been studied, and the Model MAIS was considered adjusted to explore the studied course. The training evaluation delineated how much of the model was attended by the program it was observed the presence of the majority of the parameters and absence of some others. It was also observed objective results of the course, for instance the planning of products and the sizing of organizational strategies. There were many of the observed results, which are related to other organizational actions of the studied Board, and they cannot be pointed as resulted from the training. However, the training is pointed as one of the context elements that had contributed with these results. It was also identified results that can be classified as sources of Sustainable Competitive Advantage of the Government Board of the Banco do Brasil, which are associated to MBA Public Management program.

Title: Analysis of test on physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Objectives: The main purpose is to analyze tests of physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Methods: The method of analysis was used in the work. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of individual tests of physical fitness for the described components of the Joint Rescue System. Results: We've found that the physical tests of the components of the Joint Rescue System differ in the number and difficulty of individual physical tests. Differences were also found in the division into groups according to gender, age and job classification. However, the same elements in the strength of physical tests were also proven. The next part is a practical analysis of the education system of sales representatives at Top Moravia Q. This study focuses on introductory training for sales representatives and subsequent training, a personal training manager, working meeting and seminars. Through qualitative and quantitative research investigated the views of program participants on its meaning, effectiveness and contribution. The final part of the evaluation of the findings made and formulated recommendations for improving the program and the educational system as a whole. Also evaluated the overall company's approach to educational activities.

use this research to teaching engineering, a research methodology that is
considered as an experimental scheme based on achievements in teaching
classroom. The research has two analytical tools, giving great importance to the
training analysis of the error. The first instrument directs for construction of the
trigonometric circle, using ruler, protractor and pencil, the second instrument
construction is done in dynamic geometry software GeoGebra.
The activities of this research tool, as applied to twelve students in the 2nd
grade of high school to a state school in Guaratinguetá, interior of Sao Paulo, in the
Paraiba Valley. Were two meetings for the application, the students worked
individually in the first assessment tool and trio in the second evaluation instrument.
The trial shows that prior knowledge have been mobilized to carry out these
activities, and information technology as a pedagogical resource, ie, activity with
GeoGebra aroused the interest of students because they were more focused and
performance was better / O aprendizado efetivo do educando é o principal objetivo de um professor
reflexivo, para isso, não basta simplesmente ter todo o conhecimento técnico, é
necessário algo a mais, saber mediar, ter uma linguagem clara e objetiva, mobilizar
recursos materiais para o sucesso desse processo. Assim pensado, este trabalho
teve por objetivo construir uma aprendizagem significativa dos conceitos básicos da
trigonometria na circunferência.
Esta pesquisa utiliza a engenharia didática, uma metodologia de pesquisa que
é considera como um esquema experimental com base em realizações didáticas em
sala de aula. A pesquisa possui dois instrumentos de análise, dando grande
importância para a análise didática do erro. O primeiro instrumento direciona para a
construção da circunferência trigonométrica, utilizando régua, transferidor e lápis; no
segundo instrumento, a construção é feita no software de geometria dinâmica
Geogebra.
As atividades desse instrumento de pesquisa, forma aplicadas para doze
alunos da 2ª série do Ensino Médio de uma escola estadual de Guaratinguetá,
interior de São Paulo, no vale do Paraíba. Foram dois encontros para a aplicação,
sendo que os alunos trabalharam individualmente no primeiro instrumento de
avaliação e em trio no segundo instrumento avaliativo. A experimentação evidencia
que conhecimentos prévios foram mobilizados para a realização dessas atividades e
a informática como recurso pedagógico, isto é, atividade com o Geogebra despertou
o interesse dos alunos, pois ficaram mais concentrados e o desempenho foi melhor.
Além disso, pode-se entender que tanto a mobilização dos conhecimentos prévios
quanto a aquisição de novos pode ser incrementada a partir da adoção de uma
estratégia pedagógica com uso de tecnologias e de uma abordagem que considera
que a construção dos conhecimentos de forma significativa não prescinde do uso
reconstrutivo do erro como ferramenta didática

The aim of this thesis is to map one of the activity- personnel training and development of teaching staff in educational institutions, particularly in kindergartens. Theoretically define the concepts of learning and development. The theoretical part describes the personnel activity in general, the historical development of human resources work, focuses on human resources management in detail. The next section defines theoretical difference between education and development. Education and development phases are analyzed in detail. The work deals with the education and development in the context of teaching staff in the final part of the theoretical section. In the empirical part by questionnaires is described and analyzed the systém of education and development of teachers in kindergartens in Prague. As a supplementary method is, used an interview with the directors of nurseries on the education and development of teachers in kindergarten. The survey is further complemented by an analysis of the documents relating to the education and development of teachers. The thesis is a partial step towards understanding the whole issue of education and development of teachers in kindergartens.
