Master’s thesis is aimed at assessing the selected financial indicators of the company using statistical methods. Based on the results, the current situation of the company is evaluated. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part contains the necessary theoretical bases for processing the analytical part. The second part is devoted to the analysis of selected indicators, which are then applied statistical methods to the prediction of the future development of these indicators and findings, here between these indicators there is a dependence. At the end of this part, there is an evaluation of the analyzed indicators. The third part presents appropriate proposals for solutions to existing problems caused by indicators that deviate from the recommended values.

The thesis deals with the issue of consolidated financial statement in a selected concern and in its economic appreciation before and after the expansion of the consolidated group. The first part of the thesis includes theoretical knowledge for consolidated financial statement and company value which are applied in second part of the thesis in the estimation of company value and the creation of new consolidated financial statements related to the expansion of the consolidated group. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicted to the comparison of new and old consolidated financial statements.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the current financial situation of the selected company with the proposal of the possibility of future financing. The first part of the thesis is devoted to defining the basic terminology and theoretical approaches of individual financial analyzes. In the second part which is practical, the acquired theoretical knowledge is applied. At the end of the work, the current financial health of the company is evaluated and the possibility of future financing of the company is suggested.

The diploma thesis is focudes on the assessment of economic situation of the company ConTeyor Czech Republic s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three main parts, namely the theoretical basis of the work, analytical part and final proposals that could means improvement. Economic and statistical indicators are used for the overall assessment the situation. The financial statements of the analyzed company for the period 2010 – 2019 are the main basis.

This master’s thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of the internationally operating company Kiwi s.r.o. and suggestions for its improvement. After the introduction into this thesis, I will determine the main goal together with the sub-goals to which I will aim. In the next part, I will focus on the theoretical basis from which all of the chosen methods of financial analysis are based on. Subsequently, using these methods, I can evaluate in the analytical part, what is the financial position of Kiwi s.r.o. And after that in the last part, based on my data, I will present proposals to improve the financial situation.

This master thesis is focused on waste waters from cosmetics industry and basic indicators of these waters. The pollution of the environment caused by increase industrial development has a negative effect on ecosystem. Waste waters are part of the pollution. In theoretical part a basic indicators of waters (its definition and way of determination) have been described. Membrane processes for water purification have been mentioned as well – particularly the ultrafiltration. The experimental part of thesis deals with practical determination of indicators mentioned in methods described in the theoretical part. Results are discussed at the close. The discussion is focused on evaluation of efficiency of the device for waste waters adjustment, which is in use in the Dermacol company, which produces cosmetics products.

This master´s thesis analyses financial situation of FEI Company during years 2003 – 2006 by means of selected methods of financial and economic analysis. It also includes proposals and recommendations for improvement of the present situation with regard to sphere of business and its possibilities.

The main objective of this thesis is the formulation of the suggestions for the improvement of the company´s financial situation by using methods of the financial analysis. This presenting thesis was created for a concrete advertising company in Brno. The contribution of this thesis is not only a formulation of concrete suggestions but also a detailed financial analyse for the period of ten following years (which this company has not been doing before) to gain valuable information which can be used to improve the decision making process of the company.

This master's thesis evaluates the financial situation of Tiskárny Havlíčkův Brod a.s. in the years 2004 - 2006. There is performed the financial analysis and the analysis of current situation of company on the basis of theoretic pieces of knowledge from literature. The analysis is the basis for improvement suggestions of present financial situation of the company.

This thesis deals with the financial health of the company KABLO ELEKTRO, a.s. Vrchlabí between the years 2002 – 2006 using selected methods of financial analysis. Possible steps leading to improvement of the company’s financial situation are suggested.
