This thesis analyzes the company Hyundai Dymos English due to the awareness of management of the production status. During the work are identified important production information to be transferred within the company. In this work is designed and implemented a system for efficient transfer of information within the company using Web portals and applications for mobile phones.

This diploma thesis focuses on economic performance evaluation of AGC Moravské Budějovice s. r. o. It analyses development of the company in years 2008–2012 using traditional financial indicators and the modern methods of economic value added. In the final part of this thesis there are some proposals submitted that could lead to an improvement of company´s current situation.

The subject of this thesis on fundamental equities analysis, which is considered one of the most commonly used methods for valuing securities, is to make the best investment in the chosen field into the selected equity companies. This thesis focuses on drawing up and evaluation of financial situation of company AB JET Ltd. from years 2008 – 2012. The first part consists of theoretical bases of financial analysis. The second part contains the application of essential methods to the analysis of financial situation of the company. On the basis of the analysis are found weaknesses for which are designed the recommendations. The recommendations should lead to improved financial health of the company.

This master’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial stability of a company and selecting suitable proposals for its improvement. Company’s financial data has been analyzed for years 2009 – 2012 using financial analysis methods. Theoretical part consists of methods of financial analysis and basic economic terms and it’s used for purposes of practical part. In the practical part are applied methods of financial analysis based on financial statements and internal and external surrounding of the company. In the end there are formulated possible economical proposals for solving important company’s problems, which influence all operations in the company.

This master’s thesis deals with „Evaluation of financial situation of a company and proposals to its improvement. The first part consists a brief description of the company Teplárny Brno, a.s. and current evaluation of the company. The second part describes theoretical resources, which are further used in the third part of the analysis of financial company health according to specific indicators and methods of financial analysis in 2009-2013. The results of the financial analysis in the fourth part define appropriate proposals to improve the current economic situation.

The objective of this thesis is to propose an investment recommendation in shares of selected airlines based on fundamental analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basics of investing. To select the best company there was used several intercompany comparison methods, which are based on assessment indicators. The result is an investment recommendation in the form of determining the order of profitability of individual companies.

This thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of the company LIPOELASTIC a.s. through deployment of specific tools of financial analysis. The data necessary for financial analysis comes from financial statements of the company. Structure of the thesis is divided onto three parts. Theoretical part contains a set of crucial terms, methods and workflows which are important for designing the individual parts of financial analysis. These methods are practically applied in the practical part. Last part includes the proposals and measures for enhancing financial situation of the company.

The master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of financial efficiency of the company Bučovice Tools, a.s. using statistical methods. The theoretical part describes financial analysis, time series analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis. In the practical part, the selected indicators of financial analysis are subjected to statistical analysis to detect dependence between indicators and to determine the prediction of the future development. Based on the financial results, the company is compared with a chosen company and with average indicators of the industry and are designed possibilities to improve the economic situation.

The aim of this master thesis is to create a fundamental analysis of selected European automobile manufacturing companies, which are enlisted in the stock market and are publically traded. Goal of this fundamental analysis is to propose an ideal portfolio which should outperform the average car industry market. All information which are used during this work are publically accessible on the websites of every mentioned company. First part of this work is devoted to the description of methods, which are used through the whole article. Second part is describing selected companies and the reasons of the selection itself. Third part is devoted to the comparison of selected companies. Forth part is describing methods used for verification of the results, methods used for this verification are calculation of the inner value of security and bankruptcy models. The recommendation for the ideal portfolio for the European car industry is created in the last part of this thesis.
