Určování zdrojů PAH ve střední Evropě / Source apportionment of PAH in middle Europe

Lhotka, Radek January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the determination of sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and the changes in the PAH concentrations during the last 11 years, from 2006 to 2016. The data were sampled at National Atmospheric Observatory in Košetice, a representative station for the Central European Region. Multidimensional statistical methods as Positive Matrix Factorization (PMF), conditional bivariate probability function (CBPF), and Potential Source Contribution Function (PSCF) were used for data analyses. In the first part, the changes in concentrations of the four specific PAH, Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP), Fluoranthene (FLA), the sums of all the PAH (SUMA), and the Toxical Equivalent (TEQ) was studied. The highest concentration of all four specific PAH was detected at the beginning of the studied period. The immission limit for BaP was not exceeded. Statistically significant decreasing trend for BaP, TEQ, and SUMA PAH was identified. Second part of the thesis studied the PAH source apportionment. The study proved that the station was strongly influenced by the local domestic heating on one hand, and long-distance transportation from the west, and specifically from the northwest on the other hand. The influence of long-distance transport has an increasing trend over time, vice-versa for the...

Aproximace polohy mobilního zařízení pomocí známé sítě Wi-Fi přístupových bodů.

Kalman, Ondřej January 2017 (has links)
Goal of this thesis is to create an online service, suitable for approximation of user's position inside a building via his mobile device. For this goal a known network of Wi-Fi access-points was used in combination with a machine learning algorithms. Algorithms were trained and tested on the ground floor in building Q of Mendel University in Brno. The Algorithms and the online service were tested with automated tests as well as in real environment with a mobile application, which was also created as a part of this thesis. Results have shown that reliability and accuracy of service is highly dependent on localized mobile device. Success rate floated between 43~\% and 66~\%, depending on a mobile device.

Určování rodičovství / Determination of paternity

Vykydalová, Alice January 2013 (has links)
The thesis deals with parentage determination. At present, this issue is becoming more and more topical due to current diversion from traditional values, the traditional model of family in particular. The thesis concerns not only with the determination of paternity, but also with maternity determination, which is mentioned with regard to assisted reproduction and surrogacy. Emphasis is placed on both, current legislation and the new Civil Code coming into effect on 1 January 2014. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The introduction discusses possible views on the concept of parenthood. Furthermore, it introduces the issue of parentage determination, especially in connection with the increasing number of children born outside marriage. The following chapter is devoted to legislative regulation of parentage determination itself. Firstly, it elaborates the history of such regulations with focus on Roman law and the Austrian Civil Code. Subsequently, it describes the current legislation and briefly comments on the new Civil Code, which is further discussed in the corresponding chapters. The third chapter examines the determination of maternity. Included are the issues of assisted reproduction and surrogacy, as well as anonymous and concealed births, which have become an important topic rather recently....

Určování rodičovství / Determination of parenthood

Kozáková, Lenka January 2014 (has links)
Establishing parentage The subject of this master thesis is the issue of establishing parentage. The thesis targets areas of establishing parenthood, issues of three legal presumptions and last but not least, parenthood denial. The question of establishing maternity is examined mainly from perspectives including surrogate maternity, assisted reproduction method and secret and anonymous delivery. All matters are reviewed based on the valid amendment to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code that has come into effect on 1.1.2014. The goal of the thesis is it to introduce, describe and analyze the new amendment to the Family Act. Further, it aims to compare individual institutions with respect to changes made to the Family Act in the past and those made as a part of the new amendment. The thesis consists of eight key chapters. The initial chapter targets relationships among parents and their children, protection of children's legal rights as well as a child's right to know its biological origin. Following, the second and the third chapters concentrate in depth on legislation of the paternity establishment per se. While the second chapter covers the historical development of the legislation from the ancient Rome era until present, the latter chapter intends to introduce the legislation from domestic,...

Určování otcovství / Determination of paternity

Jiroutová, Michaela January 2015 (has links)
The reason why I chose the issue of determination of paternity as a topic of my thesis is the fact that most of us will meet with this institute during our lifetime. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and describe the institute of determination of paternity, especially in the view of the applicable legislation. The thesis is composed of eight chapters. Chapter One deals with family and parenthood and defines the basic terms, sucha as the biological, social and legal parenthood. Chapter Two is subdivided into two parts and focuses on the legislation of paternity. Part One describes the historical development of parenthood, part Two briefly describes the source of law witch contains the current legislation. The next chapter concerns the determination of maternity, which is closely connected to the institute of paternity. Chapter Three, apart from the applicable legislation, also includes a subchapter about hidden birth and a subchapter that documents surrogacy. The following chapter already concentrates on the current Czech legislation of determination of paternity, which is included in the civil code. This chapter consists of six parts that closely describe various possibilities of determination of paternity in the Czech republic. I particularly focus on the assumption of paternity that there is a...

Určování otcovství / Determination of Paternity

Joštic Mrlinová, Barbora January 2017 (has links)
With the estabilishment of paternity sooner or later encountered almost every one of us. Although the paternity law and estabilishment of paternity is already known from the times of ancient Rome, it remains a relevant and contentious topic. The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively explore and explain the establishment and denial of paternity in the Czech legal system. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter deals with the conceptualization of family and parenthood. It is necessary, because the current Civil Code contains these concepts. However, it does not define them. To further develop the thesis, it is therefore crucial to specify, what exactly those concepts mean within the Czech legal system. The first part of this chapter examines in detail the concept of family, in the second part is dealt with parenthood. In this context, it is illuminated exclusively legal parenthood and disputes between legal, biological and social parenthood. The second chapter focuses on the history of establishment and denial of parentage from the time of ancient Rome, through the period of General Civil Code (1811), the Law on the Right to Family (1949) to the Law on Family (1963). The second chapter is also divided into two sections, namely the historical development and establishing...

Atmosférický aerosol ve vysokém časovém rozlišení / Atmospheric aerosol in high time resolution

Makeš, Otakar January 2021 (has links)
Over the last decades, it has become clear that the size and chemical composition of atmospheric aerosol (AA) has a major impact on both human health and a number of processes in the atmosphere. Although there are increasing efforts to describe the behavior of AA, many phenomena are still not sufficiently understood to be able to predict aerosol behavior and associated phenomena to a satisfactory degree. This PhD thesis describes aerosol behavior at high temporal resolution within three main topics. The first topic is the description of the chemical and size composition of the non-refractory PM1 (NR-PM1) fraction at the Prague - Suchdol suburban station and the study of the influence of meteorological phenomena on the behavior of this aerosol. In order to identify seasonal effects, measurements were carried out in summer and winter. Positive Matrix Factorization (PMF) analysis was performed in connection with the aerosol description at the station, which identified chemically resolved mass profiles of aerosol sources and their temporal evolution. The second topic is the penetration of aerosol particles from the outdoor to the indoor environment. The influence of particle size and chemical composition on the penetration of particles from the outdoor to the indoor environment was investigated by...
