The thesis is focused on construction technology solution for realization of the construction of a polyfunctional building in Velké Bílovice. Part of the thesis is technical report for construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of selected building as well as the whole project. The thesis contains selected technological regulations of carried out activities, control, and test plans, safety and health protection at work, a design of major building machines and mechanisms, a concept of the construction site or instructions for using the building.

The master thesis is focused on the principle of ultrasonographs and their modes, and ways of denoising data obtained by ultrasonographs. This project will also concentrate on removing the speckle noise, because the speckle noise has the largest share of the noise in the measured data in ultrasonographs. The other main objective was to describe advanced methods of filtration, especially the modifications of the median filter, such as the modified hybrid median filter and modification of the anisotropic diffusion, namely generalizing Perona-Malik anisotropic diffusion using restricted dissimilarity functions. These two filters were tested on images with artificial noise and on data captured using the ultrasound system GE VingMed System FiVe. Also, the program for filtering and display filtered ultrasound data captured by GE VingMed System FiVe is described.

This thesis deals with selected Parts of the construction technology project of reinforced concrete bridge in Mostkovice. It is about a replacement of the existing masonry construction of new, reinforced-concrete frame founded on surface. Part of the work in addition to other are schedule and financial plan, budget and construction situation, site equipment, study of realization, plan of using the main mechanisms, health and safety at work and technological prescription.

This diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of selected methods of apartment valuation in the location of Brno - Černá Pole, in specific on the apartment valuation in brick buildings. The theoretical part describes the basic notions connected with valuation, describes the methods of valuation and also the valuated location itself. The practical part deals with the apartment valuation using these methods - the method according to price provision, specifically comparative technique, then the comparative method itself but not according to price provision and finally using the yield method for an assessment of the current price. In the conclusion there is comparison of all of these used methods.

The theoretical section covers the basic terms associated with the valuation process and it describes the valuation methods which were chosen for this work, as well as the evaluated locations. The practical part is focused on the valuation of the apartments according to valid price provision based on a comparative method, a direct comparison method and yield method for an estimation of the current price.

The practical part deals with the apartment and commercial units valuation using these metods – the metods according to price provision, specifically comparative technice, then the komparative method itself byt not according to price provision and finály using the yield method for an assessment of the current price. In the conclusion there is comparison of all of these used methods.

Master's thesis process construction technology preparation and implementation of project "Tyršův Bridge" in Litomerice. Because condition of bridges is very poor, it was decided to reconstruction them. This is a design for reconstruction of bridges, roads and road-bed on the system of Tyršův Bridge in Litomerice to the extent of the diploma work. During the reconstruction will replace bridges registration no. 15-040 and 15-041 new ones of the same lightness, on the bridge registration no. 15-042 will be replaced roadway and bridge ev.č. 15-043 will be replaced and the structure of the supports. Will be extended road-bed between bridges registration no. 15-040 and 15-041 using gabion construction.

This diploma thesis is focused on a comparison of construction cost of the house made of classic materials with the equivalent made of natural building materials and consequently on comparison of both construction variants. In order to perform those tasks, the used natural building materials were defined. Furthermore, the specific options of usage of these natural building materials as well as the used composition structures were introduced. The thesis concludes with a price calculation of the constructions made of natural building materials which were not available in the common budgetary software. The appendix of the thesis contains budgets for the first variant, where the house is made of natural building materials, and also for the second variant, where the house is made of classic materials.
