The thesis presents information on teaching styles and their categorization. It deals with self-reflection as a key competence of the teacher. It describes the specifics of the drama teacher's profession. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on the observation of teaching styles of selected teachers. Next, we analyze their teaching style and together we reflect on the results. As a baseline theory for survey of teaching styles was chosen publication Fenstermacher and Soltis: Approaches to teaching.

This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of school age, basic physiology of hearing and voice, describes the development of musical abilities and their classification. It also defines the basic concepts of music psychology, describes some of the basic methodology of music education and addresses issues of motivation at school. The practical part consists of a project for school clubs on "Round the world journey". The project focuses on developing musical skills and abilities through play, building positive relationships within the group and learning about the culture of other nations.

This thesis is concerned with the use of idea, fantasy, and imagination during the process of formation of the natural voice. The thesis is divided into five chapters, which gradually points to connect the physical body with the mental processes and emphasizes the importance of developing images during the voice education process. The first chapter deals with the voice education, reference the history and philosophy, and also introduces the specifics during the voice-creation process. The second chapter introduces the field of psychosomatic disciplines from medical beginnings to its application in voice education, and describes the origins of voice disorders. The concept of idea, fantasy, and imagination is explained in the third chapter, and also their role in voice education is described there. The fourth chapter deals with children in three age periods and also children with special needs. This theoretical overview is utilized in the final, fifth chapter, which presents specific examples of working with imagery in voice education of children in these groups. This thesis provides a theoretical basis as psychosomatic methods of work with a voice, as well as examples of applications in a particular situation.

The Thesis is focused on the interconnection of Arts and Environmental Education as a possible way for teaching elementary school children both the sensitive relation to nature and the conscious environmental behaviour. Junk-art, a phenomenon of environmental arts, is introduced in the theoretical part of the Thesis. In this part of the Thesis, there are also theoretical basis of Arts and Environmental Education, as they are embodied in the Framing Program of Education and the analysis of possible areas for utilisation of scrap materials within intermediate and experimental activities in Arts at elementary schools. In the conclusion of the theoretical part of the Thesis, there is a list of books available in the Czech market which deal with possibilities of waste media utilisation for the development of creative activities of pupils. In the practical part of the Thesis, there are some results and reflexions of the implementation of my own set of Arts lessons with utilisation of scrap materials which I gave in the third, fourth and fifth grades at a traditional rural school in Stará Říše.

The thesis titled "The body of the other. The erotics as learning content in Art education." have character of an exploration probe. It focuses on erotism in environment of educational institutions. This work deals with the body and its erotic contents in art education. It seeks to clarify the concept of erotica. This work seeks various overhangs of erotica into philosophy, advertising, school, personal and public life. This thesis is linked to the teaching of erotic theme and with the issues of integration of eroticism in lessons of art education. The aim is to determine how are the children / students on this topic sensitive. All the text is supplemented by authentic testimonies of students, teachers and parents related to the topic of erotica in school.

The summary goal of this thesis is to characterize how the issue of alternative child care in the Czech Republic is solved, to characterize the system of alternative child care and it's problematical areas, and also to analyze the role of non-profit organizations in the society generally, and specifically in the solving of issue of alternative child care in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with concept of civil society, with typology of its organizations and their functions in the society, and also with chosen theories which explain functions of non- profit organizations in the society, and also with the history and the present of these organizations in the Czech Republic. Afterwards this theses characterize the system of the care of endangered children in the Czech Republic, the system of the alternative care of children and also contemporary reform of the care of endangered chidren and its important concepts of psychological deprivation of the children in institutional care and of rehabilitation of family. The diploma thesis "Cross-Curricular topics in the teaching of mathematics at primary schools" describes possible ways of involving personality and social education, education of a democratic citizen, education towards thinking in European and global contexts, multicultural education, environmental education and media education in primary school mathematics. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, practical and an evaluative section. The theoretical part of this thesis analyses domestic and foreign findings on cross-curricular topics, outlines the historical development of the curriculum in relation to this issue and characterizes the educational area of "Mathematics and its application RVP ZV". It further focuses on interconnecting particular cross-curricular subjects with mathematics and examines their integration in current mathematics schoolbooks. The practical part contains proposals of activities (methodical activity sheets) connecting the area of "Mathematics and its application" with cross-curricular topics. It further presents organizational teaching forms and work methods used in activities including their descriptions. The last part evaluates the application of the activities in practice in terms of the development of pre-assigned mathematical skills and knowledge and the involvement of thematic units of cross-curricular topics.

The theoretical part various concepts related to personality development of individuals with mental disabilities are explained, also their prosocial education and personality development by art education is mentioned. The practical part focuses on the implementation of a project with an overlap to prosocial education. The project will create a model scheme for working activities with intellectually disabled people.

This diploma thesis deals with animated clip and its application in teaching process, in particular in arts and music classes at secondary basic school, by means of project methodology. The theoretical part, besides project method, which is the center point of this work, also focuses on history of animated film, together with animated clip and its asset. Subsequently, the final section of the practical part applies the findings of the theoretical part. The final section of this diploma thesis is a model animated clip Adebars Reise "The Flight of a Stork" and a draft for the project education in arts and music education at secondary basic school, on the topic of animated clip.

The thesis presents possibilities and hazards resulting from the combination of experience-based education methods and those of doing philosophy with children. Having defined the terms used, it introduces the aims, key features and basic methods of leisure education; furthermore, experience-based education is described in more detail together with its fundamental elements: dramaturgy, adventure, reflection and games. The latter two elements are understood to be the links between experience-based education and Philosophy for children program. Then, the follow-up reflection on the interface between Philosophy with children and experiential activities is the substantial part of the thesis. Besides other topics, the philosophical aspects of games and reflection (review) as possible ways of experience-based philosophical inquiry are dealt with. Thus, in the closing part of the thesis, the potential for connecting philosophical inquiry and the experience itself is outlined.
