The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse flight performance of airplane VUT-081 Kondor. The first part focuses on determination and estimation of aerodynamic characteristics of the airplane. Based on this data flight performance was calculated and evaluated according to CS-ELSA. The last part is dedicated to comparison of flight performance of VUT-081 Kondor with other similar airplanes.

The diploma thesis deals with relation of students to the future, connections between time perspective and achievement motivation and possibilities of diagnostic strategies of researched areas. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - practical and theoretical one. Emphasis is given on practical part. Theoretical part looks into scientific solutions of time perspective by way of cognitive and personality concepts of motivation (Nuttina, Zimbarda, Pavelková work). I minutely deal with relation between time perspective and achievement motivation which is presented within theoretical approaches of Atkinson, Raynor, Heckhasen. This diploma thesis is intended to determine the usual costs and price of logging operations in forestry. In the research part, the thesis focuses on individual pricing methods. It describes the analysis of individual items entering the logging technologies. It deals with the performance standards that are evaluated using the methodological part of the research and also proposes a new calculation model based on the results of the market analysis. The result is an evaluation of the use of performance standards in practice and a description of the created calculation model which works on the basis of a multi-stage calculation with a contribution margin.

This thesis deals with the toll systems which have been in operation in the Czech Republic since 2007. The first part defines the basic concepts of transportation and describes the development, goals and the direction of transport policy of the European Union, and the Czech Republic. It also describes the different ways of collecting tolls on roads and the possibility of charging for entrance into cities. The second part analyses the current state of the toll system, not only in our country, but also in neighboring countries. Practical knowledge is supplemented by the hand counting of trucks, avoiding toll communication and a questionnaire survey among carriers. The third part is focused on proposals for solving current situations. The aims are: bring trucks back to the toll roads, reduce the noise levels on highways at night, improve the quality of roads in the Czech Republic, increase user comfort levels of toll systems and increase the number of "green" trucks on the roads

The master thesis deals with connection between results of using public procurement and performance indicators. First part of this thesis describes specifics of teaching hospitals, process of using public procurement and performance indicators used in healt care. The practical part contains an analysis of public procurement and an analysis of performance indicators.

This report is guide along simulation of sound sources and orchestra. Basic physical characteristics necessary to the simulation of sound sources are described here. Description of the creation of directivity files in ODEON and theirs conversion from CATT-Acoustic to ODEON are described here too. Acquired directivity files were used for simulation of orchestra and for testing the directivity characteristics to room acoustics parameters.

In this thesis, prerequisities for a switching loss measurements are established as well as designing of DC-bus and the base/gate driver for the power transistors; followed by derivation of mathematical approximation of transistor conductivity gCE =iCuCE, circuit simulation using gCE as a transistor model and a discussion of measured waveforms.

Many secondary school teachers are currently facing students' lack of interest in the subjects taught. Research findings have also repeatedly shown that students' motivation for school work decreases as the length of the studies increases. Furthermore, students' level of motivation reaches a very low level during adolescence despite the fact that many of them make choices regarding their future careers. This thesis focuses on the relation between the motivation of students for school work and the attitudes and skills of teachers - their educational styles, and whether the relationship between students and them is positive or negative. The theoretical part of this paper introduces and describes the above mentioned concepts - educational styles and motivation - or more precisely, what kinds of motivation there are, and how these affect not only the learning process itself, but also the performance, results, and performance goals, all of which are closely linked. The practical part consists of a research investigation focused on verifying the link between students' motivation for school work and the educational styles used by their teachers. Se zvyšující se dostupností medicínského CT vyšetření a s rostoucím počtem patologických stavů, pro které je indikováno, se redukce pacientské dávky ionizujícího záření stává stále aktuálnějším tématem. Výrazný pokrok v tomto odvětví představují nové metody rekonstrukce obrazů z projekcí, tzv. moderní iterativní rekonstrukční metody. Zároveň se zavedením těchto metod vzrostla potřeba pro měření obrazové kvality. Kvalita iterativně rekonstruovaných dat byla doposud kvantitativně hodnocena pouze na fantomových datech nebo na malých oblastech zájmu v reálných pacientských datech. Charakter iterativně rekonstruovaných dat však naznačuje, že tyto přístupy nadále nejsou dostatečné a je nutné je nahradit přístupy novými. Hlavním cílem této dizertační práce je navrhnout nové přístupy k měření kvality CT obrazových dat, které budou respektovat specifika iterativně rekonstruovaných obrazů a budou počítána plně automaticky přímo z reálných pacientských dat.

The aim of my master’s thesis is the design of the LED lighting system for breeding and growing purposes as replacement for the classical high-pressure sodium lamps and other sources of light used today. The whole system can be controlled locally by buttons or remotely by web server using Ethernet interface. LEDs are powered by five-channel step-down converter with current feedback. Converters are controlled by pulse width modulation generated by microcontroller.
