The aim of this thesis is to determine the value company Bopal Ltd. Valuation will be carried out to determine the value of the company for strategic management needs of its owners. Value of company will established 31. 12. 2014 using income methods, specific methods discounted cash flow.

This master thesis deals with the estimation of objectified value of company using income – based valuation methods at 01.01.2015. This work has two parts, the first part describes theoretical principles. The second part includes strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of the value drivers and financial plan. The valuation of the company is based on Discounted Cashflow method and Economic Value Added method. Determination of value is made at the date 01.01.2015. Determination od value is made for internal needs of the company.

This company is based in Ostrava-Nová Bělá and its job is to sell wiring materials. The work is divided into two parts, the first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge. Furthermore, strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of the value drivers and financial plan is done. The valuation is based on Discounted Cash flow method and Economic Value Added method.

This diploma thesis is focused on determining the value of the Isolit Bravo spol. s r.o. company by using income-based methods to 31. 12. 2014. The value is estimated according to the Discounted Cashflow method and Economic Value Added method.

An increased competitive climate has enhanced the importance for companies to differentiate from other companies. Today, the customer support within service organizations are often disregarded as a source of value due to the focus on costs. Further, it has become more important to leverage the contact with the customer at all encounters. New technological advancements within Business Intelligence have also enabled companies to increase their competitiveness through improved decision support. The objective of this thesis is through a case study investigate how an insurance company could leverage its customer support as a source of creating shareholder value as well as how to apply trends within Business Intelligence for increased decision support. This was done through developing a conceptual model based on academic theory in order to provide a tool for analysis and development of a customer support. The research questions intends to investigate how an customer support can contribute to, and balance a focus on service quality, costs and sales in order to enhance shareholder value. A business driven approach was further used in order to understand how a customer support could leverage the emerging trends of Business Intelligence. This since the thesis also aims to provide some first insights into how to leverage the trends of mobile- and Self-Service- Business Intelligence within the customer support within insurance companies. The research emphasizes the need to have a holistic view of what drives value and costs with regard to the retention, growth and acquisition of customers when viewing the customer support as a source of value. The thesis concludes that both the trends of mobile- and Self-Service- Business Intelligence could enable an insurance company to gain new insights through utilizing existing internal as well as external data in order to conduct a more continuous and flexible analysis of important matters.

The dissertation thesis is elaborated to the theme “The Modelling of The Development of The Middle-Size Building Enterprise Value in The Real Competition of The Czech Republic“. In the introduction of the dissertation thesis, a relation of the chosen theme to the branch of Forensic Engineering is defined and a survey about a contemporary state of the solved problems is elaborated. Further on, the objectives of the dissertation thesis are stated there namely including a formulation of a problem. The dissertation thesis contains the basic data about the examined middle-size building enterprise of a regional significance and its competitive building enterprises. At all enterprises, a property evaluation by an assessment of a substantial value and a returns’ evaluation by a method DCF Entity are carried out. The component of the dissertation thesis is a proposal of a simple expert standard containing methodical recommendations at an assessment of a value of a building enterprise of a regional significance. This is the essential contribution of the dissertation thesis for the branch Forensic Engineering whose starting ascertainments are practical pieces of knowledge and experience with the behaviours of the middle-size building enterprises in a period of a financial crisis.
