The thesis focuses on the benefits of company data security in Czech environment calculation based on the additional total cost of ownership for the full disk data encryption and the average expected cost for data breach. In addition to the history of encryption, basics of cryptography, information breach statistics and company data encryption common routine, the theoretical part of the thesis above all introduces the method of company data encryption cost and benefits calculation. Within the practical part of the thesis, each step of the method is customized to match the Czech environment, modified by the organization headcount and applied to three virtual companies. The results are then evaluated, the benefits of data encryption compared by the company size in the Czech environment and also the critical discussion is carried out.

This thesis deals with legal relations to real estate. It compiles an overview of rights that can be written to the Land Register. The thesis also discusses the title to the property, the merchandise rights to real estate and the way of their land registration, each mentioned in separate chapter.

The thesis deals with a legal protection of results of research and development activities, which runs in collaboration between a university and an industry partner. At the first part of the thesis basic terms are explained, related legislation is introduced and important institutions from the field of intellectual property rights are mentioned. The thesis also describes a legal status of the research and a development center, lists various ways of results protection and provides an introduction to contractual obligations. The technical part contains a calculation of energy and water consumption in the Laboratory of energy intensive processes. There were also dealt with forms of property, problems and possibilities of dividing the apartment building on separate residential and non-residential units including examples of the declaration of building-owner, resolution of agreements and other necessary documents. This master’s thesis is a summary describing the situation of current rents of flats in area of Olomouc town. It deal with comparison of rents of flats in town districts and factors which influences them. The figures are divided for flat of diferent dispozitions. This thesis illustrates the real estate environment from a professional and legal perspective. The first part of this thesis will refer to the legislative components and organizations, which affect the development of laws related to the industry. Then, the real estate market will be defined from two angles - a broker's and the competitors, as well as illustrating the differences in the Czech and Slovak markets. A case study will show the process of two property sales. In the first, a family house is sold under normal conditions and in the second, an apartment building is sold under shared ownership. This work presents the personality and work of two thinkers, Bernard Bolzan and Charles Fourier. It focuses on their social ideas, so it looks mainly at their side of social utopians. It compares their views on the ideal organization of human society. It also pays attention to teaching and education in their conception, moreover, with reflection in relation to today. The aim is also to map the initial conditions of each of the thinkers, material, family, ideological, historically contemporary. At the very beginning, the work places all this in the context of historical development and subsequently in social theories. After an overview of developments and social theories, he introduces the topic of social utopianism and introduces two other important utopians - Saint-Simon and Robert Owen. Then the personality and work of Bernard Bolzan, followed by Charles Fourier, are introduced. The following is a comparison of the relevant categories for both thinkers, representing the degree of overlap of their common features. Then there is a chapter focused on education and training with an overlap to the present. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the influence of media ownership on media depiction of anti-government protests in 2019 organized by a civic organization Milion Chvilek (Million Moments for Democracy) in daily newspapers Lidové noviny and Hospodářské noviny through a comparative content analysis. Lidové noviny is a part of MAFRA media group owned by current Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš with his ownership share placed in a trust managed by his wife and other close associates. Daily newsprint and other publications in this media group found themselves in a situation where they had to report about protests focused on their de facto owner. A public debate centered around Andrej Babiš's possible conflict of interest has been ongoing since his entry into politics. Babiš's strong position in the media industry is one of the debate's focal points. According to his critics, this position could enable him to manipulate public mood which would provide him with an unfair advantage in the political arena. This diploma thesis "Media image of Andreje Babiš in the following newspapers: Mladá fronta DNES, Právo Hospodářské noviny and Lidové noviny in the connotation with the affair of a stork's nest" focuses on issue of the media image of an important public figure, politician and head representative of the most popular party in our republic in the time periods chosen for the purpose of this diploma thesis (May 2016, August 2017 and March 2018). It is a well known fact, that Andrej Babiš purchased, through his company Agrofert certain media, for example Mladá fronta DNES and Lidové noviny, in the year 2013. This diploma thesis is an attempt to portray if a fact of this acquisition had any influence on media image of Andrej Babiš in those newspapers, meaning Mladá fronta DNES and Lidové noviny. The thesis is focused on a specific area of intellectual property field, namely the system of protection of Intellectual property whose current form has been shaped by the international organizations, especially by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). There has therefore been allocated extra space in the thesis to make the reader familiar with these respective organizations, especially with their organizational structure, decision-making procedures and activities. Important part of the thesis is analysis of current relations between WIPO and WTO, including its negative aspects. The thesis also contains section devoted to possible future development of the relations between WIPO and WTO.
