Výskyt listových a klasových patogenů obilnin ve vztahu k mikroklimatu porostu

Gešvindrová, Kristýna January 2015 (has links)
The thesis if focused on monitoring and evaluation of microclimate and stand processes that take place in it. There have been measurements of temperature and humidity and monitored for the appearance of significant leaf and ear pathogens in crops of wheat and barley. The measured values were compared with values measured on standard climatological station for creating a regression model. They were created graphs of linear regression, which were used to determine the reliability of the crop depending on the climatological station. There were also created graphs showing changes in the differential temperature and humidity in stand and standard climatological station. The presence of harmful pathogens was compared with the measured data, and it was established that a certain course of the weather (in particular temperature and humidity) has an effect on the occurrence of the pathogen.

Ověření funkčnosti hydroizolací ve stavebních konstrukcích / Functional Verification of the Waterproofing in the Building Structures

Semerák, Filip January 2016 (has links)
The task of this thesis is to verify the functionality of the different types of waterproofing used in the building structures in terms of diffusion of water vapor. A vapour retarder, used in the roof structures and the facade systems of the wooden buildings, were primarily selected for purposes of this thesis. The first chapter contains a brief summary of the problem of the moisture distribution in the building structures and problems caused by the moisture excess. The second chapter describes the building structures, which used the vapour retarder in their assemblies, there are also described their composition and usually used materials. In the third chapter there is a description how to measure the diffusion of the water vapor through the building materials and also, there is a detailed description of the method used for the experimental measurements. The experimental measurement creates the main part of the fourth chapter. The equipment needed for this kind of measurements, the choice of materials and the description of chosen method are part of this chapter to. The fourth chapter also presents the measurement results, which are compared with the parameters specified by the manufacturer of waterproofing materials. The final part of this thesis summarizes the results of measurements and brings the recommendations for effective structural design in terms of the diffusion of the water vapour.

Vliv malé vodní nádrže Strnad na půdní vlhkost na povodí Litovicko-Šáreckého potoka / The impact of small water reservoir on soil moisture in Litovicko-Šárecký brook basin

Kovář, Martin January 2016 (has links)
Currently, when there is a reduction of soil water due to drought, is appropriate measure to start systematic collection of data on soil moisture. In this work the soil moisture content was measured on the Litovicko-Šárecký brook basin near a small water reservoir Strand. The datat were collected by direct method, which mean direct soil sampling and subsequent analysis, and indirect methods concretely gathering data by TMS datalogger. Measured data from direct and indirect methods are essentially agree in this, that small water reservoir Strnad hasnt effect at soil moisture in a distance 200 m. The last part describes the analysis of grain soils using aerometrical methods. The resulting soil types are further used for calibrating the TMS datalogger.

Faktory ovlivňující tvarovou stabilitu překližovaných výlisků v závodě TON Holešov

Měrka, Tadeáš January 2016 (has links)
Final thesis reviews shaping stability and quality of bonding in production of plywoods mouldings in plant TON Holešov. It gives an overview of issue, the characteristic of laminated bonded materials, their production and application and specifies shaped laminated products. It evaluates selected types of mouldings and adhesives used for production of components sitting furniture. Tests selected physical and mechanical properties of plywood, moisture content, density, bending modulus of rupture, bending modulus of elasticity, strength of glue line a other factors influencing shaping stability of plywoods mouldings. Achieved results evaluates, statistically analyses and compares with available literature. On the basis of the results proposes measures to improve shaping stability plywoods mouldings in the plant.

Mikroklima porostu řepky a pšenice

Krédl, Zdeněk January 2012 (has links)
The purpose was clarification of vertical stratification of temperature and humidity in winter rape and winter wheat canopy and their comparison with the data from standard station. Air temperature and relative humidity was monitored in wheat and rape canopy in Žabčice during the main growth season in 2010 and 2011 years. Automatic sensors were positioned at three levels (on the ground, at the effective height and at 2 meters above the ground). According to crop developmental stage period was divided to three (four) parts. Air temperature and relative humidity in vertical profile of canopy differed significantly in dependence on year, wheat or rape developmental stage and time of day. The differences in vertical stratification of air temperature and relative humidity were pronounced especially during the light part of the day. In this time the temperature in ground part of canopy was significantly lower and the relative humidity was significantly higher. Air temperature measured in wheat or rape canopy was compared with data from standard meteorological stations, also. The results can be used in precision of prediction methods of some harmful agent's occurrence.

Stínící efekt oxidové izolační vrstvy na povrchový potenciál měřený pomocí Kelvinovy sondové mikroskopie / Shielding Effect of Oxide Isolating Layer on Surface Potential Measured by Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy

Švarc, Vojtěch January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the experimental study of shielding effect of oxide isolating layer on surface potential measured by Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy. For the study of surface potential were created Au/SiO2 based nanostructures by Electron Beam Lithography, Atomic Layer Deposition and Multilayer Deposition. Surface potential was measured depending on the relative humidity and thickness of oxide isolating layer.
