Porovnání několika typů mikroklima uzavřených prostor živočišné výroby / The comparison of several types of microclimates in enclosed places of livestock production

KORÁL, Michal January 2009 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the comparison of several types of microclimates in enclosed places of livestock production, aimed at beef-raising. The goal is a making the comparison of final results of microclimate elements at two sorts of stabling. Stanchion housing versus opened housing.

Mykorhizní symbióza u druhu \kur{Plantago lanceolata} na stanovištích s různou vlhkostí a nabídkou živin / Mycorrhizal symbiosis of \kur{Plantago lanceolata} at locations with differing moisture and nutrient availability

LOKVENCOVÁ, Martina January 2010 (has links)
arbuscular mycorrhizal infection of seedlings and adults plants Plantago lanceolata was examined at twenty locations with differing moisture and nutrient availability. At each location two control and two fertilized plots were established. Mycorhizal infection of seedlings was higher on control plots but the symbiosis of adult plants degreased with increasing C/N ratio. Mycorrhizal infection was further distinquished into for morfotypes (Acaulospora, Scutellospora, Glomus, fine endophyte.

Dopady změny klimatu na četnost a intenzitu sucha na území ČR

Krejčí, Michal January 2018 (has links)
The main goal of this thesis is the analysis of trends of relative atmospheric humidity, absolute atmospheric humidity and water vapor pressure from years 1981-2015. Only days without precipitation were included in the input data set. The data used in the analysis comes from eight meteorological stations located in the Czech republic: Doksany, Churáňov, Kocelovice, Kostelní Myslová, Kuchařovice, Liberec, Lysá hora and Přibyslav. The statistical significance of the trends was evaluated with the Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results show no clear evolution of the trends of the relative humidity. On the other hand, the trends of absolute humidity and water vapor pressure show significant rising trends in July (at six stations) and November (at seven stations). The July trends are probably caused by higher temperature during summer and the cause of the November trends might be caused by higher precipitation in autumn.

Pevnostní vlastnosti lepidlových filmů v závislosti na klimatických podmínkách lepených spojů

Knápková, Adéla January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with influence of climatic conditions on the strength properties of adhesive bonded joints of outdoor wood furniture by using dispersion-based PVAc adhesive for assembly joints. Samples of acacia, beech and larch wood were glued with waterborne polyvinyl acetate adhesive. The glued joints were exposed to various humidity and temperature conditions in order to monitor the influence of climatic conditions on the shear tensile strength of adhesive film of individual wood species.

Design a konstrukce humidoru

Chloupek, Václav January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis examines the issue of the construction of humidors, which have the task of maintaining the ideal climate for storing cigars. The work focuses on the current trends in the culture of smoking and storing cigars, the search for new materials and technologies, the design solution, the design design and the final production of the functional prototype of the table humidor. The work also deals marginally with the history of smoking, cigars and gentlemen's clubs, which initiated the emergence of humidors for European conditions. Designed humidors should allow sufficient humidification of the entire interior space, ensure their overall hermeticity and produce an aesthetic and elegant impression.

Výpočet vlhkostního a deformačního pole v dřevěném prvku

Liška, Jan January 2019 (has links)
In this diploma thesis is processed theoretical analysis of moisture and deformation field of wooden beams. This analysis is used in calculating internal stresses and deformations in model examples using finite element method software. The work is divided according to the types of boundary conditions of the modeled wooden element into three basic groups according to the type of support. The aim of this work was to investigate the influence of moisture load on deformations in the cross-section of a wooden element. Simultaneously with the numerical computation using the software, analytical calculations of deflection were performed for the validation of numerical methods, butt only for the case of force loading without the influence of the humidity gradient.

Vlhkostní charakteristiky přirozených pískovcových výchozů / Moisture characteristics of natural sandstone exposures

Slavík, Martin January 2019 (has links)
Moisture in a sandstone body plays a notable role in hydrological, weathering, biological and other processes. Knowledge about presence and movement of moisture within porous medium of natural sandstone exposures is, however, rather limited. Aim of the doctoral thesis was thus to quantify selected moisture characteristics of several natural sandstone exposures in Český ráj (Czech Republic). According to long-term logging, mean annual temperature at studied areas was between 8.5 řC to 11.5 řC, mean annual relative humidity was between 73 % to 85 %. Deforested area was found warmer and drier and amplitude of the values was higher there than at the forested areas. Values of water content (more than 400 measurements) and suction (more than 150 measurements) of the exposures including their spatial-temporal changes were obtained. Mean volumetric water content in zone from the sandstone's surface to 12 cm depth was from 3 % to 10 % and mean suction in depth 2-12 cm was from 2 kPa to more than 130 kPa. Using uranine powder coloring, spatial distribution of moisture near the sandstone's surface was visualized repeatedly for the first time. The coloring divided the surficial area of the sandstone into capillary (wet) and diffusion (dry) zone. The sharp transition between the two zones was represented by...

Optimalizace návrhu moderních nízkoenergetických dřevostaveb / Optimizing the design modern low energy timber structures

Bečkovská, Tereza January 2015 (has links)
This Doctoral thesis is focused on optimizing the design of modern wooden structures. Because this theme is very comprehensive, the work analyzes the distribution of moisture through the building envelope in detail. In the introduction are summarizes the knowledge of the physical processes in the constructions, there are also the properties of wood as a material and basic information about system of timber structures. The next section describes used methodology and experimental measurements realized on an experimental timber house EXDR1. There is specified the principle of measurement based on the SWOT analysis, the use measuring devices or possible solutions in the field of numerical modeling too. Main results and conclusions of the dissertation for technical practice including possibilities of further research are summarized in the final section.
