Analýza vlivu zateplení na cenu bytových jednotek v netypovém domě v Brně / Analysis of the effect of insulation on the housing unit price in a non-standard house in Brno

Hájek, Petr January 2015 (has links)
Assessing the impact of insulation on the price of immovable assets and return on such an investment. The work is based price of the thermal insulation on the specific model of the object and the subsequent conversion of prices on selected housing unit. Housing unit is also measured using current valuation rules, as well as by market valuation. Create Database insulated and non-insulated housing units and the difference between their prices is determined by the value of work compared with the cost model chosen insulation unit. Subsequently, the price is compared to the insulation housing units with insulation effect on the market price of the apartment. The paper assessed the state of energy consumption before and after the insulation work. The work is conceived as a breakdown of theoretical information, which are then practically applied to the object model. Calculations are therefore linked with the text part of the thesis.

Určování lomově-mechanických charakteristik z podrozměrných zkušebních těles / Determination of Fracture Mechanical Characteristics From Sub-Size Specimens

Stratil, Luděk Unknown Date (has links)
The standards of fracture toughness determination prescribe size requirements for size of test specimens. In cases of limited amount of test material miniature test specimens offer one from the possibilities of fracture toughness evaluation. Because of small loaded volumes in these specimens at the crack tip the loss of constraint occur affecting measured values of fracture toughness. In such cases the size requirements for valid fracture toughness characteristics determination are not fulfilled. These specimens can be even on limits of load range of test devices and handle manipulation by their small dimensions. The important task related to these specimens is, apart from methodology of their preparation and measurement of deformations, the interpretation of measured values of fracture toughness and their possible correction to standard test specimens. Moreover, in the upper shelf region of fracture toughness quantification and interpretation of size effects is still not resolved sufficiently. This thesis is by its aims experimentally computational study focused on evaluation of size effect on fracture toughness in the upper shelf region. The size effect was quantified by testing of miniature and large specimens’ sizes in order to determine J R curves. Two geometries of miniature test specimens, there point bend specimen and CT specimen, were used. The experimental materials were advanced steels developed for applications in nuclear and power industry, Eurofer97 steel and ODS steel MA956. Finite elements analyses of realized tests together with application of micromechanical model of ductile fracture were carried out in order to evaluate stress strain fields at the crack tip in tested specimens from Eurofer97 steel. By comparison of experimental results and numerical simulations of J R curves the mutual dependencies between geometry of specimens and element sizes at the crack tip were derived. On the basis of acquired relationships, the methodology of J R curve prediction for standard specimen size from limited amount of test material was proposed. Main contribution of thesis is description of effect of material’s fracture toughness level on resistance against ductile crack propagation in miniature specimens. For material where significant crack growth occurs after exceeding the limit values of J integral (Eurofer97), the loss of constraint is considerable and highly decreases resistance against tearing. Miniature specimens then show significantly lower J R curves in comparison with standard size specimens. This effect is the opposite to the behaviour of miniature specimens in transition region. In case of material with low toughness, in which significant crack growth occurs in the region of J integral validity (ODS MA956), the effect of constraint loss is small without large impact on resistance against tearing. In such case miniature specimens demonstrate comparable J R curves as specimens of larger sizes. Next important contribution is proposed methodology for prediction of J R curve from small amount of test material using micromechanical modeling.

Firemní kultura a její vliv na motivaci zaměstanců / Firm culture and its influence on motivation of firm's workers.

Zika, Jiří January 2012 (has links)
Bc. Jiří Zika Abstract The Diploma Thesis deals with the subject of firm culture and its influence on the motivation. It is focused especially on the analysis of firm culture and on the influence of firm culture on motivation. In this time is firm culture relatively well established field, and so this work is trying to point out the major approaches of firm culture. It analyses the known theories of motivation and then it deals with the links of firm culture and motivation. The influence of firm culture on motivation of workers working on business license is examined in the company, which deals with selling of real estates. This influence is being described especially by the influence of the elements of firm culture on the complete motivation and on different aspects of motivation as well. This work in its final form brings the reader an integrated view on firm culture, motivation and their interrelationship. It is focused especially on the influence of firm culture on motivation. The results of this work bring the information, that even under the conditions which are not favourable for firm culture it is possible to work relatively well on firm culture and its enforcement across the firm. These results go out from the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The research was based on the...

Vliv pořadí otázek / Order Effect

Truong, Phuong Thi January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with a methodological phenomenon called order effect. This effect creates a situation where the preceding questions influence answers of the subsequent questions. During cognitive responding process, the preceding questions may evoke specific mental associations and ideas that are more easily accessible afterwards during responding of the following questions. This induced information may be used during answer selection process which may cause bias in answers. The same questions placed in different order can generate different answers. Different question order can have different cognitive burden. The aim of this thesis is cognitive burden assessment of different question orders. Data collection was conducted by cognitive interviews which helped to detect how respondents work with particular questions during questionnaire responding process, and to identify specific types of order effect. There are four types of order effect: carryover effect, backfire effect, assimilation and contrast effect. A specific question preceding a general question evokes information which is more accessible for interpretation of a general question therefore this question order is less burdensome. Also the order from negative to positive question is less burdensome than the opposite order because it evokes...

Studijní neúspěšnost z pohledu veřejných vysokých škol / Dropout in higher education from perspective of public universities

Richterová, Kateřina January 2018 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the dropout in higher education at public universities in the Czech Republic. Main goal was to gain a perspective, how public universities look at the rising dropout, on which bases the attitudes of universities differ, how great attention the universities pay to dropout in their annual reports and long-term goals and which impact it has with respect to national and international policies. Answers to research questions were obtained firstly by analyzing of the secondary data (literature, research, public policy documents, annual reports and long-term goals of public universities) and secondly by analyzing of the primary data (expert semi-structured interviews with representatives of public universities, seminars on the dropout in higher education, internship at the Ministry of education, youth and sports). The outcome of the data analysis shows that dropout is a significant problem for the most of public universities because it has a growing trend year by year. Most of them see the dropout through the pragmatic perspective due to financing of public universities. Many others external and internal factors have impact on behavior and attitude towards to the dropout in higher education, yet pragmatic perspective seems to be essential.

Dočasné intermediální vztahy a nastolování agendy: pokrytí kauzy nákupu jednokorunových dluhopisů emitovaných firmou Agrofert jejím majitelem Andrejem Babišem / Temporary Intermedia Relations and Agenda-Setting: Covering of the Purchase of One-Crown Bonds Issued by Agrofert by its Owner Andrej Babiš

Boboková, Blanka January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with intermedia relations and agenda-setting in the case of the purchase of one-crown bonds of the company Agrofert by its owner Andrej Babiš. The news story took place in the first half of 2017 and its research was ended on the date of filing of a motion to remove Andrej Babiš from the position of Minister of Finance in the then government of Bohuslav Sobotka. The subject of quantitative analysis of media content is the determination of the influence in intermedia relations, the development of the story coverage over time and the degree of use of links to social networks in news articles. The case study then uses the grounded theory method to identify the variables that represented the media inputs, political context, and political outputs that occurred during the development of the story, and also to look for relationships between the phenomena observed. The work is based on the theory of agenda-setting and a model of contingency of the mass media's political agenda-setting power. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first chapter contains a summary of theoretical concepts and results of empirical studies related to the media agenda building and agenda- setting and the relationship between the media and political agenda. The second chapter focuses on the research...
