Vývoj pohlavních znaků u flebotomů / Development of sexual characteristics of phlebotomine sand flies

Thesis is focused on study of phlebotomus generative attributes development and body dimension influence for some determinant notes therefore is divided into two thema parts. First thematic part of thesis is heeding to rotation of outer genitalia of chosen phlebotomus subgenus males and their representatives: Adlerius (Phlebotomus arabicus), Larroussius (Phlebotomus orientalis and Phlebotomus tobbi), Euphlebotomus (Phlebotomus argentipes), Paraphlebotomus (Phlebotomus sergenti), Phlebotomus (Phlebotomus papatasi), Lutzomyia (Lutzomyia longipalpis) and Sergentomyia (Sergentomyia schwetzi). In this parts was discovered and compared time of station of genitalia for chosen subgenera. Also the time from emergence of adults to rotation and rotation time dependence on adults daytime eclosion was measured. Times of rotation time duration including that of times from rotation beggining were at subgenuses expressively different, from S. schwetzi with the shortest rotation time of 12 hours to P. sergenti with the longest with average time rotation of 32 hours. Further were compared rotations of two genuses within subgenus Larroussius: P. orientalis a P. tobbi. Here also were each rotation times expressively different that do not validate the rotation should be specific for given subgenus. Observed was also...

This diploma thesis is dealing with the negative consequences of implementation of information and communication technologies and its penetration into education. The purpose of the thesis is identification and analysis of problems dealing with the intensive use of ICT in education of children in elementary school. The objectives of the thesis were fulfilled using theoretical and empirical research methods. The theoretical methods subsumed study and analysis of scientific literature, articles and study of results of theme related experiments. The empirical research methods contained interview, questionnaire, and students' observation. The conclusion of the thesis contains evaluation and summary of the explorative research results, research findings and recommendations for further education and pedagogical practice.

This dissertation addresses the issues of collective memory in relationship with mass media. The key concepts from both fields are included. The emphasis is put on distinction between collective memory concept and other key concepts like history or historical consciousness. Subsequently the theories presenting correlation between the media and the collective memory are introduced; a lesser empirical part is also included. The main goal of this dissertation is to connect two seemingly separated issues into one compact concept, to demonstrate possible way how media forms collective memory and to support these conclusions by results from the empirical research. The thesis is focused on the analysis of the railway transport within the selected region and it is divided to two parts -- theoretical and analytical. In its theoretical part the thesis deals with issues of the segment of transport within its economic dimension and with the impact of the railway transport on the regional economy. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of the impact of the railway transport on the selected Kroměříž region. The main aim of this thesis is to find out direct economic influence of the railway transport on the Kroměříž region. To reach this aim the method of selected data evaluation is used. The group of these data contains regional railway infrastructure characteristics, personal transport data, goods transport data, employment and investments.

The topic of my master thesis is analysis of farm biogas station in Drahobudice. It is machinery, which processes agriculture crops and garbage from animal produce. From these substrates is produced biogas and burning of this biogas arises electric and thermal energy. This system of production from renewable resources is in accordance with demands of European union on reducing emissions from burning fossil fuels. This thesis contains overview of legislation relevant to given issue, describes development of this project, technical solution and process of operation. A part of this work also covers analysis of economic efficiency this investment and considers effects on environment. The main objective of my thesis is to identify, analyze and evaluate economical and environmental aspects of biogas station in Drahobudice.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to explore the influence that smartphones have on personal (romantic) relationships. The thesis examines the influence of smartphones on private lives of partners. The first part of the thesis focuses on literature review presenting key studies that pursued similar topics as the research project. The research as such is described in the following chapters. The methodological basis of the project are in-depth interviews accompanied by questionnaire. The main part of the thesis is description of the research questions, the research sample, the process of analysis, and the interpretation of results of in-depth interviews and questionnaire. The achieved results were interpreted in the context of selected theoretical concepts. Mainly the concepts of Liquid modernity / Liquid love by Zygmunt Bauman and iDisorder by Larry Rosen were used. The aim of the thesis was to find out what kind of influence smartphones have on meeting a potential partner, on a consequent relationship, and also on a possible separation.

In the first chapter it touches on the theme of important pedagogical representatives in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia in the 17th to 19th centuries, and briefly stops at our nation's teacher, Jan Ámos Komenský. The following chapters contain a questionnaire and the treatise on the life and educational activity of contemporary Czech composers and educators Eduard Douša, Emil Hradecký, Milan Dvořák, Jiří Pazour and Tomáš Sýkora. The main source of my information was a personal interview with each one. The goal of my work was to outline the key influences of music teachers on the child's spiritual and emotional development from the 17th century to the present and to answer the question "What personality features can be a positive influence on music students of any age?". The main goal of this thesis is to provide a description and analysis of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), which is one of the significant legal tools of environmental quality protection. This process precedes the development consent to the project and his purpose is to identify and comprehensively evaluate environmental impact of a project. The first part of this thesis is focused on the international and European legal context of the EIA. This part introduces the key international treaties related to the EIA (the Aarhus Convention and the Espoo Convention), then an example of the EIA's integration into policy of one of the international organisations (an example of the World Bank) and the reflection if the EIA procedure can be considered as part of the international customary law. In the second part of this chapter the context of the European law (especially the revised Directive 2011/92/EU) and the current Czech legal regulation is outlined. The second part of this thesis consists of the analysis of the Czech legal regulation of the EIA under the Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on the Environmental Impact Assessment, with the emphasis on its recent amendments (especially the amendment of Act No. 326/2017 Coll. effective from 1 November 2017). The aim of the study is to examine the effects of FDI on the four countries - Czech republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. There is a detailed description of a global flows of FDI, concentrating on specific important events that influenced the flows, also regarding the particular region of a world economy. In the main part the study examines every country of the Visegrad Group separately - its macroeconomic development, FDI flows and main events that had a major influence on the flows into each country. At the end there is also a small quantitative analysis trying to prove a relationship between FDI stock in each country and its rate of inflation, unemployment rate, GDP growth and a current account deficit of a ballance of payments.
