Udržitelnost vodních zdrojů pro město Dobříš / Sustainability of water resources for the city Dobříš

Vacek, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
This thesis is focused on water resources which supply drinking water to the city Dobříš and the nearby village Stará Huť. The first part is focused on clarification of the issue of surface and ground water in particular. Furthermore, water management and climate change, with possible adaptation measures. The second part is devoted to detailed analysis of the area of interest. This mainly concerns the development of population, major employers and amenities. The goal of this thesis is to determine the maximum daily water needs for 2025 based on variables indicators with respect to the land use plan of Dobřiš city and the village Stará Huť. The result values are compared to current yields of all water resources. The final summary proposes the possible solution for emergencies in case of declining yields.

Problematika pitné a užitkové vody v obci Štěpánovice

Fic, Pavel January 2019 (has links)
The thesis, divided into two main parts, deals with the issue of drinking and service water in the municipality of Štěpánovice. The first part focuses on the issue, including the explanation of related terms, while the second part describes the current state of water management of the area, which is based on obtained data and information from the municipality and its households. Recommendations for the water management in the village of Štěpánovice are included in the summary of the thesis. The recommendations focus especially on an environmentally friendly use of drinking water and a more efficient management of service water. Due to water scarcity problems, the municipality was advised to draw up a strategic document "Plan for Drought and Water Scarcity", and a hydrogeological exploration was recommended to the municipality in locations with higher water scarcity.

Analýza zdrojů znečištění povrchových a podzemních vod v souvislosti se zásobováním pitnou vodou obce Studené

Suchodol, Jiří January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of sources of groundwater and surface water pollution together with the use of the territory. The literary research describes con-cepts, divisions and other important topics related to groundwater and surface water. The practical part deals with water quality in the village Studené (underground and surface water). Results, measurements and draft measures are also presented. The aim is to take water samples from the Nekořský brook and to evaluate them in the university laboratory and to analyze the results of drinking water analyzes. Based on the evaluation of all the information obtained, it is proposed measures to improve the quality of surface water and groundwater (drinking water). The area of interest is located in the village of Studené.

Interakce mezi povrchovou a podzemní vodou v nivě řeky Lužnice / Interaction of surface water and groundwater og Luznice River

Slabá, Zdenka January 2011 (has links)
This thesis is a part of a project run by The Department of Geography, Faculty of Science in Charles University in Prague. This project deals with processes in floodplains of the Lužnice, the Stropnice and the Blanice rivers. The research in the floodplain of the Lužnice started in the year 2008 and is focused on the interaction between groundwater and surface water. The monitored territory it is situated to the south of a locality called Halámky and its area is 0,6 km2. In this thesis mainly the outputs of the research were elaborated. The highlighted points were the interpretation of the groundwater level behaviour, the groundwater streaming orientation in the area and interaction between groundwater and surface water. The outputs of this thesis can be used in the next stages of the project.

Vliv ročních období na znečištění vybraných vodních ploch na Příbramsku / Influence of seasons on the pollution of selected water bodies in the Příbram region

Vaňková, Petra January 2016 (has links)
The objective of this Diploma Thesis is to evaluate the impact of water quality factors and year-seasons factors on the development of pollution levels in three ponds located in the Příbram area. The theoretical part of the Thesis focuses on different aspects related to the study of surface water. It elaborates on the types of water, their chemical analysis, the classification of surface water, measuring methods, and the theories of anthropogenic pollution. The sources for the theoretical part were selected from relevant scientific literature focusing on surface waters and their chemical composition. The practical part of the Thesis contains detailed description of the focus location and the three specific ponds, the methods of sample collection and analysis applied, and of the processing, assessment, evaluation and interpretation of results. The pollution concentration indicators were measured through laboratory analysis of the collected samples. The Thesis contains measurement results for the levels of ammonium nitrogen, nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, chromium, lead, cadmium, copper and nickel. The collected evidence revealed significant pollution levels in the measured ponds. The pollution was found to be of anthropogenic origin, and caused predominantly by agricultural activity and contamination by waste water. Research data indicates that all water objects under examination show comparable levels of pollution. A strong correlation between the values of pollution indicators and the season of the year was established for nitrates and phosphates. On the other hand, levels of ammonium nitrogen show merely a slight correlation with the season of the year.

Mikrobiologická kvalita pitné vody

Rohrerová, Eliška January 2019 (has links)
In this thesis, the knowledge about problematics of drinking water, with a focus on microbiology of drinking water, was summarized. The aim of this thesis was to analyse indicator microorganisms in ten samples of water. Four samples came from water wells, three samples were from water mains and there were three samples from bottled water. The microbiological analyze was conducted in two periods, namely in summer of 2018 and in winter of 2019. The results were evaluated in statistics and there was detected, if there is any difference in number of microorganisms in the summer and in the winter and also if there is a statistically significant difference between the given types of water. Most microorganisms were in raw water. Only one water of the wells water fulfilled microbiological requirements for drinking water. It was detected that there is no statistically significant difference in number of microorganisms in summer and in winter. In the total amount of microorganisms, there is a difference between water of wells and bottled water, and between water coming from water main and bottled water.
